Named User Licensing - Actual Usage
As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

fill in
If I have a fill-in pdf and then save that pdf, those changes lock I cannot go back to edit the fill in boxes? This makes not sense.

Crashing
I am using Acrobat pro DC on my Wacom tablet to comment on certain PDFs. Most of the time it works rather well, but now, more than ever, it is just crashing out of the blue. I have a maximum amount of two files open at the same time, and while I am commenting on the file, acrobat becomes shorty unresponsive and then crashes without warning.
I am on the latest version of Windows 10, using the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC and I am using the CIntiq 13HD.

[Bug] Soft Return / Forced line break not recognized in PDF Comparison
Environment:
Windows 10
InDesign 15.0.3
Acrobat Pro DC 20.0Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Document in InDesign
- Add a text frame and filler text
Export PDF No. 1
Add a soft return / forced line break somewhere in the filler text (e.g. between "evendae." and "Et", line 5)
Export PDF No. 2
Compare PDF No. 1 and PDF No. 2 in Acrobat Pro (compare everything, not "text only")
Expected result
The soft return should be recognized as a change.
Observed result
The soft return is not recognized as a change in the comparison, despite impacting the text flow significantly.

[Bug] Soft Hyphens appear as spaces in PDF Comparison
Environment:
Windows 10
InDesign 15.0.3
Acrobat Pro DC 20.0Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Document in InDesign
- Add a text frame and filler text
Export PDF No. 1
Add a soft hyphen somewhere in the filler text
Export PDF No. 2
Compare PDF No. 1 and PDF No. 2 in Acrobat Pro (compare everything, not "text only")
Expected result
Soft hyphen should either be
a) ignored in comparisonor better
b) displayed as one of several commonly used glyphs, e.g. the not-sign "¬"
Observed result
The soft hyphen is displayed as a single space that was added in the comparison, which is totally wrong AND misleading by creating a huge amount of irrelevant changes if numerous soft hyphens are used.

pdf-embedded videos
Adobe recommends moving away from Flash media (.flv) in pdf-embedded videos but I have found that other (.mov) pdf-embedded videos also will not embed or run without Flash player

Please include a selection tool for PDFs that allow you to export a specific table to excel/word/ppt/etc instead of having to split a specific PDF page and then exporting the whole page. It's a huge limitation and it appears the functionality is already built in to export a specific selection.

The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons missing from tool bar.
The Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons, and the zoom percentage text box disappeared from my toolbar, and I can't get them back. These controls are only accessible through the menus or the undocked floating panel. Re-docking the panel doesn't bring these controls with it. Right-click "Show Select & Zoom Tools" doesn't even list them.

Properties bar leaves a trail on moving like in old Windows XP
As description says the border of the Property toolbar leaves a trail when I drag it around the screen (see the attached photo). This happens on Windows 10 Pro x64 1901 build 18363.535, processor Core i9-9900RF, video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB RAM. However, I can reproduce this bug even on a much weaker device like Microsoft Surface Pro with Core i5 7300U on it and when I use the Pen instead of mouse. Acrobat DC Pro full version is 2020.009.20065

Adobe DC and Microsoft Teams
I currently have a Adobe DC account and have recently tried to integrate Adobe Sign into Microsoft Teams. The feature works mostly but when it comes to sending a document and selecting where the signature should go, you cannot. It seem's ridiculous that you can download Adobe Sign in Teams but you cannot use the function unless you upgrade your account to Adobe Sign Enterprise. I have spent hours on the phone to Adobe and I couldn't get a clear answer until recently.

Center images, text, textbox and more in PDF edit mode instead of having to use ruler and manual dragging.
It would be awesome to be able to center images, text and textboxes in the PDF instead of having to pull out the ruler and drag the objects manually.
The feature has been requested for years and should be a standard feature, please add it asap.1 vote -
Acrobat removed "Add files" option to the Share feature.
You need to add that back ASAP. As it is now, you can only share ONE file at a time.

BUG: Form Fields Disappear, Can't Modify Name or Tooltip
Fields become "ghost fields"; they still show up in the sidebar on the right and you can still open their properties. However, you cannot select the form field and type text in it. You also can't change the properties, like name and tooltip fields; when you try to, and click away from the field you just changed, they revert back with no notification. This happens every time I open this file in a different application, such as an Accessibility plug-in called CommonLook, and has happened with other files too. Fixing tags in the plug-in causes forms to break in Acrobat, which means I have to go back and fix the form fields in Acrobat, which messes up the tags and tag order again... etc. etc.

Undo Redo when adding, deleting, replacing, and moving thumbnails
I move, add, delete thumbnails in the preview on left. Often I must undo or redo a change but no edit undo exists for this. I have to hope I haven't hit "save" or else I have no chance of recovering a deleted page. Or if I've moved a page, I have to remember where and manually move it back, as no "undo" and "redo" exists for this purpose. If you could "undo" and "redo" for editing thumbnails (and not just the content of the document), it would be fantastic.
