  1. Shared Review via Document Cloud

    When my team uses the updated Shared Review, they do not have access to all of the commenting tools as they did prior to the update.

    The REPLACE TEXT, INSERT TEXT etc. are vital to our review process. Not having these tools available prevents us from updating the InDesign layout using the new PDF COMMENTS feature.

    So, to sum it up, we were excited about updates that are not working because they were not fully deployed with the features we need.

  2. Not able to filter in comments with Acrobat 2019

    Document made in Acrobat Pro DC 2018 and sent for review.
    Came back with multiple comments. Those of them that got fixed got marked. Then I could come back later and show only unmarked comments. It works just fine in 2018 version. But with New Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20080 it does not work. As soon as i click on the filter button to sort the comments the whole Acrobat gets jammed. I have tried several times, also restarted computer. So there must be something wrong here.

    We have tried at our end to reproduce the issue but we are unable to do so.
    Can you provide the review link of the review file or a local copy of the review file with all the comments to investigate further ?

  6. Program Closing

    Adobe Acrobat Pro DC keeps shutting down. I can open, edit and print one pdf document but if I try to open another, the program shuts down. Very frustrating!

  7. Print pages base on available page size of printer and scale to fit all above or sent to another printer

    Print pages base on available page size of printer and scale to fit all above or sent to another printer. Many times we have PDF document that has a mix of Letter, Tabloid, Arch C, Arch D, Arch E, Arch F, Eng C, Eng D, Eng F, or custom page size. When sent PDF file to printer that has only tabloid, the printer gives errors about not able to find require paper size that is above tabloid.   8. Abiltiy to send docs at future date /delay delivery

    Sometimes i would like my document to be sent next day at a specific time. I have this control when sending emails and would like a delay delivery feature to sending docs.

  9. Adobe sign not functioning

    errors with adobe sign: I have DC Pro account and I have used adobe sign in the past but not recently. Today I tried to use it and repeatedly got errors. I then tried to access the program online but the solution never loaded. Please see the attached error messages I received while trying to uses the local application. I'm only able to upload one file. I received two different errors. One said server not available, please try later and another saying no access.

  10. Keep tool bars permanently open when Adobe is opened. Every document that is opened needs the comment tools to be opened manually.

  14. Time saving toolbars

    Give us more useful Toolbar with plenty of stuff - must make endless useless clicks to access simple things. Just to Open a page needs 2 clicks! This wastes time. Hover over text that fan open files would help.

    This is a terrible product to use - thank goodness for the free stuff Foxit and PDF Creator. Not user friendly and pro-production at all.

  15. Downloading multiple documents under review

    Hello,

    it would be great if I can download multiple documents at once, which are under review. It would be even better if I can download a document. Instead I have to open every single document and save it. Makes documentation difficult.

  16. Change Magnifying Glass icon to represent enlarge/reduce, not Find.

    Why is the magnifying glass icon in Acrobat DC not consistent with your other products? Instead of representing 'Find', it should represent 'Zoom'. Very confusing, especially when on deadline.

  18. Acrobat DC Crash when opening contact book during new review

    When making a document ready for review in the new Acrobat DC 19.8, if I want to add people from my contact book, the program crashes immediately when pressing the button.

    Every time, even when just booted up.
