  5. If Acrobat is to replace PDF generating software, scanning with the native scanner interface needs to be one click - it now is at least 3 clicks - adding this to the customizable menus previously requested would be great.

  6. The crop dialog boxes are insanely large and unscrollable -- I can't click on "Apply" unless I move the dialog to another screen, and on that screen I can only see a small part of the window.

  7. A free-hand pen tool would be in Adobe's best interest. This tool would allow users to mark a PDF with a digital pen of sorts.

Other document editors that are inferior in many other ways have been winning out with both myself and many other consumers because of the free-hand drawing & annotating capablities.

  8. Add selection tool for selecting all comments on each page in bulk. In addition, add the rotate comment tools by selecting all comments.

This is required while shifting comments from Old PDF document to New PDF document with major change in sheets/ orientation etc.

  9. Bug report - Text highlighting-Acrobat DC - when sending to iPad or iPhone-highlight is solid not transparent when receiver opens the file. I use Acrobat DC Version 19.010.20069 and this is a recent issue as I have been highlighting and sending pdfs to people with iPads/iPhones for years. Not sure if this is something new with my Acrobat or something new with an Apple update. I have sent the file to both my own phone and iPad and my clients are correct - wherever I have highlighted in Acrobat it completely covers the text with a solid yellow box over…

  10. Mohave 10.14.3 and Acrobat DC fillable document saving problem-
If I get a fillable form from IRS or other government site that needs to be filled in, I can save it to my computer one time. But if I reopen the document to add other information to a fillable area, I cannot save the document a second time. I get an error message saying the file contains "a number that is out of range". This happens for documents from many different websites, so I think the error comes when the document is saved using Mohave. Once saved the "producer" under…

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Please check that the form is not being opened in Apple Preview, it happens to get corrupted. Try downloading again from IRS website and instead use Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader.

    1. Please share the test file with us using https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 and
2 the version of Acrobat installed on your machine for us to investigate furthur.

  11. Need a cell library or "my tool" section for special shapes used over and over in multiple documents. Often I comment on engineering plans and have to create special shapes and text boxes which are used repeatedly. It be nice to save them somewhere to make life easier.

  12. Add droplet or "multiple file" option for bulk autotagging to speed the conversion of scanned (as image) PDFs to accessible PDFs.

  13. I digitally sign a lot of invoices. I'm not filling in a field, just creating a box that fills with my digital signature. It used to take me a couple of clicks in the old version. Now I have to do Tools, certificates, select the signature, click on a box and a button... And then the next time I open a PDF I have to go through the whole thing again, because the tool bar config is not saved. This is a huge waste of time and I'm VERY dissatisfied with this release.

  14. If a document passes MS Word accessibility standards, throwing errors as a pdf is time-consuming and just plain wrong. I'm trying to teach faculty and staff at a college how to do this and it is SO cumbersome! Just for a simple, one-page doc, passed all chekcs in word, still getting 2 errors as pdf and I cannot even FIND the tags panel in spite of multiple searches. Arrgghhh! Frustrating and disapointing for those of us trying to make all learning materials accessible for all students, including those who are blind, vision impaired or using screen readers!

  16. I use Acrobat Pro DC 2018.011.20040 version to do take-off quantity and when I export to csv file (use right click when you're in measure distance mode). It looks like all the numbers are shown incorrectly. Have anyone known how to fix or had the same problem? Cheers

  17. The NEW Acrobat DC is too efficient. When it sees a signature, it tries to convert it to text with spurious results. Old Acrobat Pro would leave signatures as they are and not convert them to text. The move to Acrobat DC has been a backward step.

  18. I open "scans" in acrobat reader and it prompts me to "sign in" but clicking does nothing. I have to close acrobat reader all the way and when I re-open and select "scans" all my scans are there....

  19. If the Mac is connected to a WLAN hotspot, but has no internet access via this WLAN and I start Adobe Acrobat, the program crashes. The interface opens briefly and then Acrobat wants to log in with the account to check its license. Either the program terminates itself or the Mac has the beachball. In this case Acrobat cannot be closed normally. Only if I kill the program the Mac can be used normally again. If I have internet access via the WLAN or deactivate the WLAN, Acrobat will work again.
