Enhance Camera Image Fails in new UX
After the latest update I am unable to use the Enhance Camera Image option when performing OCR. I am given the handles to select the border area of the document, but the popup window with the "Enhance" button does not appear, leaving me unable to continue.

Bug - New Acrobat - Single Key Accelerator (U selects "underline" tool even if last tool used was "Highlight" (and shift was not held down)
Single Key Accelerator (U) selects "underline" tool. This is unexpected when the last tool used in this category (Underline, Highlight, Strikethrough) was "Highlight" AND the shift key was not pressed (i.e., Shift + U)).
Expected behavior is to return to last tool used under Single Key Accelerator (U).

Never take a Video Wake Lock for advertisements
When I investigated why my large, inefficient screen had been on for days, I found that AcroCEF.exe was holding a Video Wake Lock, apparently because it had embedded edge to run an advertisement for itself. This is absolutely not OK.

Better support for more PDFs
First time I tried to use this (on a simple slide deck), I was told "This file isn't currently supported. Please try a different file."
Both OpenAI and Claude were able to summarise it without complaint.

Optimization should be quicker
Choosing to optimize a single PDF should be quicker; even multiple files for that matter should be. It requires too many clicks. There should be a button to optimize and save the currently viewed PDF to its current file-system location. Or have a droplet that allows us to drop PDFs onto it. It’s laborious right now.

Method 1: Print Microsoft to PDF with a few emails.

Annoying we cannot hide side toobars
It's super annoying we cannot hide the side bars. If I am editing two pdf's side by side they take up a LOT of space. This is a professional app. Also a very expensive all. Why don't we have complete and configurable key commands that we can use instead of giving up 30% of our screen space to toolbars?

make features like "reader view" opt in instead of opt out. it interferes with visualizing pdf documents and materials as designed
Change new tools to OPT in instead of OPT out with no clear mechanism. new versions of Acrobat are harder to navigate, harder to comment on and familiar features seem to have been shrouded or eliminated. keeping pdfs in the layout they came in is a bonus, not a liability. perhaps have a reader mode button, but otherwise let us look at the documents in total, even on tablets and phones. Feels like we lost many tools in the latest build and I have trouble finding ways to get around the loss adding way too many obstacles.

Dejar de usar los archivos cuando ya fueron cerrados
Cuando termino de censurar PDF y modificarlos, al momento de cerrarlos, tengo que moverlos de carpeta, no puedo moverlos aun cuando ya cerré los archivos en PDF, si cierro completamente Acrobat, cada que tengo que repetir este proceso, se buggea y ya no abre, entonces seria bueno que Acrobat deje de usar los archivos que ya cerró

Cant edit a button without adding a new button 1st
In Acrobat, I can't edit an existing button (i.e click on it, right click to get options, etc) without 1st going into the button tool, and placing a new button to get the button selection tool. After that I can edit the existing button then delete the new button. There should be a button selection tool or something similar.

Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save
Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save. A blank popup window appears. If I click past it, I can enter a filename, and the popup goes away, but no file is created. I tried uninstalling (even though my updates were current) and reinstalling, but I get the same result.

Up and down keyboard keys no longer allow me to change the page
I have recently received the latest update, and now when I use the up and down keys on my keyboard it moves the cursor through the text. It used to be that this would change the page. What is truly annoying is that if I am on page 10, but the curser is on page 1, when I press the down key, instead of going to page 11, it goes to page 1, because this is where my curser is. I have used the up and down keys for many years, and I can not seem to break the habit.…
