  2. Trying to find how to prepare a form using Add signature (adding fields before sending) and then sending for signature (in that order), but when I pull up Prepare form, there is only an icon for adding digital signature, but not the icon for Add digital signature tool.

  3. The ability to access Share Drives from Google Drive. Its very cumbersome to have to download files to and reupload this causing duplicates and issues with file structure.

  4. Acrobat literally needs an option for editing corner of buttons... I mean default button not thous we can add as icon for buttons. Right on the "Buttons Properties" window.

  5. After the latest Acrobat Pro DC update, I click on the printer icon and it takes 5-6 seconds before the application begins bringing up the print dialog. Then I click the print button on the print dialog and it takes 15-19 seconds before the document actually begins printing on my HP LaserJet color printer. This is immensely longer than printing took before the update. On the initial click of the printer icon, the title bar actually says "not responding."

  6. Using DC Pro and my quick tool button for encryption does not work mostly, and is sporadic at best. i open the file select the security icon on the quick tools and if it allows me to use it, it is fine. most of the time,i will select the icon and the #2 selection and then nothing happens, no further pop up screen. I go back in to select the icon and the features are greyed out, forcing me to go the long way around to add the password.

  7. The now "old" Acrobat used to show a big lock icon on a locked PDF, above the page display column. VERY useful. Now with the new and "improved" interface, that icon is gone. How about bringing that back, JUST so one can tell at a glance the security status of a PDF. Thanks.

    We need more information on steps to be able to reproduce this issue.

    Please share the version of acrobat you are using. You can do so using the link -helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product..

    And also share the test PDF file using forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7161 for us to investigate further.

  10. I downloaded purchased PDF files from Teachers Pay Teachers. Adobe Acrobat opens them. I can view them just fine. When I print, however, the job is processed, a printer icon appears showing 1 job is being created, and then the icon disappears. It doesn't appear to get to the printer at all.
    I can print with the text editor just fine.
    I am using a MacBook Air with MacOS Mojave 10.14.1 operating system. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (first time I looked, was using 2017 version, now says continuous version????)

  11. In previous versions, when combining files in Adobe Acrobat, it was easy to tell immediately whether the portfolio option was ticked.

    Now, it is hidden under the 'Options' gear icon. Acrobat remembers the last setting so it is impossible to say what it might be at any given time without clicking the gear icon to check.

    This slows down workflow and is needless when there is plenty of room on the toolbar to show this information and is a step backwards from previous versions where this option was immediately visible.

    Please re-instate the old behaviour.

  12. After most recent update, when editing saved and password protected PDFs, the trashcan icon and option to DELETE pages is in gray. Selecting one or several pages is the same problem; option to delete page is not available.

  15. Saving a pixel perfect Adobe Illustrator as a pdf doesn't keep the pixel perfect content when previewing in Acrobat. It distorts one line pixels to two pixels in random area. Icon are distorted as well.

  16. The highlighter tool currently stops at a page break. The workaround is to select the text BEFORE highlighting and then pressing the icon to highlight just that text ... but the actual tool should be able to do it as well ... and can't.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Regarding this feature request as the comments are associated with a page and in right pane comment list a comment falls under a page accordion so a single highlight cannot spam across page.

    When select the text BEFORE highlighting and then pressing the icon to highlight the text you can see that two different highlight comments are added and can be seen in comment list.

    Same can be done by adding two highlights separately.

    Its as per design.

  17. I can't see/figure out how to add the "sign pdf" icon into the main toolbar. Frustrating to click 3-4 times to just get that "tool" to show up.

  18. Steps to reproduce the issue: I changed the arrow icon to the hand icon.

    Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.): Microsoft Windows 11 Home (version 10.0.26100 Build 26100)

    Expected result: to be able to move my page up and down with my mouse or my finger on my touchscreen.

    Observed result: I cannot pan with my mouse or with my finger on my touchscreen. The touchscreen does work in all other applications.
