New version Acrobat
Please go back to beter icons in Acrobat.
The icons now are so bad that you have to search for it, it is only for the new icons in the new version. The icons on the upper top bar are good.Most icons are gone and the icon are spread to the left and right.
It is almost of it is the new Acrobat is made for a tablet or small screen.But on our 40" WUHD (5120 x 2160) the mouse makes extra miles/kilometers.

Export function has a mapping error
The Chinese version of the export function has a mapping error in the sub-options. "Export as PDF" corresponds to the sub-option of "Save As Other," while "Save As Other" corresponds to the sub-option of "Export as PDF."

Floating "quick tool" menu and "All Tools" panel disappear
On Mac, ctrl-cmd-H is used to highlight text. But when I accidentally typed that sequence in Acrobat, it made both the "quick tool" floating menu AND the "All Tools" panel vanish. Since I didn't know what I'd done to make them vanish, I had no way to bring them back: there is no item anywhere in the Acrobat menu that allows that.
Fortunately restarting the Acrobat app makes the floating menu reappear. I finally worked out how I was making it vanish and realized that typing ctrl-cmd-H would bring it back. But there should be an option under View-Show/Hide to…

Can not move window with mouse on a document or menu button on top bar
If the window is mostly off-screen ..
a) off the lower right corner of the screen: You must grab it by the bar AFTER the (useless, unremovable) CREATE button on a mouse left click.
b) off the lower left corner of the screen: You must grab it by the bar BEFORE the ? button (more useless, unremovable guff prior to the window controls)The title bar regions outside of the unused centre can not be used to move the window.

Customization
Your new interface update is horrible. I understand the need for simplification the attempt to make things easier for the end user, but not every one has the same needs. I don't NEED a tool bar that I can't get rid of or at least customize for my needs. I need a program that will give me the option to select and de-select the functions I use on a daily basis. I don't care about e-sign, but I would like to have an icon to organize pages with out having to go through two or three menus.

Toolbar Personalization
I rarely comment on product updates because my life is crazy busy and I don't want to waste my time. In fact, I've only ever opined on such matters maybe three times in my life, and I'm middle aged. Hopefully, that clarifies how strongly I feel about this.

every single time I used quick print or open attachment from my email, I get a pop up "Make edits right in your PDF". Telling me to try it now. I don't want to. Even if I do try it, the pop up still won't go away every single time. I have tried enabling messages from Adobe in the setting. NOTHING!!! Annoying. Reduplicating Comments at Random
The latest Acrobat is TERRIBLE!! Not only are old tools missing (page scroll is the worst!) but after adding a comment to page 1 of a document I was reviewing, I find it has also been posted on pages 2, 3, 5, 8 and on...

I lost 2 days thinking I could put things back - 2 DAYS of WORK!!!!!!
Adobe didn't even tell me they changed my program, the way it looked, operated etc! It took me an hour to find the phone number. Then to have me tell them RESET (which I don't remember where it was) was going to take me back to my app from before the update. SHAME ON ADOBE!!!! We have to get our work done over the weekend now. The new Adobe Acrobat pro interface doesn't allow you to open pdf's in new windows instead of tabs.
Please bring back the open pdf's in new windows option. I use Alt-Tab to switch between documents. For some reason the development team didn't think that was important anymore and excluded this option in the new interface. Bring it back! stop taking away features.

Your update is horrible. I get the wanting to stay new but if you have a competant program why mess with it? I use this in the design field and the only thing the update has done is add time to each task.

Stop Updating the Program
Please stop updating the program in such a difficult way that is almost impossible to determine were the functions are. Additionally this updates take A LOT of the screen view of the document when searching for tools. I have to use this every single day for work and constant document stamping and certifications. I do not have time to sit down and learn the entire layout of the program every time one of your developers feels like "impressing" his/her superior. STOP! We are paying for this! Might as well start printing documents and work on them manually. What a shame!

Whose good idea is it to move the bookmarks to the right side panel with no options to move it to the left? SUCKS Whose good idea is it to set it up so that I can't have both the comments bar and bookmarks displayed at the same time SUCKS I can't even tell what page, e.g., 5/124 I am on so that I can navigate easily or set footers to specific pages SUCKS And this is just in the first 5 minutes of my day

Stop messing with interface
Please stop changing the Acrobat interface every year. It is very frustrating and time wasting to find the basic tools that I use to navigate documents. A basic thing like Marquee Zoom and other basic tools should be obvious and accessible, not buried in menus. I've wasted an hour this morning and whilst I can find the tool now, no idea how to add to standard tool bar. Stop doing this!!!!

Formatting with a comment lost while editing a comment
This has been observed after Adobe Acrobat Pro was recently updated.
Why should the intial formatting be lost when we edit a comment? So, let's say if we have some portions of the comment in bold, it will automatically become 'unbold' when we start editing the comment. We then have to go back to the comment (after saving because autosave is now gone!) and redo all the formatting that was done earlier. This bug surely needs to be fixed as formatting within a comment is crucial if it is indicative of a pattern within a PDF file.4 votes
