   When scaling page content with the preflight the links are not scaled together with the text, but instead maintain their original size and position and for this reason are all in the wrong places after scaling the page content with the preflight. Is there a solution for this problem?
   For a submission I have to create a huge report consisting of a lot of documents. It is required for the report to have a continuous header on all the hundreds (or maybe even thousands) of pages. In order to insert the header I have to scale the content of the pages (shrink the content, so there will be place available on top to insert a continuous header).
   The Preflight is a good instrument to do this, but the disadvantage of it is, that all the links (which are probably thousands) are in the wrong places after scaling the page content. They keep their original size and position and each one of them needs to be re-positioned and resized manually, which will take many days of work and also will cause errors, so everything needs to be checked afterwards. Is there an instrument or workaround that will solve this problem? I am using Windows and Adobe Acrobat DC PRO. A fast solution would be great, since I have already been researching on this subject several days in the internet and are running out of time ....

   Please add CERTSIGN SA in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list in settings for Adobe Sign.

   CERTSIGN SA is part of the Cloud Signature Consortium but cannot be used to sign using a cloud signature with Adobe Sign

3. Licensing app won't work on macOS 11 Big Sur

   I just upgraded to a new macbook using macOS 11.2.3 Big Sur, and the licensing app for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 won't load/proceed now. I try to open Pro, the licensing app pops up instead, I click "Sign In Now," and the next screen is entirely blank (see screenshot). I tried the Terminal sudo fix that previously worked for an earlier OS, but it did nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same issue.

   This isn't the previously resolved issue for an earlier OS wherein I could enter login info but got a screen with a perpetually spinning wheel, which was resolved using a Terminal command. Now the screen to enter that login info is entirely blank.

   For more context: I used time machine with migration assistant when switching computers, so all other preferences and apps on my computer are still working except Adobe Pro.

6. Error Adobe can not read your page properly....{bug}

   Hi, any idea what the error is relating to this PDF? It was created in adobe acrobat pro, but once filled and png signature image applied over the top of pdf the file shows the error pictured. The pdf previews perfect in every other PDF reader known to man apart from adobe acrobat dc and pro. HELP please. :)

7. Permit all characters in email addresses for Digital IDs

   In Acrobat Pro DC, when adding a new Digital ID, there is an attribute 'Email'. Please allow all email addresses in that field. Do not arbitrarily limit characters in email addresses to: a-z A-Z 0-9 . @ - _

   Today I want to use an address, from+dsig@example.com, using a '+' character. This is perfectly legal in my email address, and I should be able to use it in a digital ID.

   Beyond that, email addresses are no longer limited to a subset of ASCII Latin letters. Addresses in many scripts are now legal, e.g. Hindi ईमेल-परीक्षण@सार्वभौमिक-स्वीकृति-परीक्षण.संगठन or Arabic
   تجربة-بريد-الكتروني@تجربة-القبول-الشامل.موريتانيا or Chinese 電子郵件測試@普遍適用測試.組識.澳門 or many others.

   How to reproduce:
   In Acrobat Pro DC (2021.001.20135) on macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra, do Acrobat Pro DC… Preferences…. Signatures… Identities and Trusted Certificates, More… The Digital ID and Trusted Certificates Settings dialogue appears.
   Click on the "Add Digital ID" icon (picture of an ID card with a "+" on top). The "Add Digital ID" dialogue appears.
   Select radio button "A new digital ID I want to create now", and press Next >. The Add Digital ID dialogue becomes a form with 7 fields.
   In the "Email Address" field, type an address containing a "+", or a non-Latin character. Fill in the other fields reasonably. Press Next >.

   Observed behaviour: The following alert dialogue appears:

   Acrobat Security
   The 'Email' attribute contains an illegal character.
   Only the following characters are permitted: a-z A-Z 0-9 . @ - _

   Expected behaviour: the Digital ID creation process continues, accepting the email address.

   Discussion: Digital IDs are stored in files with the extension .p12.
   They are presumably PKCS #12 format archives. RFC 8399 "Internationalization Updates to RFC 5280" specifies how to store such international email addresses, and my own little address with a "+" sign, in digital IDs.
   I have a Digital ID in a .p12 file, which was created by a previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro in December 2020, which has "+" sign in the email address. Thus Acrobat's limitation on email address characters seems to be a recent regression.

8. Synchronicity among devices IOS and Windows

   My idea is that Adobe would re-engineer how Adobe Acrobat Premium and Adobe PDF Pack work together on a IOS and Windows Device seamlessly or, and allow the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to carry over from a computer to a phone seamlessly, since it is the update to Acrobat Premium. I also would like Adobe Acrobat Premium to be a feature that works on both IOS devices and Windows devices seamlessly instead of one only working on the computer at a time or not at all due to programming.

   Both of these features are used by myself and I'm sure countless others, and I have to pay for 2 programs when in reality the Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription should have the PDF pack included. It's not okay that I can only use my iphone and that it barely translates over to the computer version which means that I'd have to pay for another subscription which is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and that program is only for Computers which does not help me.

   I need a program that I can use seamlessly between my Apple Iphone 11 and my Dell Inspiron 7000 series laptop. There is no reason why I should literally be told that I have to pay upwards of $36.00 a month, to get the products I need to function at home for school and job opportunities. Most of the jobs I apply to use Adobe and so I have no choice but to pay for BOTH packs each month, it's not fair to add the Pro DC to that and not be able to use it on both platforms. Something needs to be urgently done about that. It's costing customers more, when the products are the same, they're just not compatible with each other on different operating systems and across device usage.

