  1. Garbage

    Not sure what you have done to this program but it is absolute garbage!!! I have had ongoing problems with this program since an update a year ago. Your tech support people accessed my computer on multiple occasions to "fix" it - it has never worked right since! It now crashed at least once to twice daily & I lose documents since it also does not reopen the documents that were open at the time of the crash. I send the report for every crash & have never received any feedback on the problems. Not sure what you've done to…

  2. Product downgraded

    Since 2020, I used ADOBE PRO, previously installed on my laptop with a subscription. After this year's renewal, the app didn't accept my log in, and after reaching out to customer service, I ended up with an ADOBE READER. That is what the person said my subscription was good for. BUYER BEWARE! Now, I need to pay to upgrade my product to ADOBE PRO. Shame on you, ADOBE.

  3. Windows task bar not showing for Full screen

    I'm currently using windows11(23H2 build 22635.3139)
    I have my taskbar hidden as default. Moving the cursor to the bottom shows the hidden taskbar.
    After updating Adobe Acrobat to the newest version, when using acrobat as full screen, the taskbar wouldn't show up. If it's not uesd as a full screen, the tasksbar shows normally.

    In the screenshots below, when used with full screen, taskbar wouldn't show up. This is an issue that wasn't happening for the previous version.

  4. Recent Files... not correctly populated

    On a Mac operating system, Adobe Acrobat does not record a file in the "Recently Opened" list if the file is opened directly from Google Drive for Desktop (which mimics a hard disk on your computer). There is a workaround that involves linking Adobe Acrobat to Google Drive directly (on the Acrobat home screen -> add file storage) and opening Google files from within Adobe Acrobat. These files do get recorded in the "Recently Opened" list. However, the workaround is inconvenient for the user since you usually open files from the Mac Finder.

  5. iOS FEATURE - ESIGN CERTIFICATE

    Good evening, in a few words I tried to share this feature on iOS app but it showed me an issue while I was sending the mail. So, I'd like to have the opportunity to add an esign certificate on a document like I do on the desktop app. Sometimes I need to sign a document so fast and I don't have the time to open my laptop or simply because I forgot that.

  6. Crop with large page overlap view

    Some online PDF editors (like Sejda) have the feature of viewing all selected pages for cropping in an overlapping view. That way you can be sure of not inadvertently deleting text while cropping the maximum you want.

    It would also be better if the view was larger, like full screen or adjustable, so you can be precise during cropping.

    This request has a relation with "turn pages in crop dialogue" by @Hossein, but I think Sejda's feature is a better option.

  8. Exporting specific long files produces a WORD file with certain gray block lines at specific pages

    Using Convert for specific long files produces a WORD file with certain gray block lines at specific pages. Original PDF and converted DOCX file are shown. The DOCX file has grey blocks on pages 39, 54, 58 and 74.

  9. Tools appear overtop the print window

    Whenever I go to print a PDF there is a 50% chance that the editing tools appear overtop of the print window.

    OS: Windows 11 Pro
    Screen resolution: 1920x1080
    Windows UI Scale: 100%
    Computer: Dell XPS 13 2-in-1
    Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1250U 1.10 GHz (integrate graphics)

  10. Bug

    The latest version (2024-002) has a bug: When you try to close the application in Windows it fails. You need to wait for the Trial notice in the lower left corner to be able to close naturally. But the trial notice does not appear immediately while launching the application. It takes two-three seconds.

  11. From the banner, Clicking X closes more than one open pdf in a single click

  13. Adobe Acrobat closing when using edit text

    I am having a problem with Acrobat crashing every time I use Edit text. I am trying to add text to the face of the document and every time, the document crashes and closes. I've had these problems since they did the last update.

  14. How to Contact Yahoo Help Center?

    A one-sentence aim that says something like "by the next sprint we want [goal]" should be the focus of every sprint.

    The optimal user outcome should be the [objective]. What is the product's experience like, is it faster, more efficient, etc.?

    This is necessary to determine which sprint tasks can be de-prioritized and which ones truly help to solve the user-centric goal.

  20. Auto delete blank pages after scanning a pdf

    Paper files that I scan can be anywhere from 1 - 700+ pages. For my larger files, it's easier for me to check the front/back on our scanner so it scans both sides of the pages and delete any blank pages after it's a pdf. It would be incredibly helpful if the blank pages could automatically be deleted once it's a pdf. This step of deleting blank pages was easier and quicker in the previous version of Adobe Standard. This new version is so much slower and more time consuming. I've had to go back and re-highlight blank pages because…
