  1. Please make a configuration report available that would list all the account or group configuration settings that administrators can set using the account settings page.
This would be very useful for Bio-Pharma users to document the configuration baseline of the system. Currently this configuration baseline is documented by creating screenshots of the system admin user interface, and that's very cumbersome.
Note that this is complementary with the already existing Settings Activity report. The latter only lists the configuration settings CHANGES over a time period, but it doesn't provide the full configuration baseline.

  4. Pontificating that there must be a "newbie user" segment who needs extra assistance in using Acrobat, I ask that you please remember you have a multitude of Perennial Power Users who don't need the constant hand holding, introductions, or reminders in pop ups. My efficiency is being damaged by the interruptions. While presenting in meetings, these pops ups are unprofessional and actually drove me to choose to default to opening PDFs in Microsoft Word. Yes. The unintended consequence of YOUR programming choice has driven me to use the big bad competitor's application. Please provide an option to opt out of…

  5. I am not a fan of the new interface. This does not improve anything for users. It just changes the side a menu is on and forces users to change they way they interact with a document and how they work in Acrobat every workday.

That said, if this is to remain this way... Make the menus smaller or allow the user to adjust them. There is a lot of white/empty space between the tools listed and the actual document.

I typically use Adobe while it is on half of my screen (I have a 22" monitor) so I can…

  6. Ai feature removal requests aside, the f4 key is muscle memory for me to get to the Pages sidebar. Having to use the extra click to get out of the AI assistant panel and to the Pages panel that I want, is frustrating. And cumulatively, a time-suck. Feels like user-hostile UI practices.

As a side note, like many, I do not use the AI features in Acrobat. Please serve customers and not stockholders.

    1. How do I share the comparison report view with customers who only have Adobe Reader?

    2. Ability to export side-by-side or two-page comparison report view so that customer can see the same comparison view using only Adobe Reader. To see proposed view, see attached file "Expected result (also available for Adobe Reader users)".

    3. This two-sides comparison view with visible comments is clear and user-friendly. It is important to be able to share our work with our customers, who typically don't have Adobe Acrobat. This may also make Adobe Acrobat more attractive than buying the alternative solution from PDiff (https://www.csci.de/en/pdiff/).

    1. Unable to remove Summary page from first pages.

    2. Ability to delete both Summary page and Compare Results using Organize Pages.
I can delete the Compare Results page using Organize Pages, but the Summary page is not visible in Organize pages, even though it still exists with the other pages.

    3. There is no need to share pages like Summary page and Compare Results with coworkers. These extra 2 pages extend the document unnecessarily. I'm not the only one looking for such a solution - I found the following posts in Adobe Community:

    https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-do-i-remove-the-summary-and-compare-results-pages-created-from-compare-files/m-p/12519414

    https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/compare-files-result-page-messes-up-side-by-side-comparison/m-p/12117637

but they still do not solve this…

  7. Please put a scroll bar on Acrobat like every other program has. Hiding the scroll bar unless I use the wheel on a mouse does not work because due to repetitive stress injury as a production artist I can not use the wheel on a mouse. Why can't we just have a normal scroll bar? There is no reason to remove a scroll bar. This is so difficult to work on multi page documents and having to use that wheel is painful. I can't imagine this is considered ADA "accessible" and what purpose does it serve to make it harder…

  8. Pop ups asking whether I want to reopen closed pdfs (No.) and so on appear to interfere with functioning. Today, opening a PDF I just wanted to do a quick "find" for a word in a pdf: I'd start to type the word I want to find, and then one of the annoying pop ups came up and the program froze - I couldn't finish typing the word I had started. I hoped that restarting the program would allow me to access the application without the pop ups - nope. I tried 3 times and can't do a simple "find".

  9. We have clients reporting an issue that causes an inconsistant behaviour and user experience opening PDF files that contains LiveCycle XFA forms.

Our users receive PDF generated files from government containing those XFA forms with filled data. If user open that PDF file on Adobe Reader, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or any other PDF reader other than Adobe Acrobat Pro, they see filled data regarding "person A". If they open the same file on Adobe Acrobat Pro, as Acrobat Pro can identify that LiveCycle XFA form, it shows different filled data "person B".

As you expect, this causes different user…

  10. There is an ever-going issue with how to replace a signature that have been used once with another one. The problem has been there for more than a couple of years now, and I truly find it strange that lots of users have approached you about the same but you still did not fix it!

Whenever you try replacing the existing signature that you have used the last time with a new one by clicking the symbol (x) or (-) that will never workout, unless you repeated this ten and sometimes hundreds of times! It very frustrating and time consuming…

  11. The chat tab does not recognise any keyboard input properly. Instead, the keys are recognised as tool keys in the programme, which is why it is impossible to type a question. I can only write a question/command somewhere else and copy paste it into the tab. Awaiting fixes.

  12. OST file stands for Offline Outlook Data File(.ost). It is used by multiple POP & IMAP-based accounts like Microsoft 365 accounts, Exchange Server accounts, and Outlook.com accounts. If you are looking to import an OST file into Office 365, here we help manage migration smoothly. However, migrating large OST files can be hectic and risky. Therefore, we recommend using a professional OST to PST Converter Tool for your ease.

  14. Optimizing a large scanned document results in the software repeatedly crashing. This is a basic function. How can you justify charging a monthly fee for software that cannot perform the basic tasks it warrants it can perform?

  15. Tested on more then one PC: The Adobe Acrobat Pro extension (the adobe_acrobat-1.0-windows.xpi file) cannot be installed anymore in the Mozilla Firefox web browser and it always gives an error message upon its installation: "This add on could not be installed because it appears to be corrupt".

  16. Please go back to the old interface! Or let us customize where all the buttons are located and if we want them to show at all. The new "Create" button on the top bar next to the document tabs takes up so much space and is so sensitive that if I have more than 3 documents open at once, I can't move the window around on the screen. You can only click to the right of the tabs to drag the window on your screen and now there's a big create button and 4 icons that don't really need to…

  17. Of the more than 30 "online" subscriptions our company pays monthly, Adobe is the only one that does not provide a monthly invoice to a email inbox. It has been widely accepted in the industry that monthly "subscriptions" are now the new norm for software. The VERY least a company can do is provide an invoice receipt to the user's inbox on a monthly basis. Not doing so creates an inconvenience and alienates your user base.

PLEASE provide a monthly invioce copy sent directly to the user's preferred email address.

  18. When I prepare a form (Mac), I want to be able to choose the font size for all the text fields instead of having it default to Auto. I also want to be able to batch change font size in multiple text fields instead of having to do it one by one. Thanks for listening!
