Stamp tool - keep from selecting other stamps
Our QA/QC process requires checkmark stamps of different colors placed in close proximity to each other and the original markup. When applying stamps, the tool often selects other stamps in the vicinity. Would be nice to go through a document that contains stamps and comments, and add the final "good to go" checkmark without the tool keep trying to select stuff already in the doc.

Missing tools in Document cloud
Working in Acrobat software is very much efficient and when we transpose the same approach in Document Cloud for multiple users, our clients faces many challenges in reviewing the document with limited commenting tools.
The following are the some basic tools which are missing in Adobe Document Cloud:
1. For replacing text
2. For inserting text
3. Add text box (similarly like given Acrobat software in commenting tool)Due to the current limitations in the Cloud platform, we have held our approach towards the Cloud platform and have been using the Acrobat software to gather comments from multiple users which consumes a lot more time now.
Adobe Document Cloud could adapt the same commenting tool palette of the Acrobat software that will make it more useful for both offline and online approach.

Vertical Tabs
Copy Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome's vertical tabs feature for open documents. I often have many tabs open and documents which have been saved or named similarly - especially the first few letters of the filename. This makes navigating between documents difficult because you can't see enough of the file name or title. You have to remember them based on the position of the tabs (which of course changes as you add tabs).
Also, I would like to be able to edit the file name or the file title directly from the tab, even with the document open.

Printing to Adobe PDF - add the 'Append' option to print-append new file to existing file.
Adobe Acrobat DC desperately needs an 'Append' feature.
- When we do invoicing, we print the invoice to a PDF file, then pay the invoice and have a payment receipt from the bank. This gets combined with the original invoice file (appended) and saved for accounting and records.
- With Nitro Pro, this was super-simple. We simply made the first PDF then when we printed the second file (the receipt file) to a pdf we selected the first file and got a dialog box asking if we wanted to 'replace' or 'append' the new file to the existing one. Select Append, OK, Done. Quick & easy.- With Adobe, we need to save each file to a pdf, then go through several steps to combine them to a new pdf then go back into the file system and delete one of the original files, being careful its the correct one or else start over. Ugh. Lots of extra steps many times a day, with lots of chances for error. Our employees and I hate using Adobe because of this basic missing functionality and our company will go back to Nitro Pro if this simple function does not get added soon.

Page Number Quick Box
Page Number Navigation Tool only allows you to type in 8 digits? I have a semi complex document I have made into a PDF. The document required longer page labeling numbers example...4001-278 and then **4001-278 and *4001-278. Although the Page Number Navi Tool displays the pages just fine Adobe DC pro does not allow me to type more than 8 digits into the Page Navi tool??????

Changing the date format in digital signature
Please add an option to modify the date format in the digital signature.
I mean:
- shortening the format from 2021.10.07 '00'02 + 07:29:00 to simply 2021.10.07,
- possibility to edit the size of the date,
- possibility to change the format to dd/mm/yyyy
- possibility to change the separators to dd.mm.yyyy2 votes -
PDF Access - 'Copy Hyperlink' in Context Menu!
Hello,
Can we please have 'Copy Hyperlink' made available to Adobe Reader, in the Context Menu for hyperlinks in a PDF? Similar to how Microsoft Office does this, or just about everyone else I find it cumbersome and annoying to not have that. For example today I had to log out of my Google account in Firefox to test a hyperlink, in your doc I wanted to open in Chrome grrrrrr....

[Bug] Acrobat Pro 2020 Preflight Droplet Error Text report not being created
Hello,
We are using custom preflight droplets with Acrobat XI to perform batch/automated conversion. We are opting to upgrade to Acrobat 2020.
When creating preflight droplets, there is an option to select an error folder and create an error report in the error folder with specific formats (PDF, XML, Text) on any preflight error.
For our case, we are using Text format for the error report as it is less verbose (the preflight rules are not listed unlike XML) and easily extractable and logged in a log file (unlike PDF).However in Acrobat Pro 2020, it seems that there is a bug in the error report using Text report (no issues in PDF report and XML report), where the error report was not being created. We tried the success Text report and the success report was being created in the success folder. We tried to switch the error and success folders, in the case the error was in the folders, but the success text report is being created properly. We also checked the display a summary PDF option in order to know the exact error report path which is displayed in summary PDF and it is correct. We tried the error PDF and XML reports and they were created.
We tried replicating the issue using Acrobat built-in preflight profile to see if the issue was in our custom preflight profile but we could also replicate the issue using the Acrobat built-in preflight profile using different files. Can anyone confirm officially if this is a bug for Acrobat Pro 2020?
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Create a preflight droplet for the Acrobat built-in "Convert to PDF/A-1a" preflight profile
(Open Acrobat > Tools > Print Production > Preflight > Options > Create Droplet > PDF Standards | Convert to PDF/A-1a)
2. Under "on error" check "Create report and save in error folder", and select "Text report" in the "Settings".
3. Click on "Error folder..." and select the error folder.
4. Check the last option to "Display a summary PDF ..." so that the results and error report path will be displayed.
5. Click on "Save" to create the preflight droplet .exe file.
6. Get a PDF sample which is guaranteed to fail for a PDF/A-1a conversion (e.g. PDF/A-1b sample without mark info / structure info https://tcpdf.org/files/examples/example_065.pdf) and simply drag and drop it on the preflight droplet icon to execute the preflight droplet for the file.Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, Acrobat Pro 2020 Release (Classic) | Version 2020.004.30017Expected Result:
The text error report (with .txt extension) should be created.Observed Result:

Remove rounded edges on highlights
The rounded edges/sides of highlights have got to go. It boggles my mind that this doesn't seem to be more of an issue to others.
If you highlight a portion of text, the left and right sides of the highlight are shaped such that it both visually and functionally spills over onto the adjacent [un-highlighted] text.
Because of this, the adjacent text is extremely difficult to select; 9/10 times, you end up selecting the highlight element. The resulting markup just looks cartoonish as well.
I’m guessing that implementing a rounded shape for all highlight objects in acrobat, is far more difficult than simply having a rectangular one. So someone put in some effort into this for some reason.
Keep it simple; I know it’s hard.

I can't create a password shorter than 6 digits
Remove the 6-digit requirement for a password. I need to be able to do a 4-digit password. I tried the workaround in the registry but it's not working. I am not sure why Adobe feels the need to set this requirement when it's not their document that is being protected.

Update for version 2021.007.10096 is not working. I've tried it three times through the Acrobet Updater and once through the Creative Cloud updater. Each time it ends with: Error. Please try again later." I am using Adobe Acrobat DC version 2021.007.20091 running on Mac OS Big Sur version 11.6 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016).

Shared Document Access removable feature
having an access removable button would benefit all account users who shares files with other individual. By having an option to remove a person from viewing a document you've shared with them would give us great ability to deny people from viewing this document. For example: If you've shared a document with "John Doe and *" you should be able to remove "John Doe and * would still have access to the document rather than having to "unshare" the entire document .

When adding text to a page, I am only able to enter one character at a time
When I am typing in a text box, I am only able to enter one character before it won't let me enter anything else. To continue typing, I have to click out of the text box and back into it. Even then it will only let me type one character before I have to repeat the process.
