  3. It would be nice to be able to add and remove folders under Home\Files. Having My Computer, Document Cloud, and my One Drive account is great. However my work is project based and it would be nice to easily access certain folders then remove them when the project is finished.

    Thank you.

  4. We create acronym-heavy PDFs at my company. We often create hyperlinks from the acronyms to the acronym list, but a better solution would be a tooltip-style effect where you could hover your cursor over the acronym and have the definition appear. This is done in HTML with the abbr tag and is quite elegant.
I've tried to accomplish this with a transparent button over the acronym and using a tooltip, but this is incredibly laborious and makes the file size explode.
    Thanks!

  6. When migrating users from a VIP Teams license to a VIP-E license, users will still show they own a Teams license after migration and this is confusing.

  7. At the beginning I like that the comment bar shows every comment on a page as an individual element, which I find to be very useful for long, distinctive comments. However it gets less handy when it comes to minor comments, such as highlighting important words on a page. Each word highlighted, or to say, each mark you’ve made on that page will be shown as an individual comment under the comment section of the page, making the comment list unnecessarily long. I think it would be nice to be able to group or merge some comments together.

  8. Have anyone over there ever had a freaking UX course? How could a feature like "add blank page" be that well hidden? I'm baffeled.... Do not make me think ******** it...

You actually have to add it in as a tool... an organize pages tool... why...

  10. Often I am looking at half a dozen different documents that all look very similar with similar content, but are not the same. It would help if I could change the background display colors so I can color code my documents and make sure that I don't get them confused as I am jumping between different documents. I see where the display theme can be changed for the app, but is there a way to change the display color for each file individually?

  11. I’m trying to edit Javascript in an external editor. This has worked for years until just now. I’ve tried Brackets and TextWrangler with the same failure. Acrobat launches the external editor, and waits until the editor process is no longer running. This means that you actually have to quit the editor after saving the document in order to make Acrobat respond to your input again. This is fine, it has always worked in the past. But now when I quit the external editor, Acrobat remains unresponsive because it's waiting for the external editor to close, even though it’s already closed.

  12. Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.

  13. I ask my clients to provide edits via PDF comments. Even as a person with normal vision, it is hard to tell which comment bubble is presently active (e.g. via clicking on a comment in the side panel). On images or busy pages it can become like an advent calendar search. The contrast of the bubble background and its dotted border are inadequate (even with opacity set to 100). Contrast between inactive and active (selected) comment bubble needs to be vastly improved, perhaps by size and not just colour.

I would use the PDF comments import in InDesign instead but…

  16. I am an electrical drafter and need to combine sometimes hundreds of AutoCAD (dwg) files into a pdf. The Acrobat XI version did this reliably and quickly. I used it for about 4 years mostly for that purpose. Now that it is no longer supported by Adobe I apparently am forced to "downgrade" to Acrobat 2017 for a perpetual license. (Somehow my "so-called perpetual" version of Acrobat XI suddenly stopped working on my work computers - more than one - suddenly - for some reason) 8( So...What is the definition of "perpetual" anyway?
    I bought the 2017 version and it…

  18. Issues combining files together. With Windows 10 when I select multiple pdfs and right-click to select "Combine supported files in Acrobat" and select the files, there are issues merging files together and maintaining the correct characters (+, -, % & =). When I first create the pdf's, all characters show up correctly. I have attached a post from 2017 with exact same issue. Not sure why is shown as declined and there is no solution available? Please help me fix this issue.

  19. Does Adobe have an annual subscription fee versus the monthly subscription fee.
    Please advise.
With COVID-19, an annual subscription fee would be much easier to manage and thus ensure continuity of the Adobe service - thus avoiding be cut off / disconnected due to lack of a monthly payment.
From financial circumstance beyound ones control, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
    Please advise ASAP.
    Thank you
