1. Named Destinations

   Please, add methods in the IAC interface for OLE and/or the JavaScript API to CREATE or ADD new named destinations with name, page number and rectangle coordinates of the destination. Also please add a method to associate the named destination to bookmarks. I have all my source data in Excel, so I'm using VBA.

2. BUG Report: "Fit Page" default option doesn't work under Preferences

   In the Preferences, under "Page Display", under "Default Layout and Zoom", under "zoom", your option of "Fit Page" doesn't work. This "Fit page" option is synonymous with the "Fit Height" option that is available through the Acrobat interface. This default option should open all PDF files as one-page per screen. This option used to work in the previous version of Acrobat, but the new version has a bug.
   Please fix the BUG. The Fit Page default option doesn't work.

4. "Ask AI Assistant" persistently blocks content on the bottom of the page.

   Any time I am foolish enough to move my mouse near the bottom of an Adobe document, a little bar that says "ask AI assistant" comes up. Often, it takes some time to make it go away again.
   If I wanted to find an AI assistant, I wouldn't be looking by putting my mouse near the bottom of the page. If you must have such a doodad, put it in the menu structure with everything else so that it isn't in my way.
   Also, help information about how to get rid of "features" like this is difficult to use because the interface is drastically different between different Adobe readers and different releases of the same Adobe reader. Some consistency in the menu structure would make these problems easier to solve.

5. Location of Page Thumbnails in New Acrobat

   As of March 2023, with the New Acrobat, the Page Thumbnails have been moved to the righthand side of the Acrobat interface. Please allow changing this to the lefthand side again, as an option, without having to revert to the "old" Acrobat.

   I'm pretty sure I won't get many votes for this, and I'm pretty sure that the UX designers won't want to consider the change I request. I do want to relay that if the "old" Acrobat ever goes away, I'll switch to other software. Having the table of contents on the righthand side doesn't make sense to me. Acrobat is the one-off that is different, which is why it is such a pain. If you can convince other application developers, including those for Word and PowerPoint, to also switch to the righthand side, I'll gladly adopt the new Acrobat.

6. BUG: Acrobat menu disappeared

   HI

   Since yesterday, the sidebar menus are no longer visible in the Acrobat Pro desktop interface. This bug affects both PC and Mac. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.

7. Animated zoom

   It would be great to have an option for Animated Zoom like the other Adobe product - Illustrator etc. Marquee zoom is terrible to use.

   Acrobat interface is becoming increasingly disconnected from the rest of Creative Cloud.

8. UI Freezes/Hangs During Saving

   Saving a document should occur as an asynchronous background task. User interface freezes when saving, preventing viewing / editing of other PDFs that are open. Alternatively, saving speed should be increased so the effect is negligible.

9. New version problems

   I really struggles with the new version, I give it a chance but I think the new interface its less efficient than before, it takes me longer to do the same tasks.

   But the major problem for me it's the lag! It lag so much than I canno't use the zoom on my PDF and that's an tool that I need to use all the time.

   My acrobat is up to date and I run it on a brand new mac book pro M2 max so, the problem seem to really come from Adobe Acrobat. Please I need Acrobat every day in my work, I really hope for a solution for this lag soon.

10. Horrible new look

    Seriously...in the middle of working I get slapped with a "new" look on my PDFs! ALL my customized toolbars are gone! No more controls at the top...they are magically and permanently moved to the right side...optional tools on the left.... nothing is where I WANT IT!!! JUST...WHY?!?!?!?!?! Why fix something that wasn't broken? Why not leave it up to the user to have more control of the interface? Why be like Microsoft? By the way, the "disable new acrobat" is useless and only wants me to restart the program only to have some pop up bar show up at the top wanting me to restart AGAIN to enable some AI thing...AHHH. I use this program EVERYDAY, all day and you guys messed it up! It's like you are TRYING to **** off all your users. But then again, this is what happens when you corner the market and have a monopoly...no competition and the little guy gets screwed because we have no choice. SHAME on you guys, give us the option to move our tool bars around and to go back to the classic look!

