  3. I have 2 pdfs, version 1 and version 2. Using compare pdf, I can able to view the changes made and save the compare report and see side-by-side.

But, when I send the compare report for shared review, but the reviewers can see only the new file with comments and can not see side-by-side on browser.

Enable side-by-side view for shared review through browser. So the reviewers can easily identify the changes from version 1 to version 2 and it is easy for them to review.

  5. Provide a means of increasing the number of folders that are displayed when in the "Save As" dialogue. You could also just use File Explorer and do away with the "Landing Page" as I more often than not end up selecting a displayed folder and then selecting another folder from there. Most inconvenient unless you always work in the same five folders. This is one of the nicest features of the "backstage" in Office apps (setting the number of recently used files or folders in "Options"). Having the ability to increase the number of folders displayed in "Files>Computer" on the…

  6. A week or so ago, I went to prepare Adobe documents as per usual. Apparently an update was done. This update has severely slowed down my productivity. When I combine pages to create a document, I have to wait for Adobe to recognize the pages. Once that happens, I have to click on "save". Then I'm required to re-name the document (click and drag over the name given by Adobe) and click "save". Previously I could name the document while it was merging and could hit my enter button on the keyboard instead of having to use the mouse to…

  7. I use the Find/Replace feature far more than the other tools that Adobe is promoting. And yet this is the only tool that I can't move to a sidebar! It overlays the text and blocks view of the material you're searching. At least before I could drop it into the header bar.

  10. If you are looking at a text you should be able to highlight a part of the text it should send you to the website that they got the idea from. While your writing a text instead of putting in a bibliography you should highlight your text and reference it there.

  11. Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  12. I am creating a fillable PDF and the users need to be able to add an image. I tried using "Add an Image Field" with Prepare Form, but the users are unable to add the image when they open the PDF in Mac Preview. Most of our clients use Mac Preview to open and fill PDFs we need to make this compatible!

  13. When sharing sensitive documents via Links it would be helpful to set a rule to automatically delete the URLS after x amount of days.

Right now, after sharing a PDF online via URL, we have to manually delete these links user by user.

  14. Sign has the ability to create web forms, I'd like to see a feature that is the same but with no signature or certification - just a form that is distributable by link, gets filled out, the responses go to my account, and I can download and edit the document the same as any other PDF. With all the same fields (INCLUDING REQUIRED FILE UPLOAD) as sign except certified signature. Needed to be able to manage form submissions and attachments without the red tape of Sign

  16. Advise with a window before deleting the checkmarks for files to remove from recent. Too often while I am selectively removing from recent, I exceed some unknown number and all the checkmarks are removed.

  18. I'd like to re-report a general issue with Adobe Acrobat running on Mac. While viewing simple PDFs (<1MB), without annotations, Adobe Acrobat has 1 to two second delays when scrolling, painfully slow performance, the program is basically unusable.

I'm sure you are aware of this, because with a limited search I've seen multiple posts asking for help with this, most notably:
    https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/acrobat-scrolling-is-incredibly-laggy-and-slow/m-p/10652846
The issues brought up in this post fully summarize my problem -- and BEAUTIFULLY surmises a likely cause of these problems. However, while a recurrent issue, I've seen very little interest from your company in addressing it...

    I…

  20. My Windows 10 Pro installation started crashing regularly by exhausting virtual memory, i.e. commit charge. After eliminating applications one-by-one, I determined that Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 was the culprit. If I boot the machine and launch open Resource Monitor and watch the Commit Charge meter, all is fine with Commit Charge at or below 10%. The moment I start Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, the Commit Charge will start to slowly ramp up. After an hour or two, it will run up to 100% and start causing Resource-Exhaustion-Detector errors, and eventually, the machine will hang. If I do these same steps,…
