1. Coping with javascript and interactivity in PDF files

   I have created interactive Maths resources in PDF files ( I have attached one sample). They work fine with the Adobe Reader on Windows & the Mac but not on Android phones or the Ipad. I need to use "PDF Expert"for the Ipad & FOXIT PDF reader for the android to see them working properly.
   I would prefer that they work on an Adobe Acrobat reader.

2. Saved Printing Preferrences on single document

   Microsoft Office products, such as Word or Excel, have the ability to remember previous printing preferences, even when you move the saved document to a different area or attach to an email. The document will still print, with your saved preferences. This is a feature that is highly needed on Adobe. For those of us with high profile clientele, it's nice for the client to be able to print without having to set settings or change preferences.

3. Window Snap bug it does not paste back or to any other pdf files

   When snapshot is used and selected area is copied it cannot be pasted back to the same document or any other opened pdf document or into next page in the same pdf document,
   Can it be fixed?

4. Reduce Multiple Files - select a previously saved "custom" optimization

   When "Reduce Multiple Files" is selected to optimize an entire folder of PDF files, there needs to be a question added to the questions/answers path that asks you to select from the list of saved optimization settings.

   Right now, it ALWAYS uses the Standard settings, and the resulting graphics quality for screen shots and similar images is not very good. I have created a custom setting for the PDF Optimizer that gives the results I want, but there is no way currently to apply it across a folder of PDF files.

   This should be an easy fix -- please implement it. Thank you.

5. I have just had an interesting conversation with Adobe "Support" about emails being delivered to junk rather than inboxes.

   I have just had a conversation with Adobe "Support" (I use support in the loosest sense of the word) regarding emails being delivered into the junk folder rather than the inbox when sending to Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook domains.

   This is the transcript.

   Alright, please give me a moment while I got through the history of your conversation.
   Well, echosign emails will not go to Junk emails all the time. However this is not controlled by us. It depends on the receiver system policy and trusted sites they have allowed.

   All echosign emails go into junk for Hotmail, yahoo and Outlook domains
   no exception.
   The sending reputation of echosign is at fault
   it needs addressing by echosign
   At present anything sent to Outlook, Hotmail or Yahoo domains results in it going through to junk
   This is them flagging echosign as potentially junk due to echosigns sending reputation.

   Yes, that depends on the allowed trusted sites of the system who receives the email. The emails don't go as a hotmail yahoo or outlook emails, they are sent as an adobe email. If the receiver system does not trust the adobe server/site/certificates it would go into junk email of the Inbox.

   I did not say they go as Outlook, Hotmail or yahoo... I said when sdending from echosign to these domains
   It has nothing to do with trusted sites
   it is based on sending reputation

   Echosign emails are sent to everyone from same trusted site. So if the receiver isn't verifying it it will go to junk inbox.

   The receiver performs a lookup on the sending domain or ip address...
   The lookup is based from sending reputation.
   EchoSigns reputation is currently below what Hotmail, Yahoo and Outlook find acceptable.
   This is why they flag it as potentially junk
   The reputation needs addressing.

   Alright, Let me explain it to you, Adobe Echosign supports Government bodies and it is not at the fault to reach spams. Echosign is secured and verified to be used Globally. I would request you to check with the email settings of outlook, hotmail or yahoo emails. However not every customer who receives echosign mails to outlook or other domains have reported about mails reaching Junk inbox.

   Echosign emails are not sent manually, once you use the Adobe Sign it reaches our Adobe servers and the emails are sent from Adobe servers and not from an individual email ID/domain.

   So how do we send via Adobe Sign, via EchoSign to Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo domains without the email being delivered to the recipient junk folder?

   Well, we do not direct the emails to junk folder. It is a verified email/trusted site from where the email will be triggered. However the the email reaching junk folder is depending on the receiver system and their verified sites. As the echo sign emails are triggered from same server their is no specific direction/rule to hit junk folder or any other folder.

   I know there is no rule.. And I know you do not direct to junk. As I said prior it is based on sending reputation... ie DMARK, DKIM, spf, blacklists, reported bulk senders, ect
   So how do we address this?
   Or what would you like me to do to ensure it gets delivered to my inbox rather than junk?

   Well as said earlier you will have to address this issue through our global request form so that our engineer will look into it an reply. As a workaround you can create a rule in your mail box to have echosign emails hit your Inbox directly.

   You can not create mail rules for Yahoo, Hotmail or Outlook domains.

   Ok, you can try to contact the email client of yahoo, hotmail or microsoft for Outlook to have them check the sites verified by their servers.

   Please explain to me how that will help and what you expect them to do to resolve the issue

   Well they would explain you better as in why the trusted site email is reaching the junk folder. An email which has been verified and been used by the US government is reaching junk folder of these specific email domains. So they would be the right people to check as to why these emails are reaching the junck folder.

6. "Import form data" via button not working

   In creating a form, adding a button, and making the action of the button to Import from data" in clicking "add", the application will not allow me so select any other file type than pdf, but even then i cannot select a file to use for data.

8. Adobe Fresco incompatible

   I would like to see more computers at lower price points work with future Fresco updates. On my current system, I cannot install it. I do not have upwards of $2000 to buy one of the computers it supports. Not everyone is wealthy and i would be paying any of those computers down for at least 2 years, if not longer. But I need Acrobat for school so I can edit PDFs my professors send me. Also, a list of graphics cards with DirectX 12.1 support would be helpful. I will do without it for now, I would like see this worked on in future upates of Adobe Fresco.

9. grayscale pdf

   Can we please get a feature in the Print Production --> Convert Colors section, that allows us to copy and paste a set of page numbers to convert from CMYK to grayscale? The only three options it gives me are "All", "Current Page", and "From X to X".

   I have a bunch of pages I need to convert from CMYK to grayscale, but doing it page by page, range by range, is extremely tedious and time cosuming. Take my current project for example. I need to convert these pages:

   1-5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,23,25,27,29,31,33,35,37,39,41,43,45,47,49,51,53,55,57,59,61-63,65,67,69,71,72,76

   Is there no way I can just copy and paste that into a box? Please see my attached screenshot for an example from the EFI Fiery Command Workstation.

12. Preventing any moron with an acrobat licence from editing print ready files

    If someone expands text on indesign or illustrator before exporting, it means they do not want it to be editable in acrobat and now it will automatically convert it back unless the file is password protected.

    That is not ok. Missing the old versions.

13. MS Installer bug

    If during the installation of Acrobat DC Pro you select only the option to create PDF from Office documents, the virtual printer will not be installed.

    And if you choose the creation of office documents, and, for example, in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, then the printer is installed and everything works correctly. Fix the installer, please.

14. Real Help as part of the program, not a link

    When are you going to have your "Help" feature as part of the program for quick access and meaningful search results, like with Word or Excel? Instead, I get some worthless link that opens a browser to your website, opening slow as **** monster graphics files and/or videos, with worthless unrelated search results posted by random users. Just AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL.

18. Our company needs to occassionally ADD text and/or data on our PDF's. unable to locate on new platform

    We used to be able to actually ADD text to our pdf's, I am not seeing where or what I need to click on to be able to do this as easy as with the previous Adobe Pro XI version our company had.

19. Website not responding daily

    I do not have an idea, I have a complaint. We pay for adobe and we use the adobe sign on a daily basis and on a daily basis I have issues with the website not responding and I have to try multiple times to get it to work. Today I have tried multiple times to send my documents to be signed and all I see is thumbnail not yet available and it is not displaying my docs. Super frustrating when there are deadlines to meet. My idea would be to have a working program.
