Where did Save As / Save as Copy go?
I frequently open PDFs from a web browser and have no idea where they actually live in a temp folder and would use File > Save As to save it somewhere I would recognize like OneDrive or the Desktop. This option seems to be gone. I can export it in any format under the sun except save it as another PDF. Even a right-click > Show in File Explorer would be useful. Thank you.

Bug when compressing from Windows (pdf pack version)
I am using Windows 10, latest version, Adobe PDF Pack, paid up, latest version.
I have attached screenshots for all steps as described.
When opening a pdf on laptop (laptop shot), and pressing the "pdf compress" icon (laptop2 shot), it takes me to the web page for compress. BUT(bug) it will not perform the compress but rather asks me to upgrade (or free trail). (web shot1)
This applied to all pdf documents on my laptop, not just a specific file.
If I log directly onto my Adobe web home page, select compress (web shot2), then drag/drop a pdf from my…1 vote -

GUI email feature not working
I work with a government agency that will only accept PDF's that are sent through the GUI button at the bottom of the pdf. They do not allow email attachments of the pdf. A few months ago the GUI feature no longer worked and I can only send as an attachment, which gets rejected. I am stuck here, any ideas?

Dividing pool of license geographically
Right now in our adobe admin console we have one pool irrespective of geographic location. So if one admin has purchased 100 licenses from apac region then that admin should only be able to see 100 licenses with 100 apac users and likewise LATAM admin should only be able to see LATAM pool with LATAM users and so on.

Droplets get corrupted when modified (macOS)
Everything works fine when I create a droplet, but if I edit a droplet in the Preflight window, the droplet becomes corrupted. When I execute the droplet, I get an OS error "You can’t open the application <droplet name> because it may be damaged or incomplete."
I investigated via Show Package Contents in Finder, and found that the directory structure in modified droplets is different from the directory structure of a non-modified droplet – see attached screenshots.
I'm running the latest Acrobat (20.0) on macOS Mojave (10.14.6), and I also experienced the same problem a few months ago on High Sierra,…

Work with PDF after signature
Creators should have the ability to work with a PDF after it is signed. For instance, we should be able to add an additional signature or signer. Another example, if a fully executed agreement is to be terminated, I would like to be able to combine a PDF of the letter terminating the agreement with a copy of the signed agreement. I am unable to do that now, due to the security settings on the signed PDF.

Text Call
Using Text Callout after a Comment Tool (Line, Segmented Line, etc.) will not allow typing immediately, despite a blinking cursor. The user must first click the Text Callout area again before being allowed to type.

Freezes for a few seconds on launch by non-admin user
Running Adobe Acrobat DC 20.012.20048 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363. Whenever a non-admin user launches the software, the software will freeze for 10-15 seconds, then start working normally again. When an admin user launches the software, it starts running fine without freezing. We assume this is a file permissions issue. Tried reinstalling, reverting to old version, and changing file permissions. Tried working with Adobe Support but they ultimately ran out of ideas.

Allow addition of text without breaking each word into bounding boxes
I have many documents that I regularly access and add text to. In a previous version of Adobe Pro, when I would click in the area of text, the whole area would become editable and I could add text that lined up with what was previously added. Now, if you click "edit PDF," every single character is selected in its own bounding box and there is no way to do the previously described adding of text, other than to enable the "add text" feature, which is not the same as what I described above. Often times, I need to adjust…

Team Collaboration - Adobe Sign and Send
My team of 4 uses Adobe sign and send. The thing is that we all have our "own" page to track signatures. Is there a way where we can all SHARE a page to keep track of needed signatures as a team? As a team leader, having to follow up with everyone else individually adds an unnecessary layer of complexity to my job. If I could see our "team" page, it'd be so much easier.

Where are the old mark up tools? I only what to draw some circles round things to highlight them. This new design is wasting my time.
Stop changing the workspace around so people stay familiar and can work efficiently. Professional software is supposed to support and enable efficient working.

Fillable PDF does now show completed or signed fields
If a fillable PDF is created from a Word document (perhaps even if created natively in Acrobat Pro), and it is filled in or signed by a 3rd party tool (e.g. Preview in macOS, iOS, iPadOS), the PDF is no longer rendered correctly in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Standard, or Adobe Acrobat Pro. HOWEVER it is faithfully rendered in Acrobat for iOS or Acrobat for iPadOS, or in a web browser (e.g. Chrome) or a built-in viewer like OneDrive. To fix Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, you have to turn off the "Show border hover color for fields" but this…

Please add a change default font, size, colour feature.
Can you please add the ability to let the user set a different 'default' font type, size, colour when creating forms? It adds significantly to the time used creating forms to have to change the font for every single text/field added.

I have a DesignJet printer for printing architectual drawings, everything was acting fine until today, all of the sudden I cannot access the "properties" button after choosing to print as I usually would to select which size document to print.
I reinstalled printer drivers for T930. Still unable to enter properties menu.
