    Please give the ability to open the Organize Pages Window Pane with a keyboard shortcut command (or the ability for a user to make one). It's an implementation that would have a huge impact on the everyday workflow of our buisness.

  3. Insufficient data for an image

    I open all PDF files just fine. After anywhere from 20 mins to an a couple hours I will receive an error "Insufficient data for an image" and the document goes blank - all pages are white. If I have multiple PDFs open the same thing happens to other files, though may get different error such as "There was an error while reading a stream." but all pages similarly go blank. Have to close all and reopen. Files may or may not have comments in them. Seems to happen to any and all files.

    Running Windows 10 Pro, 32 Gb…

  5. Acrobat OCR

    When modifying a scanned document, Acrobat automatically launches an OCR process, which is indeed very useful. But, as I work either in French or in English, very often the language is not appropriate and it is only AFTER this process that the language is displayed. In the case of a bad language choice, I have to change the language and Acrobat restarts the OCR process with the correct language.   6. lookup function should work with built-in apple dictionary (and not with dictionary.com)

    The current look up reference for word definitions is the webpage dictionary.com, which is really inaccurate sometimes. Besides, the whole operation of being directed to a webpage is nonsense, specially on Apple computer and devices, where you have the built in dictionaries, who are the reference source by default in any other app.
    Moreover, dictionary.com only offer definitions for English words, but is useless if the user is reading a text on another language... So, just integrate the lookup function with apple dictionaries (as it already functions on the mobile app for iPad, for instance)

  7. Adobe is freezing and won't open PDF

    Please fix the freezing and the file not opening happening since Adobe was updated. The system is much slower!!

  8. Reverse Page order

    My problem is I audit large documents, usually multiple page documents scanned in pdf files. I often find the documents have been scanned in the wrong order ie last page first. Companies employ cheap labour and they do not care of the page order when they are scanning the document or they put it throughs the scanner the wrong way.
    A useful feature would be to have a way to reverse the order of the pages or of a number of pages very simply.

  11. Enable "Arrange Objects" for use with Markup Tools (Shapes/Lines)

    I'd like to request enabling the "Arrange Objects" button so that it can be used with Markup Objects (shapes & lines).

    It would be nice to "send to back" or "bring to front" on any object.

    Currently I have to:
    Copy an existing object
    Delete the existing object
    Paste a new copy of the object
    Re-align where that object should be

    This works ok if you want it in front but not easy to move it to back.

    Please enable this action button to be used with all objects.

  12. More Options for Accessibility Tables

    Create 508 compliant PDF documents frequently that need to be passed. These documents more than not have several lengthy tables. These documents also come from different people using different software and versions. And more than not these tables need to be rebuilt. Would love to have the option to create tables in the Tags sidebar from scratch where you can at the same time specify how many TR, TH, and TD and in a certain order.   13. Language Translator

    Increasingly throughout the internet there are files available which are not in our own language ☹ I remain baffled why an in-built translator has not been implemented to generate a translated document given the number of countries globally using Adobe today. In simple terms, we have computers to do this for us as I again find myself attempting the labourious task to convert line by line through an online translator. This says a lot for us as a technology society.

  14. Customize Comment Pane

    The comments pane takes up WAY too much space. I would like the ability to customize what I see there.

    Currently in the Comments pane, it display the:

    -Author Name
    -Type of Comment
    -Text within the pop-up note
    -Date and Time

    Sometimes all of this information is useful, but most of the time, I don't need to see all that! It is a waste of screen space. I would like the ability to show to only those options which I need. In this case, I just want to see what is in the pop-up note, nothing more.

  15. Black Menu Font

    Please consider returning the menu option's drop down menus to black letters. The current very thin grey font, while fashionable, does look very similar to the well established 'grey = unavailable' menu entries. Especially on LCD laptop screens who's hues & tone are affected by screen tilt. Thank you

  18. Find (Cmd+F) Pop-Up Obstructs Document Viewing

    The "Find" Pop-up on the right-upper corner obstructs document viewing and it's very annoying. Whenever I need to see what's behind that pop-up, I need to esc to close the pop-up and Cmd+F again to commence with search.

    I'm using the Mac OS version of Acrobat DC.

  19. When a PDF is opened within the browser, add a button on the toolbar to open in the full app

    We need to set PDFs to open in the browser, however, sometimes the user needs to edit these (such as using Fill & Sign). In this case, the user clicks Fill & Sign, and they are told to download the file and open it.

    It would be far easier if the toolbar that's visible when a user opens a PDF in the browser has a simple button where they could open it in whatever app they had set as the default for PDFs (Acrobat Professional, or Reader). Perhaps a button called "Open in Acrobat"

  20. PDF Thumbnails in PDF Portfolio : Portfolio/ View / Layout

    In Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Classic & Acrobat Pro 2017 the PDF icons on the left are quite large in Portfolio / View /Layout . It would be great if PDF Thumbnails could be enabled like in Windows explorer by checking the preference in General . I realise not all file thumbnails for all types of files could easily be created ( example Excel , Word )etc ..but we combine a lot of PDF secured files into a Portfolio & the thumbnail PDF view would really be a great feature in Portfolio/View / Layout
