  2. Constant sign in pop up is a PAIN

    That frigging sign in pop up constantly appearing is a screaming pain in the butt. I open a doc and read it. I print a doc and save it. I print a doc and insert additional pages. That's all I ever do. I don't give a flying red rat's rear about the friggin' cloud. If I want to sign in I will. Make this bloody annoyance go away or I will cancel my subscription and simply use the one time purchase product.   4. Add quick buttons to comments to set Status (Accepted/Cancelled/Completed/Rejected)

    Small icons on comments (could be hidden until mouseover) to quickly set a comment's Status with a left-click. Could be 4 icons (preferable), or one icon that toggles between Status type.

  5. Allow One Button Scanning

    Please create a shortcut that would allow the creation of a scanned document. Too many clicks to create pdf from scan. Your attitude seems to be the more clicks the better.

  6. New E-Signature Format

    Recent changes have altered the format completely. We loved the old format and now it appears "messy" and more complicated. Would like it to go back to the way it was.

  7. Enlarge Font on Recent Screen Please

    The font on the "Recent" screen (where one views PDFs recently accessed) needs to be larger in my opinion. It was easier to read the screen before the update.

  9. added text explosed in DC 19.008.20071

    Impossible to work with 19.008.20071 update, full of new bugs.

    Double letters in text such as "ff" of "nn", have been excluded from text containers.
    "p" in texts have been suppressed in number of recent added texts.

    I am suppose to deliver in 300 pages book tonight.
    How can this happen ?

  10. Re-enable emailing without saving first!!!

    Up until the last update, it was possible to email a pdf without first saving it. It is a total waste of time and space to have to save something you don't need to keep just to be able to email it.

    PLEASE FIX THIS BACK THE WAY IT WAS!!!!!!!

  13. keep customizations on update

    I customized my toolbar, digging through various menus to add the buttons I use frequently. Today Acrobat DC installed an update, and now my customized toolbar is back to the default. It's taking me forever to find the features I use and re-add them to my toolbar. I have deadlines! I have time pressures! I don't need this ****! I customized my toolbar for good reasons! Why can't my toolbar buttons stay where I put them???

  14. The ability to have multiple signers edit and sign in the routing process

    Allow documents to be reviewed, edited, and signed off on by multiple signers. It could be an option to allow editing or not allow after signing.

  15. Emailing PDF Files

    I do not like the fact that I cannot just simply send a PDF as an email attachment any longer with the new upgrade 10-3-18.

    Having to go through all the steps of going the the share process is very inconvenient when you have to send hundreds of different PDF through the course of the day.

  16. Bug in Output Intents after upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC 2019.008.20071

    Hello,

    a few days ago, Acrobat Pro DC was upgraded to version 2019 a

    today I found that it shows the wrong CMYK values for Output Intents.

    To calibrate RIP, I have created in Adobe Illustrator PDF-X4 file with CMYK values. I checked out that Acrobat showed me poor CMYK values.

  17. New Udate

    This new update has taken away the option to be able to extract and email a single PDF from multiple pages. Now you have to save the individual page before it can be emailed.
    Previously I was able to extract a page from a document (multiple pages) that has already been saved on my drive by selecting - organise pages - extract - extract - selecting email icon on the top of the page.
    PLEASE PUT THIS FEATURE BACK

  19. Acrobat text-edit comment functionality improvements needed

    1) In the old comment pane, there was text that accompanied each entry identifying it as an underline, strikethrough, replacement, or insert. Now, the text identifier is gone and we only have an arcane symbol. This is awful. I work with clients who are less familiar with Acrobat and this only makes it more difficult for them to understand the nature of my comments. Please bring back the text labels that identify comment pane entries as underlines, strikethroughs, replacements, or inserts.
