    Hello,
    I’m a Independent Contractor for the Courts. I solely work from my iPad. IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR ALL ADOBE APPS (especially adobe sign), TO HAVE ‘ONCE DRIVE’ INTEGRATION. This would greatly help with document uploads and filing,

  2. Create an easy way to make a Photo Contact Sheet

    It would be great to have an easy way to dump a file of multiple photos into Acrobat and create a PDF photo contact sheet. And be able to select how many photos on each page 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 etc per page

  3. Ability to select how many pages OCR in Action Wizard

    Users should be able to select how many pages are scanned for recognizable text in Action Wizard or when OCRing multiple documents.

    Performing OCR and recognizing text on a single document gives the user the option to select how many pages they want to OCR. Action Wizard and performing OCR on multiple documents removes the ability to select how many pages are scanned. I have several thousand documents that I'm only interested in performing OCR on the first page.

    How is this not a thing?

  4. Remove the 5 license limit for purhasing

    There should be no limit for purchasing licenses each month. As a system admin, it takes time and effort to go through chat support to have additional licenses purchased instead of being able to do it yourself. This is definitely a must for every system administrator. Plus, I'm not comfortable with the idea of the support team of being able to purchase on behalf of the company.

  5. Form fields work on Windows, do not when completed on MacOS

    Drop down boxes work correctly when completed on Windows. Do not display once completed on a Mac and then reopened in Windows, instead displays first item in list.

  6. Acrobat Output Preview: colour warning: show overprinting: highlights object which does not actually overprint

    POSSIBLE BUG

    This was originally brought to my attention by my print vendor, who asked that I correct the overprint and resubmit the file for offset print. As I preflight all my files, I was caught off guard. But on re-inspection I could see the overprint issue.

    During preflight process of the InDesign PDF file, a pattern graphic is highlighted as overprinting when selecting Output Preview: Colour Warning: Show Overprinting.

  7. option in Mac platform for Print to Adobe PDF for fillable forms

    On MAC platform, Print to Adobe PDF and Save as Adobe PDF do not work to change filled forms into forms without fill. This option is available on IBM platform. This is a major drawback for me and a huge market of legal professionals---we have to use Adobe PDF fillable forms created by courts--and the forms are locked so we can't sign them or edit them unless we can save them to a nonfillable format.   8. Save document in Cloud by Digitally Signing

    On the moment I add a digitally signature, I need to save the document. It is only possible, on this point, to save the document locally. It would be great if I could save it then in the cloud, so I don't need to save the document locally first.

  11. Scroll performance is very bad when Find text dialog is open

    When viewing the OMG UML Specification pdf, which is 796 pages, if I click Cmdl+F to find some text, after the text is found, scrolling through pages gets very slow.

    Indeed, the problem is noticeable even in short Pdf files (18 pages)

    The slowness continues even if I disable the "Highlight all matches" option from the search preferences. When I close the Find dialog, scrolling speed is good again.

    I am working on a Macbook Pro 13 Inch 2015 model, MacOS Catalina, Acrobat Reader DC 2020.006.20042 version.

    Need to be able to save a prepared Adobe Sign, and PREVIEW for quality control, after completing Step 2 of adding signature blocks prior to sending. Example: I built out the signature piece and wanted to SAVE it for Review with my client of where to sign BEFORE I sent it to client for signatures. I was unable to do either of these.   15. Using location and file name of original document for pdf generation.

    When generating a pdf version from word using the "save as adobe pdf",
    it would be useful not just to have the original word document file name
    as default preselected but also to have the storage location of the original word document preselected.
    The file name from the original document is already used, so I'd imagine using the original document location should be easy.
    Currently the default location seems from a document one has previously worked on.
    It would be quite beneficial especially if one is working with several different documents at the same time.

  16. Adobe PDF Pack Add-On request

    I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack and would like to have an add-on feature allowing password protection for docs. Or simply, add it to this product!

    Currently it is necessary to buy the Adobe Pro DC to access that ability and that has more features than I need for my small business and thereby too expensive.

  17. Auto Sign-Out/Time-out for Acrobat/Adobe products

    I had a very helpful call with support this morning who advised they would pass this idea onto your devs, and I would post it here also.

    We use Windows Virtual Desktop, fairly new virtualization service by Microsoft and it would make sense for Adobe to implement the ability to automate a signout from Adobe/Acrobat or a timeout at least for the following reasons.

    Our WVD solution contains hostpools(pools of machines), when a user logs in, a random machine will be allocated to the user. For convenience purposes an autosign out would be great.

  18. Expand bookmark function

    After creating bookmarks I/ll be happy to see highlighted the word searched by bookmark. For the moment bookmark is giving you a page when the text, but not a single word. If you click double on a word and make a bookmark it is just reverse: click on bookmark and see selected word. Thanks for your concern! Roman

  20. Fill and Sign Auto Detection Encumbrance

    Based on a documents layout, the Fill & Sign tool automatically detects where the user may want 'Add Text' in order to fill in static forms, as indicated by a blue highlighted box.
    This can be burdensome as sometimes you don't want to add text to those automatically detected "fields", however you are forced to.
    Unchecking 'Automatically detect Form Fields' in Preferences>Forms doesn't do anything.
    Could there be a way to disable this?
