Change format of Highlight Current Bookmark feature
The "Highlight Current Bookmark" option currently makes the outline of the bookmark icon a little darker or bolder, but I can barely tell the difference to see which is highlighted. Could the "highlighting" be changed somehow to make it stand out a little more? Maybe the fill color for icon of the current bookmark could be a different color or darker shade.

Dropdown Scrollbar Resize When Window Size Adjusts
The Dropdown Scrollbar size doesn't adjust when you adjust the window size. It's an appropriate size when the window is maximized, but stays so large when you shrink the window to a smaller size, that it looks strange and cuts off the text in the list. To have the scrollbar automatically adjust size with the size of the window would be very helpful.

Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen
Customize Shortcuts on Home Screen • I would like to be able to select or "Pin" the tools I actually use to the top of the Home Screen. Acrobat selects the tools at the top of the Home Screen, but the default choices (which change from time to time) are NOT based on my actual usage. For example, I have NEVER used "Request E-Signatures" or "Protect PDF" yet these are currently the first two options. However, I do use "Combine Files" literally several times daily, yet this almost never appears on my Home Screen. How can I customize this section of the interface?

VCF to CSV Converter Free Full Performance Support
VCF to CSV Converter extracts contact data from VCF files and exports it to a CSV file. You can call these keys more effortlessly and the list can be used for various reasons.
Each vCard in a VCF file is held on another row and connects data about your contacts. Shipping and importing references from Microsoft Outlook can be accomplished with the use of these files.
Most of these files stand used to ship and import contacts. They mainly store titles and phone numbers. Use a converter if you like to send the VCF file’s ranges to an Excel list of your references.

Build in user options for auto-delete agreements for Data Protection
For data protection reasons we cannot hold completed agreements past a particular period of time. At the moment it is a tedious and extremely inefficient manual process to delete documents one at a time via a buried search menu. Please create the ability for users to set rules for types of agreements to be auto-deleted after a specified period. This is standard on many software packages which hold any personal information and should be an option here.

View Comments Highlight Color
When I click the comment icon pointing to the spot on the pdf and look in the right hand comments column to see what the comment is, it is impossible to see what item is the one I just clicked on. There is a very faint grey background that is very hard to see. Can you make it more obvious which comment is the one I clicked on?

Error during signature verification. Adobe Acrobat error. Bad parameter. Sign
When signing a PDF document and loading signed PDF into Acrobat Reader DC (v2022.001.20085, 64 bit). The file will load correctly but when clicking on on the signature it will give the error:
Error during signature verification. Adobe Acrobat error. Bad parameter.
After a LOT of trail and error I found out why. This is because Acrobat does not follow the spec in some cases. This why some validation works correctly in some parts, but not others.
The field type (FT) shall be Sig, and the field value (V), if present,
shall be a signature dictionary containing the signature and specifying various attributes of the signature field
(see Table 252).
Source: PDF 32000-1:2008V
should be aDictionary
according to this. But when a direct Dictionary is used you get the error above. When you use a Reference to a new object that is a Dictionary it works. So:
V = Dictionary -> Error: Bad parameter
V = Reference pointing to Dictionary Object -> OkI think this should be fixed and Acrobat should allow both References and direct a Dictionary.

Textfield custom JS get lost under windows
OS: Windows 10
Acrobat Pro DC v2022.002.20191 | 64 bitSteps to reproduce:

- activate form tools
- select a textfield and open properties / calculation
- JS is at the custom field (bottom)
- close the dialoge window
- repeat it with other textfield (open/close)
- repeat it with the first textfield

email phishing
Background:
I'm an IT Administrator. We have an administrative Adobe account and issue accounts/licenses to our users.Summary:
The problem is being unable to determine if emails from adobesign@adobesign.com are really from our staff or outsiders (since all AdobeSign documents send from that address) and I've found no points (email headers, body content, metadata... etc.) from which to filter these emails in our email security system, Mimecast.Details:
I know of at least one person who has created an AbodeSign with a display name that matches our company's name. When their AdobeSign emails come to our users, I want the email system to block it; however, I need to allow AdobeSign emails from our staff.Goals:
1. Determine if the email is malicious or not
2. Determine if the email was sent by our staff or not.Technical Limitations:
- Because emails are sent by Adobe servers, emails from bad actors are considered legitimate.
- Because Adobe account usernames/email addresses are omitted from the email body/headers, emails from bad actors and our staff cannot be differentiated.
- Because the contained link resolves to Adobe Document Cloud (a login page), the link cannot be used to filter content from bad actors.
- Because the recipient must log in in order to see the content on the Document Cloud website, our scanners cannot determine if the document contains malicious or phishing content or if the text or hyperlinked URLs within the document are lead to a malicious website.Workaround:
The only workarounds I can think of are to add some kind of template text to the email body or to add a special character within the display name of every user account. These workarounds can be copied by bad actors and it would only solve problem 1, knowing if the email came from an account that we provisioned.Request:
Please add the ability to configure header information or something that a user cannot see but that an email system can actionable filter on. I believe this would help aid admins and business owners defend themselves against hackers who utilize your platform maliciously.
If there's any other option that you have to allow any non-Adobe system to monitor the opening of content hosted on your systems, please reply with that.Thank you

Defective eSign Process
Here's why there was a problem that consumed an inordinate amount of time today. I could not enter my Adobe password to eSign. Using your Tech Support's suggestion of configuring a new eSignature, I had to enter an Apple password. I did so. When I attempted to eSign I ran into the same problem using my Adobe digital signature password. THEN, I used my Apple password and got in. Adobe is guilty of requiring an Apple password but not specifying that. Please get the Adobe website software fixed to give the correct prompt. Your BS password process below won't work either. You need a conservatorship.

Save login information
I would love it Adobe would save my username and password information when I login to CC services on my Mac and Macbook Air. No other native application I use makes me enter my credentials every login attempt.

Add support for nested alternate text in lists
When tagging lists, I frequently encounter symbols or acronyms that need actual text. Removing them from the list would actually make the pdf less accessible. Why isn't this a feature?

Adobe Acrobat Should remember your "page display" settings.
I have to navigate to "View", "Page Display" and click on "Enable Scrolling" every time I open or reopen a document because Adobe Acrobat does not recall my previous navigation/view settings.
This is such a simple user experience feature I would have expected to be sorted out in one of the early versions.
