Create Button sucks
Hovering the mouse anywhere REMOTELY close to the create button will prompt the drop down to create a new tab etc. The mouse is not on the button when this happens, but NEXT to "create" and and the drop down still happens. It is in the way, when simply trying to select the top of the page bar to move my screen around.

Using CTRL + SHIFT + F to Find and Replace Across Multiple PDF Files in a Folder
It would be super awesome if you could use CTRL + Shift + F feature to find and replace words or phrases on multiple PDF's in the same folder. I'm having to go into 400 documents to revise the same thing over and over and it would be nice if it could just be done automatically. Maybe combine it with AI to tell the user that something wont look right with the change and provide examples of what the user would like it to look like. (ex if the new text is larger than the original phrase, it gives suggestions…

Need to move OST mailbox data to a fresh Outlook installation
After reinstalling Windows and Outlook, my old OST file is no longer loading. Outlook does not recognize the file in the new setup. I still need access to all emails and attachments stored in it. I am seeking advice on how to move this mailbox data into a fresh Outlook environment without issues.

Acrobat Reader won't print on a Brother L3780CDW model printer. I just installed this printer and updated all firmware and drivers on Windows 10. There is no print output from Acrobat Reader. I can open the PDF in Microsoft Word, and it prints just fine. The printer is visible in the Adobe Acrobat Reader print dialog, but it's nonfunctional. No job appears in the print queue. The printer is connected to the computer through WiFi.

Во время последнего дерби в Ташкенте фан-сектор неожиданно умолк на второй тайм. Это было так неестественно, что даже комментаторы вспомнили. Я думал, что может какой-то конфликт произошел, но ничего официального нет. Соцсети молчат тоже. Где искать такие инсайды с трибун?

Acrobat Pro Combining PDF Bug "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license."
I get this random bug every now and then on the paid version of Acrobat pro where when I go to combine files and make them into a PDF, I get a pop-up that says "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license". When I go to do it a second time, I'm able to combine files. Kind of a strange bug, but it always works the second time I try and do this.

Hallo ADOBE-Community, seit kurzem habe ich folgendes Problem: Wenn ich ein MS Word (A4)-Dokument über den Adobe PDF (Einstellung: A4) als pdf-Datei ausdrucke, ist das Seitenformat US-Letter (215,9 x 279,4 mm) und nicht mehr A4 (210 x 297 mm). Welche Einstellung muss ich anpassen, um das Problem zu beheben??

remove bookmarks
I use Adobe to open up to hundreds of pdf files every day and the bookmarks menu keeps popping up every time i have closed the viewer window.
I have gone in to Preferences -> Documents and turned on "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" but it doesent work.

Recent File Listing not in date order
When I go to look at the Recent Files list, there are multiple issues.
Firstly, see attached image, the files are not listed in order based on the last opened date.
Secondly, in Thumbnail view there is a checkbox titled 'Sorted by Opened'. When this box is checked, instead of sorting the files are all selected.
Thirdly, in List View selecting one or more files shows a checkbox, but it it not checked.
I consider all the above items to be bugs with the Recent Files User Interface.

I am outraged that the latest update no longer allows you to save a PDF file outside the Adobe cloud in a simple way in ADOBE ACROBAT PRO. This is an insidious way of imposing one's Cloud that seems to me to be contrary to European legislation and I will forward this complaint to the EU services.

Your product has gotten worse over time
I can't believe that I pay for a service as bad as this. Your product is constantly freezing, acting slow, or causing other problems. I thought that the advancement of time made technology better, but not judging by Adobe's application. I tried to reduce the file size of a PDF and it "reduced" it somehow to make it larger than the original file. I try to extract pages and it takes forever. Prior versions were not like this. I'm tired of being disappointed in this product. I was not looking for an alternative only because I didn't have time to…

make adobesigned pdfs signable by the counterparty
when someone adobe signs a pdf and sends it to you for counter signature, my idea is to make it actually signable. Then i won't have to go through adobe help, google, my wife, and gemini every time, thinking that i'm doing something wrong, until gemini provides the truth: "no, adobe sign doesn't work for anyone. the workaround is to print to pdf, save as a different file name, reopen and sign in adobe." whenever i receive an adobe signed contract for counter signature it's approximately a 20 minute task to countersign. i should charge adobe for my time.

BUG: Titles Fail Accessibility Check
Document titles consistently fail the accessibility check when a title is already present.
This happens to me and my peer. We use InDesign 2026 to generate PDFs and the current version of Acrobat 2025.001.20997 fails the title every single time. It also seems to fail the title on documents created with MS Word.
The fix is to open File > Properties, cut the title, OK out of the dialog, open File > Properties again, and paste the title back in. Then it quits failing the title.
This is an annoying bug that should be fixed.

- The user clicks the digital signature field on one PDF and is then able to select multiple other PDFs to sign in the same location.This functionality currently exists in Foxit PDF Editor and has proven to be a valuable tool for users.
Benefits:
- Reduces task time significantly.
- Improves efficiency for workflows involving repetitive document signing.While Adobe offers online services for signing, this request is specific to the local application.
