2. Slider control field

   Just like text boxes, check boxes, dropdown lists, etc are available controls to add to a form, it would be great to have a slider control as well. This control should be able to be horizontal or vertical, specify the default location of the slider, specify min and max values for a 0 - 100 percentage of the slider and assign a value to the percentage starting at the min to the max (IE 0% of the slider could be a value of 0 and a value of 100% could be 500 and a value of 50% would be 250 in this case. The form designer could then take the value for this control and perform math calulations on it like add it to other values, etc.

3. PRINT ALL COMMENTS ON ONE PAGE

   As of November 2019, Adobe "had no plans" to address the issue of comments printing on single pages instead of a summary in its truest definition - all comments on one page. 12 comments scattered across 6 pages, and contained about 1/2 a page of text characters required 12 individual pages for a "summary." ANY CORRECTION OF THIS ISSUE YET?

4. Extra Data for Corporate users

   When exporting the CSV of our subscriptions users we could also show the date the users were added? Currently the fields are just Identity Type, Username, Email, First Name, Last name, it would be great to be able to see commencement date for our records. Currently we receive invoices with no user names on them and are not able to see when users have signed up so it is quite hard to reconcile billing periods for all the users within our organisation.

5. Software Download

   Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
   Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
   Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.
   There is no option to resend the welcome letter with the download link and this just makes the process overly complicated for administrators.

6. Your support team is unnecessarily telling me to suggest new ideas

   I am consistently getting inaccurate advice from your support team (in this last case it was Kanchan). They do not understand your products and do not want to admit this. Rather than transfer me to a supervisor they send endless chat messages without answering even the most basic questions so the do not have to admit they know too little about the products they are supporting

7. Remove Sign On Screen For Adobe Pro

   I work at a Library and we just purchased Adobe Professional for our public computer lab. Unfortunately, I was just told by support that there is no way to use Adobe Pro without having to sign in. We do not want to have to sign in for each user that needs it plus I do not want to stay signed in with my user name. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no work around or a registry edit that would allow the sign on screen to be removed. Surely, we are not the only ones where having to sign on each time is not practical.

9. Quick startup is vital, was better before (Pro)

   Adobe (XI/Pro) was better before.

   For some obscure reason, now it wants to process the document or verify signatures when i open the document. ....... and I have to sit there and wait ! .......

   That's not what I want.

   I want it to poen in less than 1 second.
   Then I want to check something on that document (think like paper document" in 2 seconds.
   And then I want to close it again in 1 second.

   Your are not doing that ! ,....... you're stealing my time.

   And I don't care if it is the document that's the problem.

   Because I just use kofax or Xchange viewer instead, they open it right away without expecting me to wait.

   If you need to process the document, do that in the background (while you keep it read only maybe).

   Additionally the program is (also document related) sometimes simply crashing ! ,........... Maybe because the document was created or updated by kofax or xchange before,....... but you realy have to pull yourself together and make sure you test your product for such cases.

   Otherwise, you will be out of this business in some years from now.

10. PREVENT ACROBAT FROM STEALING FOCUS WHEN BINDING PDF FILES

    USING WINDOWS 10, WHEN BINDING PDF FILES, ACROBAT GRABS FOCUS FROM ANY OTHER PROGRAM, FOR EACH PDF FILE BOUND.

    THIS MEANS THE COMPUTER IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE UNTIL ACROBAT FINISHES THE BINDING PROCESS.

    WHEN BINDING LARGE NUMBERS OF FILES THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES.

    PLEASE DISABLE THIS FOCUS GRABBING BEHAVIOUR.

    Please add an 'Invert Selection' option which would change the current page selection such that all pages previously deselected would be selected and vice versa.

12. Crash report: blue spinning wheel for 20 minutes

    Two files open in Shared Review, two crashes in an hour. First crash launched an error message and crash report. This time, I've been stuck on a blue spinning wheel and (Not Responding) for twenty minutes.

14. Program crashes when I try to print.

    Everytime I try and print a pdf on adobe it crashes. I've redownloaded like 5 times. cleaned it off device with revo uninstaller. continues to crash when I print. Also this dialogue box pops up whenever i open adobe when two blank buttons on it. Tried to upload screenshots but the layout has errors all over it. I don't have this problem with any other program. i'm on a relatively new $3600 laptop. I use adobe all day so this is very irritating.

16. Conversion from PDF to HL7 compliant XML

    I would like to upload some medical records to the website of a new healthcare provider. I currently have these records in PDF form. The website requires that documents to be uploaded be in the form of HL7 compliant XML files. Simple XML files will not work.

    I asked for chat help on your website. The chat assistant, Ajita, said that this function was not currently supported. I said I wanted to convey a suggestion to your organization to add this function. Ajita gave me this link.

    I feel that this function could be of interest to many people as we're always having to send records from one doctor to another and the medical staff often is not very helpful in doing this. It's often better to do it oneself.

20. Wrist watch buffering

    I'm copying text from an old scanned document to a blank PDF in the same work space side by side, for the last few hours I'm unable to work as I'm getting the above. This has been an ongoing thing for as long as I have been using AA DC usually I shut down and reopen and it fixes, but today it's on going. I'm up to date with my version of AA DC.
