1. Duplication of Sender Message into Comments

   When we share for review, the sender message option is causing duplication of email notifications.

   Even if we do not input anything into the sender message when we share a file, a generic message is added into the email notification that is sent to all recipients, and then 30 seconds later, that generic message is added automatically as a comment to the shared file. The comment generates 2nd email notification that is going out to all recipients letting them know there is a comment added to the link. So for every shared file, each recipient gets two emails back-to-back.

   Is there a way to turn this feature off so that the sender message is not duplicated in the comments?? This recently started happening after our latest update and is driving my team crazy. There's no reason for 2 email notifications for each PDF.

2. STICKY NOTE ARROWS

   There should be an option for a Sticky Note arrow that points to the right. It's silly that I have to use left-facing arrows, which point away from the text I'm commenting on. Such a bizarre shortcoming that all Sticky Note icons can point only one direction.

3. PDF Previews in page tab

   I dont understand what Adobe has done to the new acrobat. The new page tab is not intuitive to use. Before all things worked fine with rearranging pages, duplicating pages, etc. Now I needed 20 tries to select a range of pages and duplicate them. Please use the old style of managing the pages. It was much easier and not as buggy.

4. Print one PDF multiple times on Single Sheet

   I'd like to be able to easily print one pdf multiple times on a single page without having to duplicate and merge the pdfs before printing. For example on the Preview program on a mac, its super easy to do this with a click of a button. No extra steps of duplicating and merging. Thanks for considering, Please please update!!

5. Redaction - Diagonal Repeat Overlay Text

   Hi. I'm using Adobe Acrobat for preparing emails for legal purposes. One of the challenges I have is organising emails choronologically, especially when there are duplicate emails.

   So that I don't have to change file in any way, I am using the Redaction feature instead of any Edit tools; I also find it more convenient. Using the Redaction Marking Tool as a Highlighter (having Opacity at 13%), I Highlight emails within a thread which are duplicates.

   My Overlay Text is read, "Duplicate Email", and unless I print it for others, I do not apply the final Redaction which is a White Out as duplicates can be useful as evidence of an emal thread's context.

   To my Feature Request:

   A) Repeat Overlay Text can be laid in a Diagonal Direction
   B) That Overlay Text is an available option during Redaction Marks

   If I had these two as a feature, my Redaction Mark Highlighter would be able to neatly have the words DUPLICATE EMAIL in large from one corner to the other, similar to a Watermark. I am confident there are other's out there who would benefit from being able to label their Redaction Mark Highlighter and being able to have the text overlay diagonally would keep things neat.

7. default email application one click

   Can't seem to find a way to just use the mail icon and not have to click continue to email and attachment?
   Used to be able to click on mail icon and default email would auto-attach. this extra click is needed to select "continue" every time.

8. Automatically open pop-up note when using Replace Text icon

   When Replace Text is selected and a relevant portion of text is highlighted, a comment box doesn't automatically open up. If I choose this icon my aim is to replace the text, so why wouldn't a pop-up open automatically (or at least have an option to turn said feature on in settings/preferences)? Annoyingly, I need to right click and manually open the pop-up. Please fix or explain how I enable this feature.

10. Minimize side bars on open

    Side Bars (All Tools & Bookmarks) compress the image when opening.
    These need to be minimized on open as there's already icons to expand them.
    At minimum there needs to be a user setting to allow individuals to set them to minimized upon open. Not all file openings occur as full screen, so those side bars 'squash' the image.

11. Bring back the old commenting toolbar

    I am an editor and frequently use the PDF mark-up tools, including strikethrough, insert text and especially "replace selected text". In previous versions, these tools were nicely organized in a toolbar across the top of the screen. If you wanted to use one, you simply had to click or highlight within the text as needed, then choose the appropriate tool in the toolbar. The new version consolidates these and other functions in a reduced menu on the left side of the screen. To use any tool, you now have to click a main icon, then choose the desired tool from a pop-up menu.

