2. Stop the Annoying AI Popups – A User’s Frustration

   As part of my daily workflow, I spend hours reviewing technical drawings in PDF format. These documents require my full attention and careful analysis, so any interruption is extremely disruptive. Unfortunately, the constant popups from this program, insisting that I “summarize your PDF using AI,” have become a major annoyance.

   I want to make it very clear: I do not intend to use AI for my work. My company’s policy strictly forbids it, and I value maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Despite this, the software repeatedly interrupts my workflow with suggestions that are not only irrelevant but also intrusive. Each popup breaks my concentration, slows down my productivity, and makes an already meticulous task even more frustrating.

   I sometimes regret having downloaded this program. What should have been a helpful tool for viewing and managing technical PDFs has turned into a source of constant irritation. I’ve started exploring alternatives that respect my workflow, don’t force AI suggestions, fun games, and allow me to focus on the task at hand without unnecessary distractions.

   Overall, while the software may be suitable for casual users or those looking for AI-assisted features, it is completely unsuitable for professionals like me who require a distraction-free environment. I sincerely hope the developers offer an option to disable these popups in future updates—or I will have no choice but to switch to a more user-friendly solution.

3. MY SAVED SIGNATURES IN FILL & SIGN ARE GONE

   For some reason Adobe DC seems to delete a user's signature data causally considering they only allow us to save two. My signatures are gone suddenly, even tried opt to the web extension to see if its only the windows software problem, unfortunately no! The signatures are gone. I had to re-draw my signature when this happens and it is time-wasting.

4. AI Generated Content

   My acrobat documents are getting hover tips that give an image description and say it's AI generated content. It sounds like it's saying that the image is generated by AI when it is not. It is not fair to say my creative work is generated by AI and to convince my clients of that!!!

5. Adobe keeps crashing loosing all my progress

   Adobe has crashed 6 times in 5 minutes. Without saving my progress I have lost major progress. This is usually a reliable product. I have paid a lot for this product and would expect it to be much better. I have more than one license and this is very upsetting and disappointing.

7. Incorrect CC Recipient Receiving Signed Copies Instead of Intended CC Recipient

   I want to report a bug.

   Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
   1. Log in to Adobe Acrobat Sign on a Windows desktop browser.
   2. Send a Service Agreement to a client for digital signature.
   3. Add the responsible employee’s email address in the CC field.
   4. Wait for the client to complete and sign the agreement.
   5. After completion, observe which recipients receive the signed copy notification.

   Environment:
   1. Operating System: Windows Desktop
   2. Platform: Adobe Acrobat Sign web application
   3. Use Case: Sending Service Agreements to clients for digital signature and CC’ing the employee responsible for that client.

   Expected Result:
   The signed copy of the completed agreement should be sent only to the specified CC recipient(s) listed in the transaction.

   Observed Result:
   The intended CC recipient does not receive the signed copy, while another employee who was not included in the CC field receives it instead.

   The issue occurred in the following transactions:

   Transaction ID: CBJCHBCAABAA2qDGIW_BQuujpRaQfIYhuM3PwS6dOvcT
   Transaction ID: CBJCHBCAABAA93U11sGjRGlzf1e4JxB1myDi63IAPtps

   In both cases, the intended CC recipient did not receive the signed copy, while another employee who was not included in the CC list, received it instead.

   This issue is a serious concern because the Service Agreements contain confidential and sensitive client information. Access should only be granted to authorised employees listed in the CC field. Sending signed agreements to unintended recipients may create data privacy risks and potential PDPA or legal implications.

   Screenshots of the relevant transactions have been attached for reference.

   We would appreciate it if your team could investigate and address this issue urgently.

9. Randomly doesn't prompt PDF to be saved

   Not always, but sometimes I'll make a change in a PDF, like adding or removing a page or reorganizing the pages and the save icon will not display. If I close the window at this time, the change is not saved.
   To mitigate losing my work, I'll have to grab an existing page, drag it to a new page order (then move it back) for the SAVE icon to prompt. I've only noticed this since going to the cloud or web-based version of Adobe. I'm currently on 25.001.21288.

