  1. My tab order is correct under "prepare form" but when I preview it is incorrect. The issue occurs when I tag the document. I am unable to change the tab order. If I try to change the reading order by dragging items around other items will jump around and it creates a mess that's worse than what I started with. I have to choose between an untagged pdf that is a fillable form with correct tab order or a tagged pdf that is still technically a fillable form, but with a weird reading order and tab order. Please fix this.

  2. Acrobat Pro DC began crashing immediately and repeatedly after updating to Mac OS 10.14.2. (MBP 15/32GB/4TB/ 2018).

After searching Acrobat forums, it appears others have experienced this issue, albeit with prior updates of High Sierra.

My solution: I attempted a solution that was successful in one of the posts. I uninstalled Acrobat using the uninstall function of the application. I rebooted in 10.14.2 and then reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC. Acrobat Pro DC now works well, without apparent glitch and no crashes after 2 days of constant use since the uninstall/reinstall procedure.

  4. Bug: The Reading Order Tool, and / or Highlighting content in a PDF document for tagging is inaccessible.
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Using Acrobat Pro DC 2019 under Windows 7 / 8 / 10, open an untagged PDF for which you do not have the source file.
    2. Preferably, launch a screen reader such as NVDA (http://www.nvaccess.org) or JAWS 2019 (www.freedomscientific.com)
    3. Attempt to begin tagging portions of the document. For most people, this is done using the reading order tool found in the accessibility tools.
    4. Once in the reading order tool, attempt to select…

  5. Please stop floating menus over document content. This covers up important information. Your most recent flop: When adding a text box, the font menu covers up the same box and one cannot edit it. Stop this nonsense. Acrobat keeps deteriorating with each "upgrade" since 2005. If you attend a entry level web programming class at a good university, you can learn how to design efficient user interfaces. Tell that your incopmetent manager.

  6. Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.

Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134

Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.

Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.

Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.

Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.

Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?

    Thanks,
    Douglas McCullough

  7. Since the update this past week (October 2018), Adobe has made it harder to find things that used to be easy to find, and now it takes forever or completely lags when I try to find whether I have sent something to someone using the interface on my desktop for the old Send and Track feature (which apparently is now called 'Share' another renaming that threw me off this week). As a small business owner, I don't have time for this bull. If you're going to rename things, send us a required video for viewing of changes you're making and…

  8. When opening Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, it shows you a list of Recent Files that you have used; however, you can only open one of these files at a time. Similar to the ability to select multiples files in other programs of holding the Control key to select more than one file or holding the Shift key to select a range of files, it would be useful (and a standard Windows function) to be able to select multiple files and open them all at the same time. If reviewing the files in Windows Explorer, you can open multiple files at…

You can select multiple files also from the recent list, by clicking on the checkbox and also by holding the control key to select more files.

  9. In previous versions, I could highlight text and the highlighting would print when the document was printed. Now it does not.

  10. Ok here is the issue,

When I edit PDF file using Arabic text, everything ( to some extent is fine )
But if I just saved the file, then try to edit it again
( i.e. Change font, Change Color, Change size, edit the text it self )

Arabic letters would just go wrong, attached an image showing the issue.

I noticed that this only happen if ( Tashkeel ) is used.

I had the same issue on both Machines : Mac OS & Windows 10.

Also PDF attached with an example,
if you just tried to change the Text…

  11. The process to make a PDF accessible is overly complicated and buggy. Usually while doing this, something will go wrong and the only way to fix it is to close the document, open it again, do the same process and hope it works. This process should be as simplistic as possible so everything can be accessible.

    Hi Joel,
We are always working to make it a better of experience for our accessibility customers.
We’ll be adding the support of Undo/Redo in order panels and Reading Order Tool in our coming releases.
Can you please tell me why you need the Tags Panel and Reading Order to be merged.

    Thanks
    Rachit.

  12. If there was a refresh button maybe that would help. As it is now, I have to get into to Form setup and back out again, or keep on clicking on various fields until the correct values show up.

  13. Right now your Adobe Cloud or DropBox are the only way to save your edits to a PDF on your iPad. I need a way to save the Adobe PDFs from my Adobe Reader (Pro Subscription) to any kind of shared drive. Microsoft is best.

  14. It should be possible, to have an ADD TO, JOIN TO or MERGE command to integrate a PDF file into another one, directly from the File Menu applications.
    As an example
    1. Attached on an email I receive a PDF file containing the instructions to pay my Car Insurance.
    2. I save this PDF as “Car Insurance 2019.pdf”
    3. A few day later I pay this insurance thru Online Banking
    4. I save the proof of the payment as “Payment House Insurance 2019.pdf”
    The new command
    a. Besides the SAVE or SAVE AS - creating another PDF file, it should…

  19. I download a large pdf document every day. This must be broken up into smaller documents, but there is NO EXTRACT BUTTON! I have to open the "Page Thumbnails" and highlight what I want to extract, then right click, hit "extract" and go from there. It takes so much longer!

You can use the extract button by following below mentioned steps:
    1) Open a pdf
    2)Click on Organize pages
    3) Now click on extract
4)Now you can select the pages you want to extract
    5) Also you have the option to ‘Extract pages as separate files’

    Hope this helps you.

  20. On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.
