  3. BUG: Zoom shortcuts rotate instead of zoom

    Reproduce bug as follows:
    1. Shut down Acrobat
    2. Open PDF file in Acrobat
    3. Use [Cmd + =] shortcut to zoom. Document will rotate clockwise.
    4. And [Cmd + -] does nothing.
    5. Click the Provide Feedback button.
    6. Click the Acrobat window to give it focus.
    7. The zoom keyboard shortcuts now work, unless you re-launch Acrobat.

  4. I am unable to delete a digital signature that I created that doesn't have the correct information

    REMOVE DIGITAL SIGNATURE - CAPABILITY

    I can't delete a digital signature that I created with incorrect information.

    This is a problem because it continues to pop up among the list of signatures to choose from and could cause people to make signature mistakes.

  5. rotate custum stamp failure

    since upate whem rotating a custom stamp instead of rotating it minimizes. Raju from CS logged onto my computer saw it and tried to fix but to now avail.

  7. correct PDF/X3:2002 Standard Settings

    Whatever external profile is used, when the standard setting PDF/X-3:2002 is chosen, the missleading/wrong information „Kennung der Ausgabevorschau: FOGRA27“ and ¸Registrierung: http://www.color.org is written in the pdf-file. Sometimes printers are irritated by the missleading/wrong information. The ECI-consortium recommends to leave the information blank. Please change the basic setting according to the wish from ECI.

    We shall need more information on what workflows are used and how exactly do you use this feature.

  11. Remind reviewer function

    It's great to be able to add new people to a review, but sometimes it's necessary to remind someone that has already been invited but has neglected to review the file.

    A "remind reviewer" function next to the invitee's email address, that would generate a new email that again includes the "review" button link would be great.

  12. Re Adobe Acrobat DC - Encrypted file opens successfully and enables change in current Word 365. Surely this shouldn't happen

  14. why did you remove Document Cloud from Acrobat Professional?!!!!!

  15. Duplicate across pages (button)

    "Duplicate across pages" places the button (the element I want to duplicate) complete out of the page in all other pages. I am using the very latest version of Acrobat. It worked perfectly fine before the update.

    We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end.
    Thus please let us know your Acrobat version and OS details.
    Also whether you are facing it with every file? If not, please share sample file.

  17. Acrobat DC Crashes when sending file as attachment in Outlook through Share component

    Everytime I use the Mail to Feature the Application crashes. E-mail created, file attached and sent but Acrobat DC crashes and I have to Force Quit it.

    Could you please install the latest update and try to send file again ?

    Steps to update :
    1. Go to Help→“Check for Updates”.

  18. Adobe document error warnings

    Adobe consistently crashes when performing redactions on large documents saying that there was an error processing the page and that the document could not be saved. No amount of applying or saving as I go prevents this problem, and I have lost hours of work on this.

  19. Allow option for Acrobat Pro DC to run locally

    Since going to Cloud Acrobat Pro DC, much much slower than X pro running locally on PC. We are a small local government utility. Can't imagine using this in a business sense...
    Also doesn't play well with Outlook 2013. Add-ins issues
