  1. The Adobe PDFMaker Add In does not work in Office 2019. The add in appears on the Add In list but when checked, nothing happens. This needs to be active in Office 2019

  2. In the Action List where your sequences are, I find when you have a lot, there is no way to sort it alphabetically in one go. I am aware you can do this one by one via the manage actions setting, but that is tedious and counter productive, especially when you have a lot like i have, attached. Please can you implement a 'Sort by A-Z', either in the menu bar along the top, within the manager actions settings or next to the name 'ACTION LIST' on the UI, highlighted attached. Hope this gets someones attention. Thanks.

  3. I would like it, if a user could only auto tag figure. It is a common issue for me to have figures that aren't initially recognized, but auto tagging the whole document interrupts the text.

  4. If i want to save a document to Microsoft OneDrive for Busines, therefore I need to add a storage account. Selecting OneDrive for Business requires me to enter an Admin Consent to give the required permission for the AzureAD Enterprise Application.

By entering the admin credentials of a O365 Global Admin it does not work as an unexpected consent prompt entered in the Adobe Acrobat Enterprise Application for AzureAD is causing the error.

Documentation of Microsoft to fix the issue by requesting the individual user consent:

  6. We have been experiencing problems in pdf file conversion (pdf to jpeg format). The font style changes all throughout (stretched and ambiguous), totally different from the acrobat pdf output.

Consider this utmost importance as we are having a project deadline.

Your immediate response to this matter will be highly appreciated.

    With regards,
    CV Team

  8. That frigging sign in pop up constantly appearing is a screaming pain in the butt. I open a doc and read it. I print a doc and save it. I print a doc and insert additional pages. That's all I ever do. I don't give a flying red rat's rear about the friggin' cloud. If I want to sign in I will. Make this bloody annoyance go away or I will cancel my subscription and simply use the one time purchase product. BTW don't think we aren't aware that this constant sign in and cloud **** is nothing more than…

  9. When I place a comment, a trash can icon or sticky note icon appears, but those icons only get in the way of the content I'm trying to comment on. It would be great to be able to disable that feature.

  10. The Read Aloud Speed can be set i note settings. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to do anything. Support threads on this topic haven't been addressed by Adobe in years. Could we get this feature working?

  11. When using the add comment text tool the text appears normal when initially typed but fades when clicked away from. The support agents I spoke with said there should be an opacity slider for that tool however there is only the option to change color.

  12. I have just installed Adobe on a new PC and it no longer fills in the subject line in my EMail.

This is most frustrating as all the previous versions of Adobe Reader that i have used have done this automatically, with the name of the File I'm sending.

Filling in the subject line in a 100 plus Accounts Emails is a non trivial exercise, as i use the Subject line as a sorting mechanism and it needs to be entered identically every time for each client.

  13. It would be helpful if there was a Redaction Properties menu bar that could be more easily and quickly accessible when redacting a PDF document. The attached file is a picture of the properties menu I am referring to. If those options could be placed on a menu that was available on the top or side of an open PDF, that would be great!

  14. Hello, I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC behind a firewall with a proxy password that changes daily. I almost never need to use any internet connectivity from within Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and I get so tired of entering my proxy password every time I want to just view a PDF file. It is particularly annoying because I always get two prompts for my proxy password. Please add an option to just stop Adobe from trying to reach the internet. I have spent hours searching the internet for an existing solution, and I can't find anything. Thank you for considering…

  17. In making large, complex tables accessible, I have repeatedly come across multiple cells that I have drawn with the cell button on the reading order panel, that either include more than one cell, or create one cell that is so large that I cannot select any cells beneath it.

  19. Drawboard PDF's single page view allows one to swipe through pages (like "flipping" pages in a book). I find this helps with retention as it breaks apart the text, delineated by page breaks. I've tried your single page vertical scrolling view, but I found it to be clunky. A few things that would probably make this better (for the horizontal swipe as well):

    1. Don't have the page "glued" to the screen, but put it on a rubber band -- so, as someone "drags" the page, you can see it react/ shift from the center/ default position. If the user just…

  20. I frequently add comments to drawing files created in Adobe format. It works great if a person can remember to save the file every time changes are made. If he can't because the user gets side tracked and opens another file and experiences a adobe crash everything is lost. When users start editing an adobe file, it should work just like Word where it auto saves every so often so that if a crash occurs, all the comments are restored also and not just the original file.
