Provide a "About" section which provides basic details such as Application version, Date of release, etc.

Can't click on Adobe Sign link to download document from ssa.gov
When submitting form SSA 445 on ssa.gov (US Social Security) it asked me to verify my e-mail by sending an e-mail with a verification link. I clicked the link and ssa.gov via Adobe Sign sent me a second e-mail instructing me the document was signed and complete and to click on a button to download the final document. However, the button was not clickable. Please work with your ssa.gov account team to instruct them on how to correctly implement Adobe Sign so that submitters get a copy of their final document. dark mode
There should be a proper full fledged dark mode that needs to be introduced by Adobe on all platforms - Windows, iOS, iPad, Android, Mac and everything.
We need to have a setting where is specifically says "Dark mode".
High time Adobe works on this.

Reading aloud
As a proofreader, I like to use the read-aloud feature. Acrobat's, however, is now unusable. It crashes on my Mac. I cannot read paragraph by paragraph. If I pause to insert a comment, it restarts reading from the top of the page. If there are columns, pullquotes, figures or tables, sometimes it reads across the width of the page instead of vertically. It's just a mess.

Search doesn't highlight text, navigation arrows moved away from search box
In Windows version 2023.006, searching a PDF for text doesn't highlight the selected text. The navigation arrows for moving between searched text instances have moved to the lower right side of the window, away from the search box. That's not intuitive at all, and requires moving the mouse or touching a different area away from the user's focus.

highlighting causes text to change to prior pages while highighting
When highlighting pdf documents the highlighted section will sometime flash to that from another page while i am highlighting. this is very frustrating as cannot see what I am actually highlighting. once i finish, the original text reappears. this has happened on multiple documents on and off. Never happened on the prior version

Keyboard command for posting comments
I would like to use a keyboard command to post a comment, including adding text, marking text for deletion or adding a stamp.
Hitting command-save to save the doc works, but I might not always want to do that (also, that's not especially intuitive!). Using the mouse to navigate to the "post" button is inconvenient and time consuming.

Make low resolution document high resolution button so they will OCR
Create a tool that makes low resolution documents high resolution so OCR will work. User needs to be able to redact documents, but OCR doesn't work. She has to go in and print to Microsoft pdf and then she is able to OCR and search.
Please cut out some steps by making this automatic or adding a tool.

Ligands in search
Searches on words such as 'differentiation' fail in documents where the double f has been formatted as a ligand (the two ff's joined as one symbol). This has been known for thirty years and yet it still happens, it's ridiculous that such a simple feature of text should be able to disable such an important function and advantage of using PDFs to communicate information.

can't apply a digital signature
I can't apply a digital signature on my desktop. Adobe forces me to route it electronically and applies a signature that does not have my certificate details such as time date stamp and reason for signing.

Search for contains the term being searched for
I am looking for the ability to search for a term where the term is "contained" and Acrobat will highlight all of these occurrences.
For example, I wanted to search for the term "scenario" and highlight all occurrences of it whether it is found as "scenario", "scenarios", or other variation. Unfortunately, I could not find any option that allowed for this. All I got was a teaser when typing the search term where it showed me that it could find the term as "scenario" (19 of them) or "scenarios" (just one) but would not for a combined result where it…

ACROBAT QUIT UNEXPECTEDLY.
ACROBAT ADOBE PRO - get the message often "Acrobat quit unexpectedly. Click "learn more" for possible fixes." when opening a document from file folder. ALSO it is quite slow opening documents, and sometimes freezes when editing a document. I have to close Adobe and reopen to finish editing.

Bring back the old commenting toolbar
I am an editor and frequently use the PDF mark-up tools, including strikethrough, insert text and especially "replace selected text". In previous versions, these tools were nicely organized in a toolbar across the top of the screen. If you wanted to use one, you simply had to click or highlight within the text as needed, then choose the appropriate tool in the toolbar. RowSpan attribute for Table row headers spanning across multiple pages.
For tables with row headers spanning multiple rows across multiple pages, there should be a way to add RowSpan attribute for such row headers. Currently, it only considers and accepts value for the number of rows spanned on the current page.
