Virtual Printer for Mac - So you can print customised page sizes A1 A2 etc from all software
Virtual Printer for Mac
So you can print customised page sizes A1 A2 etc from all software
Used to be a feature but has been removed.
is still a feature on PC.
Other apps are available such as PDF Printer from the App Store that do this.Need to either have Adobe PDF appear as a printer, or be able to adjust settings under the create pdf button, before it creates the pdf.
currently you can only create a pdf that matches the same size as the document. so you can't print an A4 document onto an A3, A2, A1 PDF page etc. very annoying.
one example is Microsoft OneNote - can only save as A4 PDF.
there are other adobe work-arounds but only for adobe software.
most people use adobe acrobat for printing from a variety of software.Virtual Printer for Mac

Add column sorting control on Open window for large SharePoint folders, show more columns
Make it possible to easily keep track of which documents in a large document folder (with many items) have been reviewed, and make it possible to show more columns on the window that opens when you open a folder in SharePoint On Line so that when redacting large document libraries it is easy to see where one left off.

Interrupted footage from adobe premeire to after effect is wrong
Every time I try to take interrupted footage from premiere pro into after affects through the dynamic linking feature the timestamp of the video from premiere off when i view the film from after affects. . Therefore If I wanted to do my affects I would first have to upload the clips into after affects before premiere in order to my affects!

Bug Report - Cannot access Document Cloud Despite being "signed in"
I am signed in and I also tried to do a repair. I cannot get into the document cloud as it says to sign in. The sign in button does not work. The menu sign in/sign out shows I am signed in. Nothing is working and I could really use these documents now.

Exporting a PDF as a .docx should preserve the formatting
The .docx document created does not save formatting to allow updating of TOC or figures. It also removes spaces in some places. I understand from your tech support that this is not a P1 bug, but rather a feature that does not exist. This is a huge short coming as it really makes updating the document difficult. There should at least be a message warning the user that these features are not saved if one tries to export a PDF to MSW.
Also, saving changes to the now .docx document will arbitrarily remove some spaces between words1 vote -
Digital signature is too complex for the average Joe, i.e. me
You need to make this easier and less quirky. I'm using a mac and have downloaded acrobat pro for windows and mac. It's taken me ages and youtube videos to create a digital signature and on a blank pdf I can add it. But when sent a pdf that already contains digital signatures it won't let me sign. In the end I used Mac Preview. This obliterated the original signatures but at least I could sign and send it back for resignature by others. The whole exercise is very unpleasant and very very annoying.

Electronic Signature and editing thereafter
When receiving electronic signature documents, there is now - no way of applying a comment box or adding text any other way. Most departments/agencies use a Document Management System (DMS), and still print a hardcopy as part of the workflow. There is a requirement to place the DMS registration number on the PDF prior to printing, so that the document is easily retrievable on the DMS whilst the hardcopy circulates within the area. I understand the requirement that the document is not "editable" and propose the solution to allow text to be added, but somehow make it identifiable on both the hardcopy and softcopy - )that the text has been added after the electronic signature has been applied).

exportAsFDF: values are exported from fields not in the array
Steps to reproduce the issue: Create an exportAsFDF script in a privileged context in a folder level script. Specify an array of some but not every child field of a non-terminal field name using the aFields parameter with exportAsFDF. Next, employ ALL child fields of that multi-field set a pdf, not just the fields in the array, and enter values in every field in the family. Call the script from the pdf to export and save the fdf file. Reset the fields in the pdf to a blank state. Import the fdf file to that pdf.
Environment: Acrobat Pro DC; Mac OS High Sierra
Expected result: only the field names and values of the specific fields in the aFields array should be exported.
Observed result: child field names and their values from the same non-terminal parent are exported with the array even though they are NOT included in the array.

However, Adobe suppoter confirmed that Adobe company hasn't had any solution for license management which control users using license at a point time or kick someone who forget exiting Acrobat after using.

BUG - "Printing" web page into a PDF and getting a PDF with 1/3 of the page cut off
2) Steps to reproduce the problem:
Being logged into the business account of OfficeDepot.com for the company I work for, and needing to create a PDF of a shopping list of one of my coworkers I will start by:
a) Either right clicking on the web page or clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome web browser.
b) I then locate and click on the "print" option.
c) When the print window comes up, I change it from a physical printer to Adobe PDF to "print" (create) a PDF of the web page I was on and needed.
d) I click "print" at this point.
e) Then Adobe Acrobat Pro DC opens with my newly "printed" PDF.3) Environment:
a) Windows 7 Enterprise
b) Google Chrome
c) Adobe Acrobat Pro DC4) Expected Results:
A FULL copy of the web page in PDF format with ALL of the information showing on the PDF that was meant to be there.
5) Observed Results:
A PDF with the bottom 1/3 of the page blank.
** This problem doesn't seem to happen all the time, nor with all web pages, BUT it happens enough that it henders my job in a very BIG way!
