1. PDF Access - 'Copy Hyperlink' in Context Menu!

   Hello,
   Can we please have 'Copy Hyperlink' made available to Adobe Reader, in the Context Menu for hyperlinks in a PDF? Similar to how Microsoft Office does this, or just about everyone else I find it cumbersome and annoying to not have that.

   For example today I had to log out of my Google account in Firefox to test a hyperlink, in your doc I wanted to open in Chrome grrrrrr....

2. [Bug] Acrobat Pro 2020 Preflight Droplet Error Text report not being created

   Hello,

   We are using custom preflight droplets with Acrobat XI to perform batch/automated conversion. We are opting to upgrade to Acrobat 2020.
   When creating preflight droplets, there is an option to select an error folder and create an error report in the error folder with specific formats (PDF, XML, Text) on any preflight error.
   For our case, we are using Text format for the error report as it is less verbose (the preflight rules are not listed unlike XML) and easily extractable and logged in a log file (unlike PDF).

   However in Acrobat Pro 2020, it seems that there is a bug in the error report using Text report (no issues in PDF report and XML report), where the error report was not being created. We tried the success Text report and the success report was being created in the success folder. We tried to switch the error and success folders, in the case the error was in the folders, but the success text report is being created properly. We also checked the display a summary PDF option in order to know the exact error report path which is displayed in summary PDF and it is correct. We tried the error PDF and XML reports and they were created.
   We tried replicating the issue using Acrobat built-in preflight profile to see if the issue was in our custom preflight profile but we could also replicate the issue using the Acrobat built-in preflight profile using different files.

   Can anyone confirm officially if this is a bug for Acrobat Pro 2020?

   Steps to reproduce the issue
   1. Create a preflight droplet for the Acrobat built-in "Convert to PDF/A-1a" preflight profile
   (Open Acrobat > Tools > Print Production > Preflight > Options > Create Droplet > PDF Standards | Convert to PDF/A-1a)
   2. Under "on error" check "Create report and save in error folder", and select "Text report" in the "Settings".
   3. Click on "Error folder..." and select the error folder.
   4. Check the last option to "Display a summary PDF ..." so that the results and error report path will be displayed.
   5. Click on "Save" to create the preflight droplet .exe file.
   6. Get a PDF sample which is guaranteed to fail for a PDF/A-1a conversion (e.g. PDF/A-1b sample without mark info / structure info https://tcpdf.org/files/examples/example_065.pdf) and simply drag and drop it on the preflight droplet icon to execute the preflight droplet for the file.

   Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
   Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard, Acrobat Pro 2020 Release (Classic) | Version 2020.004.30017

   Expected Result:
   The text error report (with .txt extension) should be created.

   Observed Result:
   The text error report (with .txt extension) is not created.

4. Issue with fillable form fields pasting scripts from Microsoft word

   Acrobat needs to be reinstalled to solve this issue. I had to call Adobe to reinstall. When I try to reinstall I get error 136. Once installation is complete issue is fixed.

   This is the second time this has happened.
   I have scripts that I reuse in JavaScript Editors for example Properties/Format/Custom/Custom keystroke script. When I try to paste the script nothing happen. It is fixed now as I reinstalled acrobat. Last time it worked for a month or so. Will see what happens this time. Hope it doesn't happen again.

5. Frustration with the new Adobe DC

   After installing the new Adobe DC my experience with it is very frustrating. Keep on crash. Have to continuously open and close it with many of my file still in editing loss many thing. Used to work fine before really regret to install the adobe DC. very annoying. If Acrobat really concern about their reputation they must look into this matter seriously many businesses are depend on it. I am very frustrated with this apps now.

6. Bug: Scanning produces random pages in negative colour

   When scanning multiple pages using the document feeder, approximately every 4th page is rendered in negative (white on black as opposed to the correct black on white).

   Rescanning the incorrect pages results in the correct black on white. Scanning a single page appears to always work.

   Acrobat Pro 2021.007.20099 (Intel) on macOS 11.6; scanning from HP MFP M479fdw.

7. BUG: I wish I could use Acrobat without the need to uninstall/reinstall every few days (Very annoying)

   You have a BUG in your code that makes it so that I have to keep authorizing and removing seats (even though it's all from one single computer). I get stuck in a loop where Acrobat shuts down and I am unable to view/edit PDF's.

   This is very very annoying, and so far the only short-term solution has been to uninstall/reinstall Acrobat, which gives me a few days of reprieve, until the process starts happening all over again.

   I end up uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat on a regular basis just to use Acrobat. I wish it did not have this "feature"

   I would expect that I only need to authorize my one computer once. Once it sees that I am on the same computer (name) already authorized, it should not interrupt my workflow at all.

   I am using Windows 10, and because my only fix is to uninstall/reinstall, I assume I'm always running the latest version.

   Please fix this BUG. I shouldn't have to get VOTES to fix a bug.

11. Option to physically mark agreements as signed

    Sometimes our clients print out our contracts and sign them, then mail them to us. In other words, they DO NOT sign them electronically.

    In that case, for document tracking purposes, it would wonderful to physically mark the agreement as signed. Otherwise the only other option is to mark it as canceled, and to indicate why.

    When cancelling ones account, it would beneficial to have the option to export/download an entire folder(s) at one time, instead of having to download and save each individual file.

13. Create PDF from Word without saving.

    I use a Word document with blank fields i manually fill to create PDF letters. Now it seems I have to save the Word file in the process of creating a PDF. I need to be able to close the Word file without saving it so the fields remain blank for the next use. Why can I no longer simply <Print> the filled form letter to PDF without overwriting my original Word file?

14. highlight/ temporarily export a page

    Sometimes it is easier to print a document when you need to compare several pages. For example in an offer on page 2 I a proposal for a device and service, but the device-details are on page 5 en the service-details are on page 9. If you'd like to compare why them it's sometimes easier to have the pages next to eachother.
    
    Now I can print the document and lay out the pages next to eachother on my desk, it would be cool if I can do that digitally.

19. Advanced search not available unless a document is open

    Previously, you could just open Acrobat and do an advanced search and select a folder to search, without having an actual PDF open. Now, advanced search is greyed out unless you have a doc open, even if you are not going to search the document, but rather a folder. What's the point of making users open a pdf when they don't want to search a single file?

20. "Get a Link" button has been disabled for Portfolios and is causing a lot of frustration

    The "Get a Link" button has been disabled for Portfolios as of a recent update. Myself and many others in the legal field were using this feature. Also, disabling the "Get a Link" button makes no sense because the " Share with Others" button still works and can cause the same confusion for the person trying to download the portfolio. I understand that you had problems with people having trouble downloading the portfolio, but this attempted fix isn't a good solution. Instead, you should provide more help on the download page, which as of now, just says to download Adobe Reader (which is confusing because most people already have it). The download button is so small that it's almost hidden. Making the download button large and providing some better instructions will fix the problem.
