  3. Bug report:

Dark-coloured text copied and pasted into a comment, i.e., in an 'Add note to replace text' comment, is not legible in dark mode. It appears as dark grey against the dark grey background.

  4. I am using Adobe DC.

The PDF forms are so buggy, it is ridiculous. First, it isn't allowing me to reorder fields so when you hit Tab it goes to the next correct one field. I have done it a dozen times before, but over the last week it has been terrible. I went to the support community and apparently it has been as issue for quite a while. In addition, when I got on chat and had a remote session with a rep, I seemed to know more than they did. They didn't understand my problem, couldn't provide assistance,…

  5. It's very annoying to have the page with Home and Tools, and recent documents, open every time a PDF is opened. Please give us an option to stop that from happening.

  7. As an instructor who grades students electonic work in Acrobat on an iPad with Apple Pencil, I would LOVE to have some more ink colors, particularly silly or sparkly inks (rainbow sparkles! gold and silver sparkles!). Microsoft Word has this option on iPads/tablets for Apple Pencil or whatever stylus is used, but Acrobat does not. Is there a way to make this happen?

I know this is kind of silly compared to other requests you get, but it is a small thing that makes a big difference for students who dread the red pen but for some reason don't dread…

  8. When using measurement tool, the holding the "SHIFT" key to maintain a straight measurement to a parallel feature, shows the dimension in an angled configuration. Cannot find a way to show the measurement label properly. This should be a very basic functionality of the measurement tool.

  10. The left side of the Navigation Pane won't open with a click of the arrow. It used to, but something happened to the installation. I reinstalled with the latest version, but it still doesn't work correctly.

  11. Suggestion for improvement

In "Create action links" "reach a page view" and "Use this aspect by default", the default setting does not integrate the zoom level, if I choose "full page" instead of "custom", I have to make this choice for each new link ... tedious !
In the KOKAX power PDF application, the zoom level is well integrated by default, so I make all my links with KOFAX power PDF, too bad ...

  12. It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.

It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

  14. When a document is sent through Adobe Sign to someone who doesn't use Adobe products, they are presented with the web interface that shows the document to sign. The pop-over warning about cookies (or asking for cookie storage permission) appears at the top of the page, but doesn't prevent the signer from finding and completing the signature field. (i.e. it can, and may be, ignored)

After putting their signature into the field, the person feels that they have completed the process, because the 'Finish' button is covered by the cookie notice. There does not appear to be anything more to…

  15. If i have a bunch of pdfs that i want to convert to forms it would be great if we could make a style template that would be applied to the group of documents, a default that sticks instead of having to choose the font size, font face, and alignment etc for every document ...
also when the document opens i might want to select a group of "multi-page documents" to batch process and tell the interpreter to only make the first page into a form, retain the original formatting of the rest of the pages or each of the…

  16. Adobe is ending support of PS Type 1 fonts in a few years. But in the document properties of PDF files Acrobats shows the included fonts as Type 1, even if you've only used OTF in your document. That is quite confusing.
Oftentimes a work in progress is checked only via PDFs, and it's impossible to know whether the correct type of font has been used or not.
I can't see this being very difficult to implement, since there's already a special way to show when a TTF font has been used.

  17. Acrobat DC requires activation at every start-up. A message then says there is a problem at Adobe's end and allows the app to start.

  18. After selecting and exporting a pdf to another file, the user has to click close and then open the tool again to select another file. this requires 2 clicks and going in and out of pages. a great option would be to have "select new file/change file", right underneath the already selected file.

  20. We use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and on virtual Citrix VDI Desktops. Users now have often this terrible activation Limit popup box and have to logoff from connected devices behind.

This is a Know Issue which makes is nearly unusable to work with Adobe Acrobat DC on this two envirements together.

    https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/VirtualizationGuide/citrix.html#known-issues-common-to-virtual-installs

    Adobe Enterprise Case: E-000328688

Please can you change this License activation Limit restriction in another technical solution?
A solution witch allows us to use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and Citrix VDI Desktop without this popup box always?

There should be another technical way to…
