AI Assistant Page Limit
Please significantly increase the page limit for AI Assistant. The current limit is way too small. I work with documents like SEC filings which are hundreds of pages long.

I hate where the "Create" button is. What a stupid place for it.
Please put ANYWHERE ELSE.

Keep the Toolbar in the same location across operating systems
I recently purchased a MacBook as an upgrade from my Dell but I'm curious to know the reasoning behind the different tool bar locations on the different operating systems? When using my (latest version) of Acrobat on my PC I am able to have the tools pinned to the top, whereas in the Apple version, they are floating on the left and scattered throughout the bar on the right (with no particular placement in regards to customer usage).
Obviously, changing tool locations can throw anyone off, but it's not the change that is frustrating, it's the fact that these locations actually hinder the ability to use this program efficiently. Having to click between left and right-sided toolbars is infuriating, without mentioning that the floating tool bar actually blocks the view of anything below it. Beyond these frustrations, the customization features of the toolbar are pointless. Only being able to add tools in the order that Acrobat prefers really only gives the Illusion of customization, without giving the ability to do so.
All-in-All these changes are just poorly thought out and executed by your UI/UX design team. It's almost as if you decided to consult one-time users of this product to give you recommendations on the layout. And while searching online, it would seem the MAJORITY of your customers are complaining about this, and have been.... for about a year.
For a company making $5.41 B in revenue this past quarter and $20.95 B in the past 12 months, you'd think you'd be able to either 1)afford better UI/UX designers or 2)afford to make the changes your customers are requesting INSTEAD of focusing your efforts on $24 B in stock buy-backs that you are planning through 2028.
Once again, we are now seeing a company that used to build and design their programs around their users turn to building and designing a company simply for shareholder gain.

"Use full printable area" in booklet mode not working properly
I am using Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11 to print an A4 document as an A5 booklet on a Lexmark MS317dn laser printer.
With default printer settings in the Adobe Acrobat dialogue, the document is scaled down to about 97% of the 70.7% that I would expect for A4 to A5 conversion and left-justified. This makes the printed A5 pages off-centre to the left by about 4mm. Up until a few months ago, selecting the "Use full printable area" in the Properties -> Paper/finishing dialogue corrected this and produced an acceptable result. Doing this now, however, results in a properly scaled A5 document but it is overly left-justified so I get a negative left margin (approximately -3 mm) which means, of course, that the pages are still about 3mm to the left of centre.

Exiting a tool with escape
When I select a tool, I would like to press escape to go back to default tool (Hand).
The thumbtack is not usefull at all, since if it is activated for the tool, I can use it once and need to reselect to reuse. When it is off, I need to manually click on the hand to stop using the tool. The best way would be to press escape to end using an active tool.

Pop up controls (e-sign) do not display on an UltraWide monitor connected to a MacBook
CONFIRMED BUG REPORT on ULTRA-WIDE MONITORS (confirmed on Philips 34E1C5600HE)
any popup control or embedded HTML in the Acrobat Pro for Mac will either not display (blank white box) or will be over stretched beyond the controls set boundries. In order to use the control, the window must be moved either back to the Macbook retina display or the ultrawide display must be scaled down to a non-wide configuration leaving black space on the sides of the philips monitor.

PLEASE give your users the option to continue using the old user interface!
I have been using Acrobat for many years, and have mainly rolled with the punches when it came to updates to the user interface. I am sorry, but with this latest update I can no longer sit idly by and suffer through it. If there is any way you could allow your users to continue using the old user interface, I would be eternally grateful. I am trying to be productive at work, and do not have the time to re-figure out how to do everything on a program I am very adept at using. Thank God I just finished a major Acrobat project just a little while ago. I'm not sure I could've done it by my deadline in the new version. I can't stress enough - PLEASE give us an option to continue using the old version!!!

Remove the giant search bar that recently appeared in an update
Overnight, a giant Search bar has appeared in the top right corner of the app, next to the feedback and other useless buttons, taking up very valuable screen real estate. The number of tabs I can see is literally half of what it was. Give us the option to remove this!

Page size displaying incorrectly in print dialog
All dimensions for ISO paper sizes like A4 and A3 are integer numbers of millimetres. For example, A3 is 420mm x 297mm exactly and if there are any numbers after the decimal point then they should be all zeroes.
The Print dialog box shows two decimal places with non-zero numbers. For example it shows A3 landscape as 419.95 x 296.93mm. These numbers after the decimal place are useless, but they are also incorrect. It should display "420 x 297mm" or "420.00 x 297.00 mm"
Please remove the erroneous non-zero numbers after the decimal point.

AI accessibility remediation
Accessibility remediation of PDFs is chewing up an inordinate amount of labor, and at present, the steps required to yield accessible PDFs from InDesign are at a ridiculously unrefined, fussy, deep-in-the-weeds stage. This seems like an ideal application for AI. PLEASE create an AI tool that can handle all of the picky details of PDF remediation. I'd love to be presented with a simple set of questions to define things like reading order (in Acrobat and InDesign), then just have the AI handle giving me a PDF that passes muster and works well with assistive tech. I want an AI assistant whose job it is to work across all of my Adobe apps, keeping everything accessible along the way.

Flexible Navigation Pane, Page Control & Toolbar Docking
I use dual 32" monitors for CAD. In version 2023-008-20470 this results is 8" of dead space on each side of a 8-1/2" x 11" PDF . While I like the smaller icons of the latest release, it is infuriating that I cannot place the toolbar, navigation pane, and page controls (Pg#, zoom, magnification, etc.) across the top where they would be most efficient to access in my situation. Their fixed positions on the sides of the screen might be acceptable to laptop users, but it is very inefficient on large monitors.

form not loading when using e-sign
So many issues. "Thumbnail not yet available" , using classic mode "exceeded page limit" with only a 2 page document. Switching to "new experience" you can't place signatures. So many issues. We have signed out of Adobe and signed back in. Uninstalled Adobe and Creative Cloud. Signed back in. Please please fix this soon as we have employees that need this to do their daily work

highlight
this is a critique. I don't like the change that converts the highlighter back to select text every time I highlight something. if it could be reverted back to the original functionality, myself and many others would greatly appreciate it.
