3. Change font and color

   In re case number : ADB-16059245-S8V0: DC Pro does not allow the change of font or color of a particular word within a paragraph for emphasizing, within a text box for input of comments or instructions. This can be performed in other software packages and extremely disappointed by paying a premium price for a subpar product. I'm certain I am not the only person who has this issue.

4. Read-out bug

   I want to report a bug in the read-out loud feature of Acrobat Pro DC. I’m using a Mac (Mojave), and I have already set its accessibilty options to my favorite system voice and speaking rate. I thought I’d have a PDF doc read out aloud while I work on some graphics. The default voice was meh-next-to-terrible, so I looked under preferences for an option to change voice. I found it and was happy to find a long list of available voices, including the ones I already have installed on my computer. So I selected my favorite voice and tried having the doc read out loud,… and the voice sounded horrendous! It didn't recognise the settings I have for it on my system. So, back to Acrobat settings looking for a setting to correct that. Well, you have settings for pitch and words per minute (Note that the options available don't match up with what is on the OS preferences.), but no way of previewing it! I have to go back to the document to be able to hear the difference and go back to preferences, try a different setting, and repeat… navigating back and forth... too much bother! I simply gave up.
   So could the devt /programming team include on the next update of Acrobat a pre-listen (preview) button in the preferences? That would be sooo helpful. Thanks.

   Thank you for connecting with us. I understand your concern here. Currently we have to select the voice from Preferences and then check the voice on pdf.
   Also we have kept this request in our radar. We currently do not have any plan to implement it but you may see it in future releases.

5. delete button for signed documents

   Right now there is a "hide" button but not a delete option on document cloud. Some documents contain sensitive information and the ability to delete those documents will help preserve privacy.

6. Change the text size/font style of a measured dimension!

   I think the measure tool in Acrobat Pro is very useful. But It is not possible to change the text size/font style of a measured dimension!

   It would be GREAT if, when multiple PDFs are selected and opened all at once, Acrobat could SORT them as Windows sorts them in File Explorer. Each Client has multiple documents OVER TIME and we name the PDFs so they'll sort chronologically in File Explorer but once loaded into Acrobat, their filename tabs are all scrambled up across the top of the Acrobat window and with the filenames not real easy to see it's very LABORIOUS to un-scramble them ... :-(

12. [Feature request] Copy/Paste of Tag structure

    Working with tagging of PDF documents for accessibility purposes, with a lot of them being nearly identical to each other or within a document there are repeated patterns, it takes a long time and a tidious task to create tags individually. It would be a very neat if it were possible to Copy/Paste the (selected) tag strutucture within the Tags-panel (excluding any actual content they may contain)

13. Slow and jittery scrolling with search box open

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Cmd+F to search for something.
    2. Leave search box open.
    3. Scroll PDF (with continuous scrolling).
    4. Search box flickers, scrolling is slow and very jittery.

    Environment:
    MacOS 10.15.6 on 16in 2019 MacBook Pro with AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB.

14. Adobe Reader DC Issues with Finder in Mac

    Hi,

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC removes Finder's "Tags" and "Date Last Opened" if you save an edited PDF after removing "Text Highlight".

    The following procedure can replicate the bug:

    1. Download and open a PDF file such as this from Adobe’s website: https://learndownload.adobe.com/pub/learn/acrobat/edit-text-images-pdf-files.zip

    2. In the macOS Finder, assign a Tag and open the file.

    3. Go back to finder and check the Tag and the Date Last Opened

    4. Go back to the pdf, highlight a line and save the file (first save).

    5. Remove the highlighted text and save the file again (second save).

    6. Now go to the Finder, the "Tag" and the "Date Last Opened" is gone.

    It is on macOS Catalina version 10.15.6 and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Build: 20.12.20043.396433.

15. Please add Adobe Scan to Surface Pro (X)

    Dear Adobe team, please add adobe scan to Microsoft Surface Pro (X).

    At the moment, in order to use Adobe scan, you need to use your cell phone and then upload the scan to the cloud.

    On the one hand this is very time consuming, on the other hand it requires an active internet connection, which cannot always be guaranteed, especially when you are not at home.

    With an integration of Adobe Scan on Surface Pro (X), you could make very fast professional scans offline.

    I know that you have added Adobe Scan to the iPad, which could be compared to the Surface.

    [I know the example is not the best as iPhone and iPad both use the App Store but I'm a bit desperate ^^]

    I really hope that you can integrate this feature because I think that many Surface users would appreciate this possibility.

    The "Recommended Tools For You" section at the top of the Acrobat DC home screen may be of good use for rank beginners, but for those of us who use the program every day, for specific purposes, would be better served by the top portion of the home screen having our most frequently used tools instead. I use two tools every day, but only one is accessible in the "Recommended tools" section, and only if I have the Acrobat window widened to the width of the screen. Go ahead and populate the area with your suggestions for newbies, but let those items drop off in favor of the ones we individuals use most often.

18. Extracting pages and keeping the file names.

    At my previous place of employment, we had BlueBeam to manipulate Construction Drawings. This is powerful PDF software.

    We used BlueBeam to create Page Labels from different methods. The most common method, "REGION". By Region you highlight anywhere in the drawing, select the region on where do you want to extract the name/text from, in my case, the Title Sheet and Number.

    From there, we would extract the pages and keep the Page Labels and then we had all files individually extracted.
    For example:

    A1.0 - Floor Plans
    A1.1 - Enlarged Queen Studio
    A5.0 - Typical Units

    The Region method, allowed us to select multiple region from the same page in order to build our files.

    IT would be beneficial for ADOBE to implement something like this.

19. Allow for multiple accounts to be switched through easily. Or just have two different accounts on two different apps.

    I use Acrobat for work and have my work email and company card attached to it. I like to use photoshop/lightroom for fun and have a personal account and credit card for that. But now whenever I sign in on my acrobat I have to sign out and back in on lightroom. It's really annoying.

    The Acrobat Plugin for Microsoft Outlook on Windows, which enables Users to create an Adobe PDF Portfolio from any Mailbox or Folder while preserving the "From", "Subject" and "Date" fields while also embedding all attachments, is an INCREDIBLY powerful feature that is crucial to many of our business practices. Unfortunately, at this time, this feature is only available on the Windows version of Microsoft Outlook, thus forcing me to run a Windows 10 Virtual Machine explicitly to perform this task. If the Adobe team could implement this feature on macOS versions of Microsoft Outlook, I would be incredibly grateful as a long-time Adobe User.
