Updating Message when sending document for signing
When sending a document to be signed, the Message used to display as 'Please review and complete this document. Now it just shows as Message and you need to manually add in the message every time a document is sent to be signed. This is when using Adobe Acrobat Cloud.

Extremely slow verification of digital signatures on MAC
When Acrobat tries to verify digital signatures, it checks validity of all certificates included in the signed .pdf document. During this operation, it consults well-known Root CA authorities, locally trusted certificates, but also fetches all certificates from PKCS#11 Digital-ID token (if attached).
Since PKCS#11 Digital-ID tokens might be very slow, fetching certificates from it multiple times during each signature verification takes excessive amounts of time. No caching seems to be used in Acrobat: if the .pdf document contains 6 certificates, all certificates from Digital-ID token are fetched 6 times and this process might take 2.5 minutes.
This is a bug…

Error message when attempting to compress a file "An error was encountered while processing images."
I receive this error message when I select File -> Compress PDF.
I currently have Adobe Acrobat Standard DC installed on a computer running Windows 10.
I have used this feature to compress numerous other PDFs made from documents that contain text and images. I'm not sure why this feature has found a problem with the images. It would be nice if the error message also included suggestions on how to fix the problem.

Acrobat DC freezes MacOS 10.12.6
I cannot upgrade to a newer OS to see if this corrects my problem. Company IT controlled MacBook, licensed to use Creative Cloud. Acrobat DC is having issues opening simple low to medium resolution PDFs. Will just spin and not respond. Have to force quit and relaunch. I can't pinpoint the cause - happens if I have one file open or 10, happens if I add a comment or click on one, happens if I do nothing and just have a file open while working in other programs. I can't tell if it's because our company's system is Microsoft-based and…

when the highlight tool is set to the first shade of gray, the fill color disappears from the toolbar-it is the same color as dark mode
Fix this by adding an outline to the fill color so that it is still visible when the highlight color is gray

RESPECTIVE 2.0 FONT
Adobe does not allow users, even users at organizations with MANY CREATIVE CLOUD LICENSES USED DAILY, to add custom fonts to Creative Cloud.
I want to add Respective 2.0 font to a user's machine for use in document creation. She is unable to do so. Truly unacceptable that adding fonts requires Adobe to keep a pre-approved online font repository.

Exporting to Microsoft Word Needs A LOT of help
Exporting to Word is USELESS as is. Here's a screenshot of the conversion. Added a page; reflow of text; fonts and styling are a wild guess at best; logo/branding unusable.
Why even have this feature if this is the result? USELESS a hundred times over.

Customize file comparison colors
391/5000
In old Adobe, it was possible to customize our legend colors when we compared forms. This allowed us to put more visible colors since we find that the current colors are very pale. Adobe is our main working tool and it would really help us to have this functionality, as in the past.1 vote -
Customize Comment Summary
I'd like to see one be able to choose what comments are to be printed in a summary.
For instance I do not need a report on every highlighting.
Highlighting with comments, and comment bubbles themselves yes.I'd like to see a line to the reference number in the margin if one selected this time of summary. I do not like the characters covered by the numbers.

Pro DC intermittent crash when scrolling, recognizing text, editing, etc
Acrobat Pro DC crashes intermittently at various points during my use of the program. I use it all day long at work, to review claim documents and invoices, and I have to run recognize text, highlight/edit things, and move throughout legal documents by scrolling or searching. It crashes when I try to do literally anything but not every single time. Whenever it crashes, it shows me the crash window twice (window comes up, I click close, it lags and closes the message box, then brings it back up-- every single time, I get the crash notice twice per crash, losing…

Windows shutdown permission error
After latest update to Acrobat DC, dated 2/4/2020, users get the following error when shutting down or restarting their computer: "You don't have permission to shut down and restart this computer."
The problem seems to be isolated to shutting down/restarting via the start button. The computer can be shut down via command prompt, or red button on login screen.
If I disable the 3 Adobe services relating to license check and updates, then restart, the problem goes away.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed displaying another app's icon
I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my new Windows 10 laptop. After installation I was looking for the familiar Adobe icon, and it was nowhere to be seen. The only icon that said "new" was the icon for One Photo Viewer. I hovered the pointer over it, and it identified the app as Adobe Reader! I clicked on it, sure enough it opened Adobe! What gives??? I restarted the computer, no change. How did Adobe install with another app's icon????

Adobe Sign while on VPN
It would be great to be able to use Adobe Sign while connected to a VPN. Users are getting company documents from the network servers while on the VPN but when they need to push out these documents for signature, they have disconnect from the VPN and then send the documents. This is a little cumbersome and can be a huge slowdown if they have to download large files to their local drive before they can send them out. This used to work before but for some reason it does not work while VPN any more.

It's 2020--we need Acrobat Pro x64 for Windows
It's 2020. We still do not have Acrobat Pro x64. Our company develops engineering solutions around the world for aerospace and car companies, and the aerospace models are enormously complex--despite all efforts to compress models and use other formats to reduce size, the fact is that Acrobat does not handle these well, often freezing or crashing (even more prevalent since the Windows 10 required switch, as Win10 is so consistently buggy). It's 2020 and there is no excuse that we're still asking for a 64-bit version of Acrobat Pro on Windows. If you've already moved to x64 for Mac, you've…
