  1. A well designed nice looking dark reading mode for the windows version like ios and android. the ios and android modes have a nice simple dark mode switch much like many apps and operating systems of today now have. I find it's clunky and outdated to still have the only option for changing PDF document viewing options to a night mode-ish for reading at night only in the accessibility options.. a simple switch for on off would be VERY overdue on this relatively expensive product. I find it rather odd that it still does not despite the mobile options already…

  2. When using PDF Maker 20 with MS Office 365, the tag tree is missing the document root tag. Has a Sect tag instead of Document tag.

Please correct this tag structure to meet the PDF 2.0 tag standards requirements.

    Screen capture shows the error.

  3. For real - We're In 2021!
Acrobat Pro cannot change the size of a PDF document.
Only way to do that is to print a PDF copy.
I want to just change the document size (i.e. A4 -> A5) in Acrobat Pro and save. That would be great!
I don't want to go back to PS, Illustrator or InDesign to do that. I don't wan't to print another PDF copy to do that.
Just open document settings > change size - voila!

  4. There should be a keyboard shortcut for the "Fit one full page to window" button. I use this button every time I open a PDF (usually because the document settings are set to one-page continuous, my application settings are already set to one page).

  6. I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?

  7. Acrobat DC std/pro do not have an option to save multiple open files at once. If i have 10 pdfs open in 10 different tabs there is no way to save all of those files at once to a single location. You have to save one by one.

Similarly you cannot open multiple recent items. Yes you can select multiple recent items using the checkbox but the only available option thereafter is to combine or remove from list. No option to OPEN.

  9. Currently image fields that users can upload images to are always rectangular. For aesthetic reasons this is not always desirable. For example, in some designs boxes with rounded corners or circles would work better. An option to add a corner radius to the field would improve the visual look.

  12. Bug report:
I have the Pan (hand) function selected at all times. However, whenever I want to move the page around (move the page side to side or up and down via click and drag), the Selection tool will always be the default (even though Pan function is highlighted/ selected).

  13. There needs to be a Standard Business stamp for lawyers. It should mimic the Exhibit labels we must use on documents that will become exhibits at trial. Most documents come to us now in digital form. It makes no sense to print them onto paper, place an Exhibit sticker on them, and then scan them back for submission to the court. We ought to be able to digitally put a stick on them from the Standard Stamp file, and then enter an exhibit number on each one. (Your Bates Stamp feature does this beautifully. Wish there were exhibit labels set…

  14. I wish there was a way to seamlessly access your Adobe Sign Templates from the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Desktop App. That way users will have a much easier time accessing it.

  15. So, it would be nice to be able to save a PDF with markup. It would be super helpful if rather than a blank unresponsive box, hitting save simply let me save a file. I've seen other programs do this, hopefully this is something Adobe can look into!

  17. I was disappointed to learn that you had to be an Acrobat 2017 or later user to get upgrade pricing on Acrobat 2020. As a loyal user of Acrobat 2015, this was a bit insulting to me. I learned that this is coded into the software registration process and nothing can be done about it by the Customer Care agents.

  18. When using the pen, allow the user to scroll, etc, by using a finger touch. At the very least, make scrolling with a two finger touch possible. Otherwise, you need to keep switching tools when reading through and commenting on the PDF.

  20. I know that this is something that has been suggested many times, but please consider supporting at the very least Linux distros like Ubuntu/Debian and Red hat (maybe a few more of the most used distros).
I know the general reasoning for not doing so, but most is so dated by now! And I wholly believe that anyone who has tried a major distro within the past couple of years, will agree.

"Linux are mostly used by coders/hackers/servers":
Everyone who knows how to format a computer, and install Windows, can easily install and use Ubuntu, as a minimum. It's easier…