   Another issue that needs to be addressed as soon as possible the pricing options. They are different from the website vs the apple App Store, and it is causing quite the confusion for me because they do not exist on your website. They are also unreachable on the app store because some may not be active with Adobe anymore or they're apple exclusive prices. The page needs to be updated to reflect the current prices of the services and the products Adobe offers.

   Lastly, how is it that Pro DC is literally cheaper if an individual purchases it by the year and they're not a student or teacher...vs being a student or teacher and paying well over $150.00 more for the same thing? That is incredulous and if Adobe Engineers think that they're helping students out with this pricing it's not. That's more like an institutional price than a personal one. As a college student, and a mother who has to deal with social distance virtual learning those prices are not compatible with regular families. We need more discounts or services offered, especially in these times. There are more people without jobs and having to purchase two packages when they can and should be combined is a problem to me. Adobe needs to make these programs more compatible, affordable and synchronous.

   I have fully paid twice in total for Adobe Acrobat DC both for personal use and for official City use, and get at both ends the same message that my trial has expired and or to pay or activate another one!

10. PDF-Maker disables macros in vba/macro-enabled Word-Templates after pdf has been created

    Title says everything. I have a macro enabled word template. If i use the microsoft on board function "save as pdf", everthing works fine. If i use the PDF-Maker AddIn, my Macros get disabled after the pdf has been created.

    In line with Salesforce app development best practices, the Apex pages managed by the Adobe Sign app should use field sets so that we can add functionality to the existing managed visual force pages.

    In particular we have a requirement to change the AgreementEditor apex page to display the related ServiceContract rather than Contact, Account, or Contract.

12. Option to toggle Form Field Highlight on/off at document level

    Please provide an option to disable the blue form field highlighting for a particular pdf form, rather than expecting all users to change this in their preferences. It is frustrating to design a form (in either InDesign or Acrobat Pro DC), then preview the form and discover blue highlighting everywhere. Changing the preferences only changes it for one user not all users who open the file. For a plain B&W form, the blue highlighting may look fine but for a more custom form, it often ruins the design - this is very limiting, please give the form designer more flexibility to customise the design and override user preferences for that document, to ensure it consistently displays as intended. Please remember that there are many users of Acrobat Reader who just use it to read pdf documents - they never change their preferences and wouldn't even know how to change the field highlighting settings. Let the designer have the freedom to design a user-friendly form that doesn't rely on auto-highlighting to show which fields a user should fill in. Auto-highlighting can be useful but we need the option to toggle it off without needing to use Javascript (as this only works when the file is viewed on a PC not a mobile device). Thanks

13. BUG REPORT - Read Only PDFs are editable on iOS devices using Acrobat App

    Situation
    A fillable PDF was created to be used as a template when bidding jobs. The PDF was placed on OneDrive and the permissions were changed to read only as to not be able to save over the blank template. When the file is open on a PC with the Acrobat DC application, the file works as intended and the user is forced to "save as" and not allowed to overwrite the blank template. When opened on an iPhone or iPad, the read only permission is completely overridden and the blank template is allowed to be edited and overwritten.

14. Need darker text

    Text in PDFs is too light--much harder to read than in older versions of Acrobat Pro. Zooming in doesn't help. Please restore darker text to make documents legible without eyestrain!

15. Please close Acrobat completely when I close last open PDF

    As of this morning, when I close my open PDFs (using the X that appears when I mouseover the Windows taskbar), closing the final PDF does not close Acrobat itself. Instead it takes me to the Acrobat home screen.

    I don't want this. I want to close Acrobat when I close my final open PDF. I don't see why anyone would want this behaviour, but even if some do, please make it an option (as it has been in the past) to close Acrobat completely when I'm done with my final PDF.

    This is an unhelpful and anti-productive change.

    EDIT - one thing to add. I just noticed that if I close the PDF using the X in the top right of the open window, it DOES close Acrobat as expected. It's just when I close from the taskbar that the homescreen is shown. And in fact, it only happens when the window is open, but I try to close from the taskbar. The window does not need to be at the front of my open windows, it can be open but hidden behind something else. However, if the window is minimised and I close from the taskbar it works as it should.

18. Highlighter Tool - Allow for Selection of Colors

    Provide ability to change the color of the highlighter tool other than just allowing for yellow. For someone who reads legal documents all day long, it is important to have the ability to change the color of the highlighter.

19. Being able to remove the ability to use digital and/or drawn signatures and initials in a PDF file

    Simple. An option to say that "this document does not allow digital signatures", and another that prevents users from doing sign and fill functions so they can't inject or insert a drawn or imported signature.

    This is because we have a form that we have applicants fill, but it must be signed and initialed by hand. Applicants left unsupervised do lots of things we don't want them to do.

20. Variable Strikethrough Thickness

    The ability to apply strikethrough to text is incredibly useful, but seems un-utilized. Giving users the ability to change the thickness of the strikethrough could make a significant difference and increase the use of the feature. I find myself looking for strikethrough to only be slightly dissatisfied. I feel as though it "does the job" but doesn't offer quite enough in terms of obscuring that of which is being stricken through. Hope to see this go somewhere!
