  1. I've noticed if you delete pages from an interactive PDF that has bookmarks, it leaves the bookmarks of the deleted pages in place. Not great for a customer-facing PDF. I don't think those useless bookmarks should stay there, as a default anyway.

  2. Would like for it to be customizable to allow for us to set as a default for all signors to sign in any order. Do not want to change this setting each time.

  4. Clicking on any links in any PDF causes Adobe Acrobat Reader to hang and crash

    1. Open any PDF document that contains a hyperlink in Adobe Acrobat Reader
    2. Windows 11 (Continuous Release I Version 2023.006.20320 I 64-bit)
    3. I expected to open the link in my default browser in Windows 11
    4. The application hangs (spinning mouse cursor) and becomes unresponsive. After 10 seconds of this, I have to close Adobe Reader and try again. But it does that again. Unable to open any link whatsoever. I just copy the link by highlighting it in the PDF and paste in the browser. Much…

  6. Can you please add a ruler tool. One which you could click on and it would go across the screen. If you could have it utilize the up and down keys to control it's movement, that would be great. Our firm receives a lot of lists in adobe pdf. form and it would help us keep track of where we are as we go through the pdf list.

    Thank you.

  7. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC open a few files and if you close them and later export and open a new .pdf from any program, including Indesign or Illustrator, the program starts and than closes immediately. There no show of error message. After this, the Acrobat will not open any file until you restart the computer (mac or pc).

All steps on forums was tryed, with no effect, including this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Already try open the task manager and stop services to them open Acrobat again. No effect. Sometimes, open a error message, that was send a million times.

  10. An alert message "billing problem" is shown on the main menu. When you click on it, a new window opens asking you to renew your credit card credentials, when mine is active until 2024. Fortunately, the script fails and when you cancel it an error 12000 message is shown.

  12. Before the update, I used to be able to post and close my text-selection pop-up by clicking on an image in the document. Now I have to hit both "Post" and "X" to do this. As I post tens to hundreds of text-selection pop-ups in a given document, this has added unnecessary steps and tons of tedium to my task.

Please either restore the default post-and-save-by-clicking-on-image (or another part of the document) feature, or please add a post-and-save hotkey, because this is inefficient.

  14. The signature dialog forms in Adobe Acrobat on macOS feature a default button (in blue) that do not trigger when hitting the return key on the keyboard, which in my view should happen. Any chance of supporting this long-held convention? Thank you

  15. When generating a pdf version from word using the "save as adobe pdf",
it would be useful not just to have the original word document file name
as default preselected but also to have the storage location of the original word document preselected.
The file name from the original document is already used, so I'd imagine using the original document location should be easy.
Currently the default location seems from a document one has previously worked on.
It would be quite beneficial especially if one is working with several different documents at the same time.

    I believe the older version…

  16. It is not possible to change the by default black color for signature in ADOBE SIGN (see customer service chat attached)

This is a strong requisite in some countries. If this can not be met we will need to move to other signature software that allows this option.

I see this option is already available in Adobe Reader Fill and Sign for IOS so PLEASE include this option for ADOBE SIGN since it looks like an easy fix.

If this is not possible please provide the reason to try to understand the limitation.

  17. When exporting PDFs from INDesign it defaults back to a old name even though you have re-named it several times during several exports. It should be naming it the exact same name as the INDesign file.

  19. There seems to be a bug where a tab will close that the user has not told Adobe to close. This occurs when a user has one tab open (tab 1), then 2 further tabs are opened, so a total of 3 are now open. By default, the third of these tabs will be the one displayed as this was the last file opened, which is fine. However, if you then click the 'x' on tab 1, without first viewing the other newly opened tab (tab 2), both tab 1 and tab 2 will close.
    Please let me know…
