1. Remove "Create" Button On Top Menu Bar

   Please go back to the old interface! Or let us customize where all the buttons are located and if we want them to show at all. The new "Create" button on the top bar next to the document tabs takes up so much space and is so sensitive that if I have more than 3 documents open at once, I can't move the window around on the screen. You can only click to the right of the tabs to drag the window on your screen and now there's a big create button and 4 icons that don't really need to be there at all, plus a huge blank space before the minimize button. This effectively kills my ability to do most of my work as I often am comparing a document to something in another window and can't move the Acrobat window on the screen at all.
   Also, the AI Assist - please let me remove that button, and put a checkbox to select "don't show this pop-up again" because I'm physically dreading every PDF I have to open right now. Any time I click on anything, it seems like I get at least 2 different pop-ups for things I do not want.
   All of the tools have moved around, and the left sidebar that keeps opening every time I open a new document is horrible. It takes up so much real estate in the window. Same with the right. When I open a document, I can't see the entire page unless I zoom out because there are all these menu bars on top of it.
   The entire interface and functionality is absolutely terrible and has given me nothing but trouble since it was installed.

2. Too difficult to use.

   Creating pdf's used to be simple. I know because I have used acrobat for 30 years. It has become a complete mess. I have tried for 30 minutes to add jpegs to a single pdf and it is still not right. Get some UX people who really know how to communicate. I can't believe how difficult this simple task has become. Sorry but it is true. I have the Adobe Creative Suite so I'm not unfamiliar with adobe. I have used photoshop for 20 years, illustrator for 20 years, premiere pro, InDesign for as long as it has been out, all of it. Acrobat should be simple.

3. Adobe Sign--Multiple Bugs

   I haven't been able to send a PDF for signature for going on four hours. Now, I'm receiving the following error (internal server) screen, which doesn't disppear even after I've hit "OK." This follows errors in which Pro DC asked me if I was connected to the Internet (I was) and also asked me to sign out and sign back in again--I tried this, and Pro DC wouldn't actually allow me to sign out. Then, upon restart, it asked for several minutes to install some update before returning to the aforementioned errors--i.e., Adobe Sign is a complete mess for me at the moment.

4. Blue Overlay being caused by Color Management bug and HDR

   There is an outstanding bug in Adobe Acrobat Pro where the Colour Management Profile is randomly corrupted when creating or opening PDFs, and this is still occurring with the latest update, 2026.001.21483. A blue overlay gets added to the document and you keep having to go back into Color Management and mess around with the configuration settings to eventually remove it. This appears to be more aligned with Calibrated HDR Displays in WIndows 11.

   Come on Adobe, this is unacceptable for a Paid Product!! Can you please fix this, as it been reported on and off in your Community Forums over the past few years and this bug is STILL present!

   What garbage software , someone sent me a pdf form as a attachment through hot mail i opened it with regular adobe acrobat trying to add text to fill out the form, Said i needed to upgrade to adobe pro so signed up for the week trial, adobe acrobat updated and i tried to add text to the form again. Nope ...it is a XFA form and Adobe Pro wont allow me to edit or do anything with it. l learned XFA is Adobes own file system too like WTF. I tried to undue my week trial, as Adode Pro is no good with the XFA form, but always get errors. Go figure. Maybe Adobe should stick to making software for browser games. Adobe Flash was the best thing it ever created.

6. Stop tellinig me I can edit a PDF every single $(!*! time I open a PDF

   Fire your project manager, get some real users in there and have them lead the product not these useless PM's who feel they can only justify their employment by bloating the **** out of Adobe.

7. Why is everything so much more cumbersome to use in Acrobat DC than Acrobat XI?

   It seems like every simple task I was used to doing in Acrobat XI takes more clicks and time to perform in Acrobat DC. Seriously, what can this version do that makes this upgrade worthwhile? So far, it's a complete disaster.

8. Pro is unProfessional

   Throw out the whole thing and start with good ideas instead of reusing ideas from the trash bin.
   non dock able tool bars?
   long loading time when opening a pdf?
   can't convert multiple pdfs from JPEG because the new version can't handle Wide outputs or high DPI (high DPI being anything over 300, what a joke)
   when using the measuring tool, you should put a pin in that tool to keep what measuring mode you want selected. but now there's a quick color picker that doesn't have customizable colors. just pre-selected ones you can't change.
   when you hold down space to select the hand tool it doesn't show up immedately, this slows down my work dramatically. along with the messed up comment app. you can't hit the esc key to exit it. your literally stuck in the comment until you click somewhere. making you click post. how ridiculous.
   this is supposed to be for a professional business, and you are effectively setting our business backwards and making us waste precious time figuring out how to work around your problems and issues you created. my workload has increased due to your changes. this new version is slow, clunky, ugly, and very unprofessional. i will use anything else other than this product whenever possible.

9. Glitch Deleted All My work

   While editing a document, it glitched, shut down, and deleted about 2 hours worth of work, seemingly irretrievably. For a product that I pay for, this is pretty unacceptable, and burying your feedback options behind a separate website and login only further shows how little you care about consumer experience.