10. Give admins the option to send notifications to pending users or not.

    At the moment, users that are in the "Pending Users" list get a reminder/notification that tries to encourage the user to activate the account.
    Because we are using Acrobat Sign more and more and will be integrating it in several other applications, our Support service was getting dozens of requests from users to get an Acrobat Sign account.
    So we decided to pro-actively give all of our users a license.
    However, not all of our users have need of it atm and thus we don't want these users to be "spammed" with reminder mails every 3-4 days.
    We believe that as an admin, we should be able to chose if we want to notify/encourage our "Pending users" to activate their account or not.
    In this case we would love an option to disable the notifications.

11. Adobe with custom font = scranbled and unreadable document. Microsoft free pdf print for the same document = fully legibel pdf print.

    Not sure why a paid subscription version of acrobat performs at a lower level than a free microsoft pdf printer. Acrobat needs to be able to understand and read custom fonts added to the windows font directory. If users had to custom locate fonts for every piece of sofware that uses them, work would never get done. Seriously, this is a fail.

    Acrobat Reader patch updates bloat Windows Installer folder. Look at any computer that has had Acrobat Reader installed for a few years. The C:\Windows\Installer folder will have dozens of Gigabytes taken up by Adobe .msp files. Check the size of the folder before and after uninstalling Adobe Reader - the folder will decrease in size significantly. Reinstalling Adobe Reader results in a smaller size. It would be very helpful to the user for Acrobat Reader's update process to achieve this size reduction automatically. There are millions of customers losing dozens of Gigabytes each, this should be a top priority to fix. 13. Printing PDFs from macOS 26 hit and miss

    Printing some forms and documents from Acrobat Pro works while others don't. The application opens the printer (HP M454dw with the latest firmware), but then never prints and never generates an error message.
    However, printing the same document that fails to print in Acrobat Pro works in the free version of Acrobat Reader.
    It also works with Apple's Preview app. Only the Pro version of Acrobat seems to experience a problem

15. Cannot sign a document using a certificate

    When selecting from the menu "Use a certificate" no any options for signing appear in the left hand side panel. Before, it was possible to perform signing using selection to place the stamp, and timestamping. None of those options is available after the recent update. That is a critical bug and MUST be addressed!!!!

16. ORGANIZING PAGES - More frequently than not, the tab doesn't work as it should.

    How about you guys start making it so I can effectively organize my pages when I click "Organize Pages"???

    This may be a crazy and novel thought, but I should not have to be locked out of clicking individual pages because AdobePDF is incompetent and slow.

    How do I fix this personally? I have to SAVE the file. Why do I have to do that to restore normal organizational functionality? Fix it.

19. More than one signature option

    I am someone who frequently finalizes documents and applies my executives signature to a document once they approve. We are not allowed to use the stamp option because it is not super secure. The fill and sign currently allows one signature and one initial (which I use as a second signature). However, I have 5+ executives.. all requiring different signatures. Which means, I am losing efficiency by having to change the e-sig document almost each time. I understanding having 5+ different signature options may be a bit excessive but even just two signatures and two initials would be better!

20. BUG REPORT!!!!!!! Replacing a TOC page with list of hyperlinks FAILS - why is Acrobat such a piece of garbage??!??!?!??!?!?!??!?!?

    I was hoping to post a bug report on this piece of garbage [SH*T] application but here I am joining a group to post this to everyone who needs to know just what an absolute piece of garbage Adobe Acrobat is, and has always been.

    908-page doc with two pages of the 8 pages of contents that needs to be replaced with two new pages that have external hyperlinks.

    These two page work exactly as they should as separate standalone pages.

    But when I replace - side note - why is the text window on this also garbage platform cutting off the text I am typing? Did no one test this garbage as well... when I replace the two pages in the 908-page document, the EFFING hyperlinks disappear, all I have is two pages of blue underlined text with no operative hyperlinks.

    So here I am once again with this utterly pathetic useless garbage app doing what should be a 5-minute update and I am now an hour or more into NOT GETTING THIS DONE.

    Who is responsible for Adobe Acrobat and why do they exist?

    I am NOT posting an IDEA - I am posting a TIRADE because once again a simple operation in the most useless piece of **** application Adobe has ever dreamed up is sucking time from me and the client is waiting.

    Refund my entire year's subscription because this is what it is costing me in time and money - and it should only take 5 minutes.

    Sick and tired of Adobe's ********. Sell the company back to someone who knows what they're doing.

    Idiots.
