    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  2. Is it possible to pin All Tools so I don't have to keep opening it? So frustrating that the window closes! This new update requires so many clicks to do simple tasks, very irritating.

Please, for the love of all that's good and right in the world, stop dramatically changing the GUI of your products that are already functional as is and making us relearn where all the tools we use are because you decided to rearrange the furniture. It's not fun. It's certainly not an improvement.   5. Everything about the new update is worse than the previous version. I get terrible slowdown and "not responding" messages literally every time I use it, and the FIND function in particular has been ruined. It barely works, and constantly shifts itself out of the search bar. PLEASE REVERT THIS FUTURE TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE. Otherwise the software is almost unusuable.

  6. I miss the feature that the Acrobat program window automatically minimized after closing the last opened PDF document. At the moment the Acrobat program window always stays open and hides the desktop.
    I know of various keyboard shortcuts like WIN + Space + N or WIN + M, but the Acrobat program window should automatically minimize itself without additional action if the last opened PDF file was closed.
    A setting in the Acrobat preferences for this behavior would also be conceivable and desirable.

  7. Please "UN" Update the Edit PDF feature, so you can add text without the whole document having to be Converted/Scanned. Put "Add Text" back to the way it was. On its own. Thanks

  9. New layout for Adobe is horrible!
    Why did Adobe change something that wasn't broken?
    All of the icons/buttons used to be along the top ribbon of the screen and now there's some on the left, some on the right and some on the top. And now I can't even find some (for example insert text box and take a snapshot) that I use constantly.
    I had everything customized as I use Adobe constantly in my job and now this is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress.

  10. Whatever changes made up the most recent update has ruined my user experience. Every action I try to take encounters an error message. Please advise how I undo the most recent update to get back to some semblance of a useful tool.

  11. Other apps write very smoothly. Even the Apple Pencil on Acrobat on iPad isn't that bad, but the Surface pen on a desktop is so ugly that I can't share it with clients/customers. Please fix!

  12. Bug Report. 10/14/18 Windows 10 update 1803 broke the ability to assign adobe as the default app for .tif files. I can assign any other offered app (paint, sketch, photo). I had to do a system restore to revert back to temporarily correct this issue.

  13. I need help about some significant problems that arose after a recent Adobe "Upgrade" - which is really a "Downgrade" in Acrobat DC Professional.

    I've searched other posts on the Community for this issue on Windows and did not find any (there were some similar Mac problems).

    It seems crazy to me that Adobe managed to mess up simple things like scroll bars in a recent "upgrade".

    There are no scroll bars on my version of Adobe Acrobat and I've tried some of the other threads on the community. Adobe will also no longer remember the last view settings.

  14. I have just installed the latest "Acrobat Standard DC", and I'm disappointed to find that still the way in which you have to personalise the "Quick Tools" area is not user friendly.
    Apart from having a mandatory set of icons on the left (I can't see an easy way of removing them), the way you have to add / remove icons is annoying - right-clicking on the quick tools bar then selecting or deselecting an item to have the menu disappear so you have to right-click and find the item again and again...!   15. Where did the title bar go in Adobe Acrobat Pro? First you raise the price, then you update the program and took away the title bar. Horrible new design. Please bring back the ability of paying customers to show the title bar (File, Edit, Sign, Window, Help). Thank you.

  16. Please go back to beter icons in Acrobat.
    The icons now are so bad that you have to search for it, it is only for the new icons in the new version. The icons on the upper top bar are good.

    Most icons are gone and the icon are spread to the left and right.
    It is almost of it is the new Acrobat is made for a tablet or small screen.

    But on our 40" WUHD (5120 x 2160) the mouse makes extra miles/kilometers.

  18. This issue of InDesign and Acrobat incompatibility in regards to Acrobat displaying all spans even when the Reading Order is correct has been around for over two years. We deserve to know what Adobe is doing about it.

    Acrobat Team acknowledges the problem and blames InDesign:

    "It's actually not an Acrobat issue, it's an issue with InDesign and how it's generating the Content that Acrobat is displaying correctly"

  19. Your Adobe Acrobat Reader software update to a new screen format SUCKS! This involuntary change is NOT WELCOMED!!! This change is to make using your software more efficient for users I assume. Well, the exact opposite is happening for me. I'm looking around for the old tool setting icons I had a the top of my screen in the previous version for quick & easy access to them and I cannot find them because to deleted some of them. So, now I do not have the tools I need to efficiently use this program. Great Job, NOT! :(
