  2. If you type here before login/signing, once you do it, all typed text is wiped out. Really frustrating. Now, the other Acrobat bugs:

  3. Every time I draw a text callout box, it automatically deletes itself.

    The only way I can add one to a file is by copying it from a different PDF.

  5. Adobe can do better with the Markup tool as more people are transitioning to digital. I used to use Bluebeam and mark up drawings for review. I'm using Adobe now and I cannot change the text size inside the Text Callout that I drew. How inconvenience is this?

  6. Simply searching for a word in a 450 page document freezes up DC for 20-30 seconds in the new interface. This new interface is junk. I remember when you could get stuff done in Acrobat and it was this amazing tool. Now it's like Adobe doesn't care about UX, but would rather try to create something that's stylish above all. Stop trying to be Apple! No wonder the secondary PDF market is picking up steam. Am happily going back to the old interface.

  7. Custom Keyboard for hotkeys --- Why do I have to click on the check box every time I want to make one? That's so silly. Same as the text box and all the other tools. That should be built into the program.

  8. The new themes available are very distracting for commenting on documents. Please allow us to revert to something more closely resembling the Acrobat XI theme, or at least allow for something between the Light Gray and Dark Gray display themes, so attention can be more focused on the page instead of the tools. Also please allow the comment sidebar to be made more narrow, as it takes up about 1/3 of a view when viewing two files on a single screen.

  9. As also expressed in a bug report related to the changing of font colors within a PDF file, I would like to see Acrobat Pro XI and DC have the ability to change the font color of all pages - or a specified range of pages - within a given document, in one pass. Right now this process must be laboriously applied, one page at a time.

    This feature would be analogous to the Crop Tool, for instance, which does provide the ability to apply itself to all or to a range of pages within the specified file.

  10. I have been using Adobe products for Graphic Design and Publishing work for many years, and for most of it my co-workers and I have stuck to paper printouts and pencils for markup. Now that we're all working from home, we're relying on Acrobat and PDF markup tools and I'm so frustrated by how unintuitive this program is, compared with InDesign, which I use on a daily basis. I am used to switching from one tool to another with keystrokes that are deep in muscle memory, and I can use them in one way or another when I open Photoshop.…

  11. Should be allowed to customize the Main Toolbar you can put whatever you have - but some are not useful at all, the older one you could add whatever you wanted this new one is rubbish. Also the icons need to be smaller too so you add more too. Next problem I found the highlighter tool you add it to your customization tool it does not work but if you add to the main it works (where is no good not enough space) or you can only use in the COMMENTS tools Adobe sort it out - what are we…

  12. There are too many icons in Adobe Acrobat that use a magnifying glass. As a result, I can't find the important/most commonly used icons like zooming in/out and the 'Find' option. Are that many different zoom options really needed, and if they are then maybe do a better job of using a variety of icons and hide the lesser used ones by default. Another option would be to provide one zoom icon on the toolbar and then when you click on that button, it provides a drop-down menu, to choose which specific zoom.   13. Support for file type CSV for creating Watermarks from Edit Tool>Watermark>Add> Add Watermark settings>Source>File
    CSV used to be supported but was removed at some point

  15. On new Adobe, when I adjust the size of the thumbnail view, it now makes the thumbnail really big without also letting me adjust how many thumbnails are displayed per row. I want to be able to see 2 or 3 rows of thumbnails at a time but I have to make the thumbnails pane really big and increase the thumbnail size a lot before that kicks in. And there's way too much wasted white space between the thumbnails as well. Please bring back the ability to see multiple rows of thumbnails or make it a separate function than the…

  16. Like so many before, I want to have control over my own computer. If I ever had any reason to want a desktop shortcut for Adobe, I could create one. Or I could request one on install. I have NEVER wanted one. So one should not appear on my desktop every few days, no matter how many times I delete it or hide it.

  20. In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

    On "Add an Account". I can add a PDF file through public clouds (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc).

    What about private clouds (Synology, QNAP, etc). Many small businesses use these as essential tools to share files and access their documents.

    Would kindly request that private NAS units -- or a user or businesses private cloud such as a Synology or QNAP cloud, be added the program. So users can get their PDF files from this private cloud.
