For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I’m using the mobile version of acrobat sign. However it doesn’t work- and hasn’t been an app tye actually functions in 3 years. Is seriously no one product testing your apps? This is at least the 3rd feedback note I have left about this not working. Why do I pay so much money each year to not be able to access what is advertised?

    Within the app- when I try to send a document out for signature- I get the attached head screen- trying to take me to the app. But the buttons do not function.

  4. PDFの詳細を開いた状態で、前後のPDFファイルに移動、見られるように改善してほしいです。

    現状は、いちいち一覧に戻ってから、次のファイルを選んで開くという動作が、非常にコストです。

    また、詳細を開いた状態でPDFファイルそのものを削除できるようにも改善してほしいです。現状は、ページの削除しかできず、更には、1ページだけの場合は削除ができません。いちいち一覧に戻って、そして削除をしなければなりません。さらには、一覧に戻ると、先ほどまでどのPDFを開いていたかも分からなくなるので、非常に手間が掛かります。
    切実に、至急、改善をお願い致します。

  7. In the Organize Pages tool, one should be able to add blank pages, onto which they can then add images or text. Right now it asks you to add a file, but this is exactly what Combine File tool already does.

  9. The general performance of the web portal is quite slow when compared to the mobile app on the same internet connection. I often have to refresh a page multiple times while clearing cache to view the list of documents or even a particular document. See if that could be optimised.

  12. If I remember correctly, the sign up page said "edit pdfs for free, no credit card required". I expected limited features for sure but being able to delete and add pages does not seem to me to scream "premium feature". Anyway it allowed me to do it until it just didn't and asked for a credit card. a bit dishonest if this is the way it's intended to work

  13. WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS ONLINE!?????? Why in GODS NAME am I FORCED to use an ONLINE tool to combine PDFs that have sensitive and proprietary information.... THIS is why people hate Adobe. THIS is why people ***** the app, use older versions or use a 3rd party app.... Absolute garbage...

    Hello Wendy,

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you please provide more information about it? For example if in acrobat the agreements shows in In progress section, if you as sender are receiving a confirmation email that the agreement was send, also if there is any error that appears after you send for signature will be really helpful if you can share it with us.

  16. How switch language on Mobile Application to correct one. My native language is Ukrainian, but I am using English. After some time mobile app switched to Chine language (that is not my). And here not available options to use correct one. Please fix this an issue. FYI: Reinstalling app does not fix an issue.

  17. When a document is sent to an invalid email there is no indication on the In Progress screen that the email bounced, or failed. There needs to be either an email sent to advise that the event failed, or there needs to be an on-screen indication that an event failed, or preferably both.