   My idea: if you want customers to feel like you actually care about their experience on your substandard product, don't force them to a separate webpage and make them log in again just to tell you when you mess up. Nothing more clearly shows that a company that can't care less about the users they exploit than making feedback difficult and cumbersome.

    It's moronic that I can't license more than two machines without having to establish a new email address. Rather than give you more money, I'll just remove it from the other machine. I'd rather give you more money, but that's not an option.

11. Please allow use older versions of the app in Creative Cloud, like other Creative Cloud apps have, Version 24.1 is Broken.

    Version 24.1 is Broken. It has crashed 9 times today. This happens when scrolling documents, tabbing into documents and even when opening documents. I am not even using any of the special features. This is ruining my workflow and honestly am about to look for an alternative PDF program.

    Please give us the option to use older versions of apps like other programs do in the CC. So I can have a functioning version of the app. It was working fine before the update.

    I didn't want AI in my program, I didn't ask for AI. Every big corporation is rushing to add any form of 'ai' to their programs to stay modern or help share prices, and it's just bloatware garbage no one asked for.

    Adobe is so out of touch, and everyday I am thinking of switching to and learning alternatives.

    This is the worst. takes hours to get a simple thing like a drop down list to work. (still Doesn’t work) Even your website is a convoluted mess. It took 15 min to find this then you have to go through 20 options to write a review. I shouldn't need a PHD to write a simple form that auto populates date and time. I've had to watch 10 videos, that were out of date, and still have gotten nowhere.

15. Modernize and consolidate the Accessibility tagging features in Acrobat

    Make it easier to use Acrobat's accessibility interface.
    Make a keyboard shortcut to add New Tags or add multiple tags.
    REMOVE "AUTO TAG DOCUMENT" FROM IMMEDIATELY BELOW "NEW TAG." Or at least add a confirmation that you want to Auto Tag.
    Allow us to UNDO Auto Tagging. (Auto tagging sucks, by the way)
    Maybe read and apply all of the feature requests and bug reports that will improve the accessibility features instead of sitting on them for 10+ years?
    Merge the reading order and tag panel so that they're not always glitching each other. Making changes to the reading order will often completely mess up the tags.
    Fix bugs where tagging selections just doesn't work.
    Fix bugs where the program crashes randomly when trying to tag unmarked content.
    Just make everything more user-friendly.

    It isn't hard to understand the concept of tagging for accessibility, but for some reason Acrobat uses the most archaic, convoluted interface and processes to apply those tags. Considering that every government agency out there is rushing to make their PDF documents accessible to comply with Title II of the ADA, you would think more resources might have gone towards making this program (which is considered the standard tool for this type of work) actually useable. If Adobe doesn't do it, someone else will create a program that will.

17. Fill&Sign disabled after signing up for trial.

    Disabled on IRS forms - I signed up for the 7 day trial - NOTHING WORKS. Installation of adobe acrobat is always problematic. Every time I try it is an ordeal. We need installs that actually work. I don't want to be constantly bombarded with marketing. I want to be able to find the website where I can cancel this trial and remove my credit card from your company forever. No words can express how fed up I am with apps that constantly hang and features that are not enabled. This product has been a mess for the past few years. If you can't create a product that works let other companies fill the gap. You can only spend your credibility once.

    The page operations in general have been a mess for years. Why create a special tool to 'organize pages' when the functions could easily be added to the left page thumbnail views in a more intuitive way.

    I have seen over two dozen people try to modify pages unsuccessfully the exact same ways using the page thumbnails section. This means there are at least a few and likely more intuitive designs that can be implemented. A bit of user research can help improve the UI dramatically. Apparently, little to none was done.

    Establishing editing functions around standard UI interactions and existing layout can be achieved without having to transition to a completely different view. Please, hire some trained UX designers (not graphic designers, or programmers). I beg you.

    I have seen over two dozen people try to modify pages unsuccessfully the exact same ways using the page thumbnails section. This means there are at least a few and likely more intuitive designs that can be implemented. A bit of user research can help improve the UI dramatically. Apparently, little to none was done.

    Cannot Combine Adobe PDFs through Context Menu

    I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and when trying to use the right-click context menu to Combine Adobe PDFs into a single file, Adobe Acrobat DC opens up, but nothing happens for 1-2 minutes. This will happen whether I select one file, multiple files, a small file (100KB<) or a larger file (>2MB). I need to combine PDFs as part of my daily duties, and waiting literally hours every day to combine my PDFs is horribly inefficient.

    Versions: Adobe Acrobat DC Version: 21.007.20099, running Windows 10 Pro Enterprise (GC) 1803.

    One would expect that the 'combine files' would work quickly for 200Kb files, but it freezes Windows Explorer and crashes if any interaction is made with it.

20. Feedback forum HORRIBLY organized!

    I want to share feedback on Acrobat DC. (1) The feedback forum won't even load at the bottom of the DC page. So I'm submitting this on the "Windows and Mac" page. (2) I'd like to see if my issue has already been submitted, so I can comment there instead of posting it as a new issue. I can search for issues, but not by version; the search results are for all versions. I've now wasted nearly half an hour just trying to figure out where to post my issue, and whether my issue has already been posted. Ugh.
