  1. The minimum page thumbnail size needs to be reduced. It's laughably large right now. Basically needs to mimic PowerPoint resize allowance. Want very small thumbnails? Done. Large? Done. Right now you can have only large, very large, super large, and stupid large. How is Adobe so bad at some of the most basic functionality?!

  2. In Organise Pages, please add in a "Reverse Order" function. A lot of scanned documents I work with are scanned in reverse. The only way try correct this is to "print to pdf" in reverse order, which is a convoluted way.

  4. When printing to Adobe PDF printer driver we can use custom page sizes. However, the driver software is not allowing to add pages smaller than one inch (if only one dimension is smaller than one inch - the definition is not possible).

    If there is a reason of not supporting a small pages, it should be published and documented. Also, when adding custom pages smaller than one inch there should be a warning or error messages displayed. The existing page definitions should not be automatically deleted.

  5. The "every business day" reminder is too aggressive, and the "every other day" reminder annoys people also during their weekends.

    I think we need an "every other business day" reminder to avoid the above-mentioned issues.

  6. There is no option to prevent the "Discover" panel which shows Recommended Tools from opening EVERYTIME you open a document. When you're operating with a number of documents for data entry purposes, it is extremely frustrating to have to close the panel every single time you open a document. And no, the "save last settings" check box does not fix this problem.

  7. Add a shortcut or something, that I could switch between Selection tool and Add text to write down side notes, instead of going through 2 phase which need to press edit first then add text.
    Need a quick switch on that.

  8. Acrobat is not working with BPDX files to update a search index.
    I call acrobat.exe with a bpdx file passed as an argument,acrobat launches,
    and then the window appears as it did before attempting to update the index.

    However, when I manually run the pdx file it updates the index without issue.
    How can I resolve this issue?

  9. When editing previously created PDFs, the user should be able to drag a text box full of text over another to combine them. The user should be prompted as to how the text should be joined. Options should include append at the end, insert at the beginning, and insert at the selected point. This should be able to be done across different pages and perhaps between documents.

  10. When editing a PDF, users should be able to drag text boxes (full of text or not) from one page to another. This would allow easy rearrangement of previously populated PDFs or easy reformation of currently being created PDFs.

  11. When trying to apply a redact in Adobe Acrobat DC, the program will freeze/lock up, and displays a blank gray box in the middle of the screen. The only way to close the program at that point is via the Task Manager. When I re-open the .pdf file, the redact was not applied.

  12. When designing a workflow, I have the option to create a recipient group. I have created a recipient group that is required and not editable since the workflow users are blind to the process of the workflow.
    When the user is filling out the list of recipients, they are required to enter a name for the recipient group. Why is this required if they are not entering any of the email contact information? Please fix this in the process. It currently doesn't make sense for our users.

  13. When opening a workflow the first section you see is the "How this workflow works" section; however this is collapsed by default. Given that the sole purpose of this information is to instruct the user on how they should use the workflow it would be more appropriate for this to be expanded as default and to be more prominent on the page with the ability to collapse if they wish. As it stands at the moment it is very easy to miss.

  14. we are using okta SSO from domain joined devices. This auto identifys the user that is logged and signs them in. it dose not even look at the Email Address that is entered..i can login using this in the Email Address box

  15. The customer service for one-time license purchase is pathetic, once I go on the chat option, the AI has no clue, and the agents keep passing me on to other agents. No one has an idea what to do. Customer support is equal to some 3rd rate homegrown company.

  16. A way from the adobe admin console to default the Profile picture for all users will use.

  17. The strikethough feature has a greyed out option to adjust the strikethrough thickness. It should be implemented as certain clients prefer a more substantial strikethrough and the workaround of creating a line and adjusting that thickness is very tedious with large documents.

  18. Good Morning.

    We have the following equipment:

    • PC with i5-10400, 8GB DDR4 and 500 GB SSD -Windows 10 Pro x64
    • Office 2019 Home and Business (licensed)
    • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (licensed)

    When running Word 2019 an error window is displayed with the message: 'Word has problems with the pdfmaker.office add in'.

    We have tryed several operations:

    • Windows 10 updates.
    • Update Office 2019.
    • Check Office 2019 compatibility with PDFMOfficeAddin.dll plugin (v22.2.20191.0)
    • Repair Office 2019.
    • Reinstall Office 2019.
    • Check for updates Adobe Reader Pro DC (already updated)
    • Update Visual C++ libraries 2015-2022
    • Rename the general Word template 'Normal.dotm' and open Word, generating…

  20. The fill & sign feature allows text to be added to the PDF but duplicates it in other areas when attempting to move the text box. The text also disappears completely requiring an entire reboot of the document. I spend more time opening and closing the document than entering text.
