1. save forms with signature fields

   It would be very helpful to have the option in adobe sign to save our forms with the signature fields set/assigned and then all we would have to do is add the email address for the client when it's time to send them our contract. We send the same contract out to 20+ clients a day, at different times, when they retain our services. Adding the signature and initial fields takes up so much time and it's the same document we send to everyone. If we could set the fields once and keep using that, we would be so happy and I believe others would find this feature very useful as well.

2. Crashes upon Save after inserting signature

   I am running Acrobat Pro 2020 version 2020.001.30018 (most current version per the software) on OS 11.0.1 Big Sur.

   I have had this problem numerous times with at least 5-6 different forms (for example, self-created from Word, IRS-generated forms, etc.) in the last month. I open a form and complete fields and save it - no problem. Then I insert a signature - no problem. BUT, when I then try to save again (after insertion of signature jpg, always the final step), the Adobe window goes blank and I see the infinite spinning wheel. The only option is to force quit.

   I'm not seeing any other reports of this issue.

3. Bug - Prepare Form properties dialog

   I'm editing 2 different PDF forms, last years an internal PDF form created from external source pdf and this years external source PDF with changes converted to a PDF form.

   1. I can't open the 2 forms in separate instances of PDF form editor, or at least it is not ready apparent on how to do this.
   2. Being that I'm unable to open the forms in 2 separate instances, I open both PDFs in same instance and pull one of the tabs to another monitor. 2a. Each time I click on the properties menu item, the dialog box is shared by both forms, instead of each form having its own dialog. I am changing the field names on the new form to match the names of the fields on last year's form. Once done, last's year form will be deleted. 2b. Each time I paste the new field name in the properties dialog box, I want to add a tooltip and change other attributes of the field. However, when I attempt to move to the tooltip box, the cursor jumps to the next field in the list instead staying on the current field being edited.

   Why can't each form have it own properties dialog or
   why can't I open the 2 files in separate instances to eliminate the sharing of the properties dialog?

4. How do I get RID of this thing?! It won't stop nagging me to sign in.

   I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?

5. PDFMOutlookCore.dll bug

   1. PDFMOutlookCore.dll bug

   2. Since last out of cycle update on 2020-12-07 (also timestamp of the PDFMOutlookCore.dll the PDFMaker Add-in in Outlook works only shortly after Reboot for a few PDFs and then stops working, it then creates empty portfolios (see attached test.PDF) or pretents to do something but does not write any data/file to a PDF. PDF-Printing via Adobe-PDF still works from Outlook, but our Users are used to get their Work done exporting E-Mails via PDFMaker Add In.

   3. Environment: Windows Server 2016 Standard as Terminal Server/Remote Desktop Services, MS Office Standard 2019, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC continuous release, all in their latest updatet versions.

   4. Mail-Export via PDFMaker Add-In for Outlook

   5. Shortly after Reboot and a few successful PDF creations via PDFMaker the export stops working without any error message. it pretents, that the PDF/portfolio succeeded and shows up an empty portfolio.pdf, see attached test.pdf.

8. Access to Acrobat DC

   I purchased Adobe DC and was using on Windows machine. Later I switched to MAC. I had trouble getting it to work and from time to time. I went though debugging with you support and for whatever reason it started to work. Now it is not working again, (Requires me to activate or buy). Now I'm being told that Adobe DC is not available for MAC. I really feel ripped off and frustrated. I have to purchase PRO now? Is this really correct. Whey was I not told that earlier. So much wasted time for me. Sorry to vent but you understand that basic software issues is not productive at all. Is there anything I can do to get this to work?

   I can use indesign to trap files automatically, it would be nice to have this feature in acrobat
   asign overprint settings (this is possible)
   save a .ps file
   distille it and get a trapped file

10. Fix document splitting with bookmark's names

    When you try to split a document using the bookmarks names as the names of the new pdfs being created, if now there is this character '/' in a bookmark name it will throw a "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder" kind of error.

12. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Mac installation fails at Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

    It is not possible to install the new Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for mac at Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6. on a MacBook Pro from 2017

    What should one do in this situation?
    * Install any possible Mac OS Update? (Hard change just motivated by one failure at Acrobat) at which Mac OS Version does Acrobat Pro secure work?
    * Claim the sold (Not Cheap) Software package and use alternative product for macbook?

    Please help fast because reclamation time is going away.

14. Acrobat Pro DC crashes daily and require repair installation

    Version 2020.006.20042
    I have to run "Repair Installation" every day in order to use the software. It starts off clean and fast, opening files, displaying, editing, etc. Then, when I try to close even a 1-pg document, it may take a minute to close the doc. About 25% of the time, attempting to close a document greys out the entire window (title bar indicates "Not Responding"), and eventually a window pops up giving me the choice to a) Close the program; b) Wait for the program to respond (see attached).

    Requesting that the Certificate Key Usage be presented on the "Sign with a Digital ID" prompt. Being able to see the key usage would ensure users are picking the certificate with Non-Repudiation in environments where users have two certificates with Digital Signatures.

    Attached is an example of the current prompt and an example of the desired prompt.

    super annoying sign-in bug by adobe I have acrobat DC pro installed on my office PC and my remote PC, 2 sign-ins and activation per license, when I use my remote PC to create a remote desktop link to my office PC acrobat pro DC pops up the stupid-*** activation window asking me to sign out of the PC i need to activate it on... are the Dev programmers really that ******* dense that they can't understand how PC's work? so used to using their millennial phones and **** that they can;t get their heads out of their collective ***** long enough to figure out this is a problem?

20. Acrobat does not remember the correct last-viewed pages for PDFs at startup

    Windows 10 64-bit, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.013.20064 (and Acrobat Pro DC 2019; same bug)

    With multiple documents open in tabs, and the settings to ‘Restore last view’ and ‘Open PDFs from last session’, Acrobat is supposed to open the session exactly as it was closed, with the right last page for every document. Instead, on launch the pages for most documents are incorrect and only one document displays the correct page.

    It saves this setting in HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\RememberedViews\cNoCategoryFiles which has subkeys for every document, ranging from c1 to cN and their subkey cViewDef\ includes the important value ipageViewPageNum, also values such as ipageViewMaxVisPageNum and ipageViewMinVisPageNum.

    Expected result:

    The values should be set correctly and independently of other documents present in HKCU\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\RememberedViews\cNoCategoryFiles

    Observed result:

    When closing Acrobat, the values ipageViewMaxVisPageNum and ipageViewMinVisPageNum are set to the correct page, but the value ipageViewPageNum is set wrong, which makes the wrong page display at startup. In fact, that value in question is set arbitrarily to the last actual document you chose to work with. Meaning, if you have 4 documents open, and read the first document only, all 4 will open up to the page of the first document, and each ipageViewPageNum will be identical copies of the value corresponding to that first document.
