  1. I was advised that there is an existing bug (Cl217) on this but it does not appear to be resolved. Quick read on support community shows this issue has not been resolved since before 2018.

I am being told I need to upgrade my subscription to create unlimited PDFs. When I click "Subscribe Now" it takes me to the payment page and tells me I already own the product.

Consultants on the chat cannot help after over 5 hours of contact and 10 different consultants.

    Please resolve.

  2. Why in this day and age have you still not added any functionality to combine emails into a PDF directly?! Enormous amounts of global productivity is wasted each day on having to individually save thousands of emails individually into a PDF format in order to be able to then bind them into a PDF. You could actually just resolve the issue directly and make everyone's lives a little less ******.

  5. Hi!
We recently switched from HelloSign to Adobe Sign. Adobe sign currently takes our team three times as long as Hellosign did. One of the biggest frustrations is if we noticed we missed an email address, we have to start completely over. Could you PLEASE make it so we can go back to the original page to make changes rather than starting completely over? In addition, is it possible to change the default to be not signing in order and we can change if needed? And lastly, is it possible to change the setting so if a password is entered…

    Sorry for your inconvenience.
It seems InDesign hangs for you. It is not clear how Acrobat is involved in the process. Can you please explain the workflow?

  7. Bug report

Latest Acrobat DC Pro version (20.009.20063) has introduced a bug where the button "Combine files in Acrobat" in Windows right click context menu does not work as expected. Seemingly randomly it stops working - clicking on the context menu option does nothing, no error. After a restart to the system it works again, but just for some time. Unfortunately I do not know if it is after a certain time or some action that it stops working.

I went back one version (to 20.006.20042) and it works without problems.

This is on Windows 10 (1909).

  9. No basic functionality in the top menu (Reduce File, etc.), no immediate access to a Marquee Zoom tool because the tool bar has to be opened in a separate tab every time I open a file before I can use them. I'm shocked that Adobe is still pushing on with this awful excuse for a UI. It's convoluted and a waste of user time, let alone visually inconsistent with all other Adobe products. Lots of user complaints relating to the same issues but, as usual, Adobe don't appear to want to fix it, just carry on shoe-horning what they think…

  10. Updated today as prompted by Adobe. My redaction tool no longer works. When I go to apply redactions, I just get a white box with a spinning blue circle in it. Tried restarting, extremely frustrating as redactions and batestamping are the only reason I'm paying for an adobe subscription. Redactions worked beautifully on the version I updated from.

  14. Dear Adobe Acrobat developers,

I constantly use check boxes and radio buttons in my forms. I put them right over the desired box (mostly designed in ID) which also have labels (also designed in ID) right next to them. In order to make the label a clickable zone just like the check boxes it would be oh so cool to expand the box right or left aligned until it fully covers the label underneath. Maybe the attached PDF can explain that better. Thanks for your feedback, Ralf

  15. For my business, our company acquired a subscription for four licenses Acrobat Pro DC through Creative Cloud for Teams. I manage the team and I am one of the four licensees. For all this, I made an Adobe ID using my business e-mail address.
On a personal level, I use Lightroom with a different Adobe ID, using my personal e-mail address, also on a subscription basis (but with different payment details, of course).
Until Friday 14 May 2020 there was no problem in using both programs (with different Adobe ID’s) at the same time. Since Friday (did we get an…

  17. In Acrobat Acrobat, when one extracts pages from a large file the extracted page seems to retain an incredible amount of unnecessary data. The result is often a single page PDF document that is nearly as large as the full source file. If there is not already a simple fix for this I am unaware of, it would be fantastic if Acrobat would only extract the data for the page(s) being extracted in the new file.

  18. I have OCR'd a lot of old newspapers. I have made the OCR and I want do edit the results. So I have my bit-map picture behind the text I want to edit. When I delete some text ans save my job, the part of the bitmap picture I have OCR'd is also deleted (or is invisible). Is it possible to delete text in a OCR'd document and keep the part of the bitmap picture visible? I am using Acrobat Pro 2017 since my Mac pro doesn't support Acrobat DC (10.12 required). How to make what I need (keeping the…
