Viewing in Half-monitor
Electronic working demands viewing of multiple windows. In a standard two monitor setup one keeps one working file in one monitor and other monitor to reference files. These could be multiple files. Manually adjusting two or three files on monitor viewing space is tedious task. A button is needed to click and the file occupies half monitor. It is like asking to divide monitor iin two halves that allow swapping or movement of files between two monitors or between two halves of monitors.

One click flattener
I am amazed at how hard it is to flatten a document when you’re trying to accomplish something so simple. It is amazing and impressive that Adobe has made it so complex, confusing, and impossible to use. It is so bad that when I call Adobe for help, the tech support just advises me to open up the document in Google Chrome and save it as a PDF. For such an expensive product, that is ridiculous!!!

Acrobat DC Fill & Sign fails on every document
No sure if it was the lasted update (2022.003.20314) that killed it, but it had to be recent because I use it all the time. When I try using Fill & Send to add text, it fails every time with an unknown error. I happens on every document from any source, even after I try to reprint them with Acrobat as the printer or optimize the PDF. I can still sign them, but I cannot add text.

3D-PDF performance for 64-Bit is terrible
3D-PDF performance for 64-Bit version is so terrible. Our company is therefore still using 32-Bit version, which has other issues when many files open. Such as: "out of memory error", missing content, white pages and other random errors
Also the fact that 32-Bit Acrobat Pro/DC can't render 3D-PDFs properly with "Enhanced Security Settings" on is a bit questionable. All employees working with 3D-PDF have to turn this option off permanently.

BUG: In the convenient user-friendly previous version of Acrobat, a user could turn on the highlighter and then double click on a word or triple click on a paragraph to select, then move to the next segment to highlight.
In the current please, for God's sake roll it back, version of Acrobat, when trying to highlight by a double, a popup with a bubble, color chooser, and trash icon pops up before it's possible to double click on the word. It's impossible to dump the popup of useless tools to mark the word. ESC does not work, clicking around it…

The "Starred" folder should be able to be sorted by name, date, etc.
We should be able to sort the "Starred" folder in the same way that we can sort the Adobe cloud storage folders.

Text is shifting and changing as I scroll...
I am trying to read a long pdf that's located on my computer and synched up to OneDrive. Each time that I scroll down, the text either disappears, fails to scroll, or fails to scroll and then suddenly scrolls three pages and I'm lost as to where I was in my reading. Sometimes the text is cut in half and overlaid by text from a different location. It is impossible to focus when the text won't stay where it's supposed to be. Please fix this!

stamps
Please make it easier for lawyers to place exhibit stamps on documents. This should be template that is sold with the software.
Previously I've added the stamps using the attached document or other means. The newest version of adobe doesn't allow for this method, however.
Also, if anyone has any advice on how to add exhibit stamps to the newest version of acrobat, please let me know.

Adding Acrobat form features to InDesign
InDesign allows for the creation of PDF forms, including text fields, but unfortunately, it doesn't allow users to modify the text field as Acrobat can. For instance, I would like to be able to include default text in my forms (text that appears inside the text field after exporting my InDesign document to PDF); to align the text (left, right, center); etc. It also would be nice to be able to export from InDesign to an Acrobat Reader Extended PDF without having to do so from Acrobat. Adding these Acrobat capabilities to InDesign would be a huge time saver.

Adobe Sign Workflow - allow users the option to "Modify an Agreement" before first signor signs
My company purchased an Acrobat Sign Enterprise package in March 2022. Since then we have applied AS to an integral business document. The document did not require setting up a Workflow but has worked successfully with Adobe Sign. As an administrator for our AS account, I can say with confidence that the main feature that attributed to the successful application of AS to this document is the option to “modify an agreement” before signed by the first signor.

LIMIT printing to physical printers
We have a secured PDF that we created. It's password protected. I am trying to allow people to print a hard copy, but I don't want them to be able to choose 'Adobe PDF' or 'Microsoft Print to PDF' as the printer because that just circumvents the whole security process. How can I stop people from that? They can just "print" an unprotected version of the secured document. How about a way to allow physical printers only, say, printers with real device IDs or IP addresses? I don't know how the print dialog can distinguish between physical printers and "soft"…

Commenting tools in shared vs unshared PDF
It would be great if the same commenting tools would be available in shared and unshared PDFs. Unshared PDFs additional commenting tools, such as "insert text at cursor" and "Add note to replace text", which make it much easier to implement changes once imported into InDesign.

No hyperlink of hover over option
Government applications want no hyperlinks or hover over. They can toss the application. However, Adobe doesn't offer a way to remove. In fact at times establish the hyperlink you just removed in the word doc before converting. Need to be able to remove at the source document rather than user software options.

Actions: Drag-and-Drop Files, Edit Legacy Actions, Performance, etc.
Please restore functionality that existed in Acrobat X:
1. Drag & Drop files with Legacy Actions and with Acrobat DC actions
2. Do not displaying each file processed by actions for faster processing
3. Be able to edit actions created in prior versions of Acrobat
4. New actions should have an option to prompt user to add more files before running
