AI Assistant session breaks during sleep
I love the new AI Assistant feature to support me in my work, making me digest and query large documents faster.
However, when I worked on a document with AI Assistant and I have to leave for some time and then return, I cannot continue within the same "session".
Every subsequent prompt results in a long time to process and eventually ending with an error like: "Something went wrong. Please try again. (apiacrobatdesktopmac24.1.10529_13b94403-b2cc-4f27-8195-802e35e9adde)".
The only solution is to close and re-open the document to use AI Assistant again, but that also cleans my previous history working…2 votes -
Unable to use PDF Viewer
My Previous Company gave me Adobe Premium Acess now that that i don't have access to it anymore I am not even able to use adobe PDF viewer it asks me to buy premium and closes full software I need this to be fixed or else I will quit using adobe Acrobat this behaviour of the software is irritating

Automated Invoices - This is Ridiculous!
How is it possible that it's 2024 and Adobe (a HUGE technology-based company with lots of money) is STILL not able to email a monthly automated invoice to their customers? You can email automatically to let us know our subscription will be doubling in price with less than a month's notice, but you can't send an email automatically each month with the invoice attached? I don't see how this isn't a top priority to get figured out. working on a remote computer and Adobe Cloud closing open PDF files
I have Adobe Cloud installed on two machines. I use Adobe Pro. I'm signed into two machines. I am not using CloudSync. It's disabled by IT. I remote into one machine from the other, yet Adobe Cloud freezes my computer, closes all PDF's open an can't recognize the machine I'm working on as being signed in.
From the screen shot, I'm working on 597257 but Adobe doesn't recognize that this is the device is activated.
I need to be able to work on PDF files on two machines at the same time with the same e-mail address.

Minimize Edit Menu
The "old Adobe" version used to allow one to minimize the Edit / Comment panes while keeping the tool used active.
The "new Adobe" edit pane opens up every time I try to add text covering half the document making it extremely difficult to edit my document when I can't see half of it and need multiple windows open on 1 screen.
The Toolbar pane used is now on the side instead of locked at the top increasing the width of the document even more. The options are left side or right side.

Unable to sign a secured file
I just purchased Adobe Pro 2 days ago, in order to collect e signatures from clients.
However, I could not send it out as Adobe says "This is a secured file that can't not be signed.
That was fillable PDF file form from a large insurance company that we use those at a daily basis.
Before I came to Adobe, I've using Docusign for two years, never had any issue. I then used Docusign instead, it worked perfect no issue at all.

Auto-Generate Repeated Areas
It would be great if you had a document (medical form) where you have the person's name at the top of each form and it allowed you to auto-generate their name at the top of each page. This could also include date of birth, date, time, or patient ID. In other words, allow you to have a header/footer for your template.

Full screen split on Mac causes Adobe to disappear/fail
I have recently been using the split full-screen feature on my MacBook Air 2020 (Ventura 13.4.1), where I am writing my dissertation on one half of the screen and looking at my advisor's comments on a previous draft on the other (see screenshot). I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Occasionally (often after the computer falls asleep due to inactivity), Acrobat just disappears, and clicking on the icon in the doc results in no action. If I try to "show all windows" for Acrobat, nothing appears either.

Button action allowing mp3 sound files
We want to add a button in a PDF that plays a sound when clicked. You can currently only add WAV files which are far too large to make sense in a PDF. We want to add mp3 files which are 9% of the file size, but Adobe Reader does not accept them.

There seems to be a bug in Acrobat DC. I have been in contact with Adobe's support (who agreed on that the issue should and could be ignored) about it and the person I had a chat with sent me the link to this site.
The trouble is that the reliability monitor give a red dot. Not every day but 3 to 5 times a week or so.

Combine PDFs from Windows Explorer Context Menu - Not Working
With the latest version of Acrobat Pro on Windows 10, I'm unable to combine PDFs from the Windows Explorer context menu. After clicking "Combine files in Acrobat..." nothing happens.
Uninstalling, and reinstalling an old version fixes the issue, but I don't want to stay on an old version.
