When I secure a document to prevent it from being exported, then anyone I share the document with is unable to print it. I cannot separate printing from preventing export of the document as part of security.2 votes
One click to send an attachment is enough. Having to click three times before we get the ability to attach it to an email is ludicrous - it really slows down workflow. COME ON Adobe! Your new updates for Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat have made your workflows worse not better2 votes

In previous versions, I could highlight text and the highlighting would print when the document was printed. Now it does not.5 votes
Under the prepare form function, users should be allowed to create multiple radio buttons with a single function rather than creating one radio button at a time for each group. Say I have 100 questions and each question has 4 choices meaning it has 4 radio buttons, that is 400 radio buttons that i have to manually create. It is tedious and painful. There has to be a faster way to do this.
This should also provide an option whether the layout of the radio buttons is vertical or horizontal.1 vote

Whenever I try Help/Check for Updates ... I get a message back that "Cannot connect to Adobe update server. Please verify that you are connected to the Internet and check for updates again." Obviously, I am on the Internet to make this post. What do I do?1 vote
Could you please let me know if you are on windows or mac?
It would be helpful to be able to resize the Button Properties window in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Currently the window barely has enough room to display the contents. Resizing would help allow for much quicker form preparation workflows, for example, making the window larger could help minimize the need to constantly use the scrollbars in the Actions tab.8 votes
Thank you for your suggestion. We shall have our team informed on this
Can we get the Acrobat XI version of the Scanning stuff back? This multiple page setup in order to get to scanning a document is horrendous. When you update things, try to avoid bloating them into more steps, more bells and whistles that are just eye candy and do little to enhance anything....I like when we go update and find out that the newer version has less garbage on it, less junk added to it for overall performance gain instead of the industry standard of new versions = more bloated programming = less productivity and horrible GUI - Why does DC look like it is a push button icon based program for a PC? I have nothing that uses touch screen or similar and I really detest programs FULL of hundreds of ICONS everywhere. XI at least was simpler to get things done without wasting 1. Screen space 2. multiple page clicks to get to the final process of actually scanning something.

Adobe DC keeps shutting down when I try to modify a document. Why am I paying for something I can't use?1 vote
Please make it easier to move text. I have spent hours (and am developing RSI) trying to move text that I have moved before - it takes dozens/hundreds of clicks to get the box around the text to show sufficiently to grab it and move it. I spent the $$ for AA Pro DC, so thought such a basic thing would have been fixed .... Please let me know when it is fixed so that I can edit my document without wasting any more time - I have a week or so before it goes to the printers ... Thanks7 votes
I set up a simple action to crop files to some specific measurements. These are magazine pages, so all need the same crop. The action wizard manages about 10 files and then crashes. When it crashes it corrupts the file it was currently working on, so I have to generate that one again for the next attempt. As our magazine has up to 600 pages, this is a huge problem. It seems to happen every time I try. I am on a Mac running the latest Mojave version.1 vote
I attempted to run the "Recognize Text In This File" command on a file with digital signatures and received a random "This operation is not permitted" error (see screenshot) which may in itself be a bug. But then I checked "Ignore future errors in this document" and hit OK, and received the same popup, with the "Ignore future errors" box checked, for each subsequent error in the document until it reached the last page. I thought this was strange.

In Acrobat X a text annotation (created with the Typewriter tool) could easily be selected by merely clicking on it. In Acrobat Pro 2017 there seems to be no way to select it. This is a real show stopper for me since I often need to delete or copy/paste a group of selected line, text, and other annotations.1 vote
BUG - Licence Activation is standalone and not connected to Creative Cloud
We have Creative Cloud collection subscription and the licence activation to acrobat is not connected to being signed into Creative Cloud.
so you have to sign in twice.
Please fix this so it is part of the whole family. We should only have to sign in once to activate all the software in creative cloud suite.
Do not automatically open comment pane
When choosing the Comment tools from the Tool pane, the Tool pane closes and the Comment pane opens automatically. Would be nice to have an option such that the comment pane doesn't automatically open. Most of the time I just want to highlight a few things without typing any actual comments.7 votes
The message for Adobe Sign is pre populated to say "Please review and complete this document". We have legal wording which is required and reference to online pay systems for those documents which include invoices. It would be a great feature to be able to customize this message as it would save time over copying and pasting everytime.4 votes