12. Problems with getting comments - people without adobe think they need to log in

    I really like the ability to share documents via the cloud but we have issues using it in our company. People who we share with don't see the "guest option" and refuse to get an adobe account and thus don't comment or request we share the original with them. Thus we have had problems with adoption and had to revert to sharing through mail. I think you have tried to make people get an account unknowingly this is discouraging adoption across a wider audience. I suggest a quick fix with the visual design to make sure that both options are treated equally.

13. new acrobat

    the new version of acrobat is terrible! you took away tools that made it easy to provide graphic markups to documents, you reversed the entire format of where toolbars are located so i have to retrain my brain on where to look for things. the arrow box and markup editing features are clunky, slow and difficult to manipulate. if it isn't corrected i'm reverting to bluebeam for good.

14. Assign shortcut keys to all menus and options

    Not only is the DC interface confusing and more time-consuming to use than the old one, but it does not comply with Section 508 of the Americans With Disability Act, which requires that the federal government, in its software procurement process, consider accessibility. Adobe Acrobat does not take into account the needs of users who rely on voice recognition software to accomplish actions that fully abled users accomplish with the mouse. When using voice recognition software, it is quick and easy to dictate a shortcut key or sequence of shortcut keys, but extremely slow, cumbersome and error-prone to get the software to click on a particular location. In the older version of Adobe Acrobat, most of what I did could be accomplished by dictating shortcut keys. In the new version, very few commands can be accomplished with keyboard shortcuts (or even with a series of them, as in Microsoft applications). As a result, I do almost nothing in Acrobat with my voice recognition software. Using the current version exacerbates the repetitive stress injury that I rely on voice recognition software to minimize. 15. I cannot stand the new Acrobat DC menu system

    Acrobat Pro used to be one of my favourite apps. Now it is slow and unwieldy. It grinds on RAM. I absolutely hate the new user interface. I loved it 1x version back. With all the unnecessary additions this behemoth is an ugly horrendous brute. Please just bring the last interface back!!!

16. Can't Signin/Signout of Acrobat DC Pro

    This is a bug report, no a feature request or idea. Asking people to clear cookies & cache is a productivity nightmare. I don't even know if that will work. For whatever reason, Adobe logs me out and won't allow me to log back in. It says my subscription has expired when it hasn't; verified in a support chat. I can do so for the Adobe website, but not the interface that opens PDF's nor the cloud for Adobe. Clearing cache & cookies causes me to have to log back into too many websites I do business with or pleasure and is causing too much extra overhead of time. I belong to way too many websites for that to be the only option. Why not clean up whatever is going on that pushes us out of the system? The 'Sign In' button inside the interface does nothing at the moment and I have to operate Offline. The interface says I'm logged in, but when I try to logout, I get the same connectivity error from inside this product. What does this have to do with my browsers? Tech support personnel are reading scripts that tell us to do things that only cause more of a headache and don't solve the problem. I have repaired the installation to no avail. It's still forcing me to use it in Offline mode. FIX THIS! Not even this forum is letting me submit anything. SMH

17. MacBook make use of all screen space including the notch

    Dear Adobe,

    please consider expanding the user interface of Acrobat and Acrobat Reader to use all screen space available. The current rendering makes my new 14" MacBook look like a 2013 with huge bezels at the top, left and right

19. Adobe slower

    Since the update this past week (October 2018), Adobe has made it harder to find things that used to be easy to find, and now it takes forever or completely lags when I try to find whether I have sent something to someone using the interface on my desktop for the old Send and Track feature (which apparently is now called 'Share' another renaming that threw me off this week). As a small business owner, I don't have time for this bull. If you're going to rename things, send us a required video for viewing of changes you're making and where everything is going than just springing it on us. The last iteration of this software wasn't perfect, but it was a lot better than this.

20. REVERTING MENU SETTINGS OF TOOLS DURING AN UPDATE = REALLY BAD

    Reverting the menu settings for the TOOLS to the users settings after an update.
    
    -should be done as part of each update.
    -put as an obvious option when exiting any setup of tools in the menu system to backup the registry somewhere as i have just now been advised of. really not a good option.

    want a reason for this, arrange for more feedback with me.
