Tabs duplicate in windows taskbar
Bug. I work with two monitors, and when I have the Adobe Acrobat window on one monitor, it shows as it should, but when I move the window to the other monitor the icons in the Windows taskbar multiplies, which get very annoying after just a few open dokuments. If I try to close a tab, the "duplicate" window in the taskbar is still there but empty. It has been like this for the last two updates of Acrobat I think. Please fix this error!

That stupid button taking up so much screen real estate for a feature I will never use. I hope someone feels some shame for promoting this trash, which, worse than being useless, is intended to make human cognition itself dependent on silicon valley products. If people want this so badly, why not let them select it from a suite of services for a premium instead of forcing it on every single user of your product? Create button
Please remove the "+Create" button from the tab row. This has been creating a poor experience when working with multiple tabs and files. Providing an option to disable this button from it's current spot would be helpful as well.

new acrobat
the new version of acrobat is terrible! you took away tools that made it easy to provide graphic markups to documents, you reversed the entire format of where toolbars are located so i have to retrain my brain on where to look for things. the arrow box and markup editing features are clunky, slow and difficult to manipulate. if it isn't corrected i'm reverting to bluebeam for good.

Confusing Layout
Visual designers managed to ruin a tool that was excellent and practical. The environment is now completely different, difficult to use, confusing, with no work flow. I would recommend a book to designers: Steve Krug's "Don't Make Me Think".

Looks like Garbage, Painful to Use
Your new interface is complete garbage. I have been using this software for years, and while I have been able to adapt to a lot of changes, you swapping the location of the bookmarks and tools is completely unwarranted and terrible. This is literally painful to look at. Who ever thought this was a good idea should go live in computer purgatory with that stupid Microsoft paperclip.

Glad I'm not alone. I'm a former Ux designer for a CAD company. The user interface is the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered. Take a hint from Blue Beam and design a ribbon, or get out of the business. Attached is just a tiny example. Extracting a page from a document, and I see TWO dialog boxes? On top of not being able to find anything related to production/markups, it's constantly freezing, and Task Manager in Windows is my only friend at that point.

e-sign is terrible now
What the **** are you guys doing to E-sign? It's terrible now. I can't send multiple documents at once in the desktop app? I'm going to need to drop my Adobe subscription if this isn't fixed immediately. DotLoop here I come.

New design is hideous on desktop
I have decided to post this as a new idea just to highlight how HIDEOUS the new design is on the desktop. If this design on the desktop continues to 1 January 2024 the new year, I will change the default pdf reader on all PCs in my organisation to a competitor.

Toolbar Issue
Allow all users to choose how they use toolbars, so they can set it up to however they work. This means allowing them to turn it on or off. If on, allow users to dock it to whatever part of the screen they want it on, top, bottom, left or right. And finally, allow them to expand the toolbar to be able to read the names OR have just the icons themselves. Comment tools menu
The default layout of the comment tools menu has changed significantly in the new version of Adobe Acrobat DC and finding how to add functions like strikethrough and replace to the banner menu is not easy. This is frustrating for editors and typesetters who have to explain to authors how to proofread their galley proofs. Previously, I simply had to explain how to use Acrobat's comments function. HIDE THE 'All tools' PANE!
With the latest version of Adobe Acrobat the setting that previously worked to disable the Tools Pane on startup no longer works. This was obviously not added to regression testing procedures. I could not even take a screenshot of the Adobe Acrobat Reader version AS IT DISAPPEARS THE MOMENT I SELECT THE Microsoft Snipping tool!!! So ... via my smartphone camera, it's Continuous Release | Version 2023.003.20284 | 64-bit. I am using Windows 10 with latest updates.

Change for the sake of change
Swapping the bookmarks pane and the tools pane is a stupid idea with no benefit for your users. Please go back to the old interface. If I have to use a new one I might as well just view documents in the browser and stop using Acrobat.

Menu Bar back on top
I hate the features bar on the right side. It is not natural to go to the bottom of a window to change the zoom or use tools that should be on the top ribbon. Please allow users to choose where they would like these tools. This is a horrible user experience and should definitely something people should be allowed to choose.
