  2. The included images are screen shots of 2 PDFs we are working with.
Both are in the same format with different data & overall structure remains the same.
“Aa” doc was converted as in the same format & structure of the PDF itself,
but “B” doc was converted with incorrect sequence of data lines.
To be precise ,in “B” doc the row after “issue date”, With “Buyer: xxxxxxx Vendor:tttttt Manufac**** Agent:****”
Came below the Line:02 row box, after the conversion of doc from pdf to excel.

“Aa-Converted” and “B-convereted” are the converted excel files of Aa & B correspondingly.

  4. When using images as part of the "Appearance" of a Digital Signature, the image is scaled and centered which results in odd placement of the signature.

When there is only an image in the signature it is scaled to fit within the forms signature field/user defined rectangle and then it is centered.
It should be left justified (Or right depending on the region settings).

When there is an image with text, the signature is scaled to fit within half of the signature field/user defined rectangle and then it is centered on the left half. The image should take up only…

  7. This should enable page down to show each page exactly on the screen, but is consistently too large, eg 71% needs to be changed to 70% to display correctly on page down. I have found this on old and new versions and various screens.

  8. When using the Digitally Sign tool the first step is to blindly draw a rectangle to indicate where to place the signature. Unfortunately the user is not given an indication of what the signature will look like until after the document is signed. Signatures solely composed of "Text" will have the text fit into whatever rectangular shape that was drawn (which is usually ok); however, signatures composed of "Images" will shrink the image to maintain it's aspect ratio and then center the image in the rectangle, this results in smaller signatures offset to the right from the insertion point. This…

  9. Were I to have to attest in a court of law as to my having affirmed the Adobe sign signature, any testimony would come with no tribute paid to Adobe. By contrast, we were previously given the means to select a font to adopt as one's own. Considering the cost of Adobe's license, I would think Adobe would provide a font selection worthy of a professional's signature, not what is now viewed as an illiterate attempt to write one's name.

  10. Our procurement office requires receipts. Your customer service rep states that Adobe does not have have payment receipts, invoice serves as a confirmation of payment; Invoices are added to account only when it's paid. Our procurement office says that this is not acceptable and we need a confirmation that states that the invoice is in fact paid.

  11. I have to open one PDF after another for hours and must close the left-hand ribbon every single time. It aggravates my RSS and badly impairs my efficiency. Can't you allow users to turn it off permanently unless they want it?

  12. There should be an easier way to delete un-wanted contracts. Sometimes you may have made a contract on accident or maybe you no longer want that contract on file. When this happens you shouldn't have to jump thru hoops do simply delete an Adobe sign document. Like every other program in the world, there should be a delete option that pops up with a simple right click.

  13. Hyperlinks that span more than one line create multiple OBJR tags.
Reproduce: Create file in InDesign with links that span more than one line. Export to PDF/open with Acrobat. Find tag. Link will have two OBJR tags (or more if the link spans more than two lines). This is a bad experience for users of assistive technologies.
Sometimes manually fixing tags (deleting old links and creating new OBJR tag) isn't sufficient and designer has to resort to editing in the content pane or even using the Actual Text override to get the link to be read by assistive technology properly.…

  14. I am a musician and have been using Adobe Pro to send PDF flyers with a sound bite attached to the PDF that played when the email attachment was opened. This gave an immediate result. I am amazed to find that due to an upgrade Adobe Pro will no longer do this, instead if you send a flyer to a potential venue they have to open the email attachment, save it to a file, close it, open it again, trust it, close it and open it another time before the sound can be heard. New venues are not going to…

  15. When using the Microsoft Word AddIn to send mailings as PDFs to email addresses, Acrobat offers to enter a mail subject and body.
In the German version of Acrobat the suggested text even contains a German umlaut (like ä,ö,ü). This umlaut get's replaced by a ? at the recipients end. E-Mail was sent from one Office 365 account to another Office 365 account, both using current Outlook version.

  17. I'm using LaTeX (Beamer) to create my files and Drawboard PDF to draw on them. When I open the files with Acrobat, the slides with annotations with them result in Acrobat saying "There was a problem reading this document (18)". I can't even edit and try to save the document:

    https://community.adobe.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/111413iA8217F5167446A0C/image-size/original?v=1.0&px=-1

Other PDF applications and even Chrome work just fine:
    https://community.adobe.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/111414i91B07C2CC5A11750/image-size/original?v=1.0&px=-1

    1. Steps to reproduce the issue
Open the file and scroll to a slide with annotations.

    2. Environment
Acrobat DC 2015, Acrobat Pro DC 2020.006.20042, Windows 10

    3. Expected Result
Acrobat opens the file without issues.

    4. Observed result
      Acrobat throws an error…

  20. After I open a pdf, A pop-up appears to "advertise' some particular feature such as 'fill & sign' for example. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also highly UNPROFESSIONAL as occurs during a potential client presentation.
Please DISABLE THIS IMMEDIATELY. We pay for the product - NOT for ADOBE advertise itself during my time.