    In a document with dozens or hundreds of edits, these extra clicks and tool selections add up. As a result, the editing process is considerably less fluid and intuitive. I have downloaded an older version of Adobe Reader (couldn't find one of Acrobat) to avoid having to deal with this.

    Please bring back the old, complete toolbar of commenting tools.

12. new viewer tools

    The new viewer tools menu is terrible design. I dont want a 4 in bar on my left side constantly when i want to use the stamp function for 100's of documents. There is an almost empty top bar to put tools of your choice up there. Being able to just lock the icon for the tool you want to use to your top bar should be easy right? While having it to search for tools and being able to read everything is fine but, who organized the menu? There is a general "priority" to common used to less common used tools but that varies from person to person where i will never use scan and ocr or protect a pdf but i will use stamps and comments.

13. Comment icon - Utter joke

    In general, I was happy with last version (although I dont like upgrades). you can call me +447501636720 to know my feedback personally. This new app style upgrades is definatelly rubbish and adobe should roll back to old version. Comment icon is not working 9 out of 10 times and once it is on, it just put comments on the page at every click. Having files in same window make alt+tab function history. Abode is becoming a joke app style web based product now instead of authentic sound user friendly product that it used to be. No wonder now my employer offers two options to users for PDF and many are choosing the 'other' one and not adobe. I am going soon move.     The process for creating an accurate and PDF/UA proficient structure for example a list involves <L> -> <Li> -> <Lbl>, <LBody>. This is for ONE list item and a list rarely consist of just one list item so the three tags have to be created for each one. To get these items you need to right click, choose List item, click OK, right click choose Label, click OK, right click choose List item body, click OK, drag and drop List item body into <Li> and then drag and drop <LBody> into <Li>. This is just for the structure, then you also have to fill all tags with the correct data. Creating a single list item can take well over a minute. The time it takes in its inefficiency is one issue I have with this, but primarily it bugs me how incredibly tedious this is, and how stupid the Acrobat app seems to do what it's designed to. I see you did have a ticket for copy + paste of tags back in 2020, and that you "had your eyes on it" or something like that. Apparently absolutely nothing has happened in this area and truth be told I'm quite confident nothing will happen after me pointing it out yet again. But hey, "hope", am I right?

16. Add the previous funtion to open several times the pdf file easily

    Hello,

    Before you let duplicate tabs easily. Now I find it a little slow. Could you add this option again, please?

    Commonly, I open three windows with one-two tabs (each one) of the same document. This let me move faster in the document into information and pictures that are spared over the file.

    Button in the icon bar to toggle »page cover view« on or off.

    This would be extremely helpful for displaying and proof reading of book or journal PDFs in two page mode, which where originally exported as single pages.

18. Crop Pages as a standalone icon

    When you need to quickly crop a page it's irritating to have to go to EDIT and have to wait for it to recognize the text/language of the content on the document before you can select CROP. Often the text doesn't need to be edited, you just want to get rid of the white space.
    Cropping should be it's own icon/feature separate from other "editing" functions so that it's fast and easy.
    Also, the idea someone posted for combining two small crops into one page is excellent.

19. PDFMaker is broken within Microsoft Word for MAC on Apple M1

    The PDFMaker ribbon for Microsoft Word for Mac (version 16.49) is broken on Apple M1 with the current latest version of Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2021.001.20155

    The PDFMaker ribbon is installed, the icon visible is greyed out and is missing the export PDF button and the preferences button.

20. Bug: Editing alt-text in reading order no longer works

    It is not possible to edit image alt-text in Reading Order anymore. The keyboard shortcut switches the mode into some sort of copying mode and I have to restart the program to be able to keep working.

    Also, in the Accessibility Tags, the keyboard shortcut for deleting empty tags (y on Windows) does not work but instead makes the icons bigger in the tag tree.
