Saving Files
When I save a pdf it takes me to the folder where I last saved a pdf instead of the file that I am currently working in. I have lost a lot of files because of this.

Adobe DC is laughably bad, the entire CC is.
I export the same PDF and get 3 different results, made up special characters replce certain letters or symbols... each line gets converted into a single text box, or I can simply not export at all...
Premiere and Audition only work with older versions, the new ones will not run on any of my 3 PCs... I have a 4000 USD PC, so please don't tell me it is me.,...

Action wizard should not depend of the settings from the last conversion of any type of exporting/indepenmdant settings
For automation of pdfs task we use Actions to convert to different types of files (html, doc, docx, etc), but ACROBAT uses the latest save as settings.
For example:
If I make an Action to convert a bunch of pdfs to html, and I choose the setting without OCR.
Then I try a manual conversion of a single pdf to html but this time with OCR, when I use the Action the next time it will OCR the PDF even though I didn't want that.
The settings from Action / Export should be independent from the manual/save as settings.
This means that you always have to change or verify the settings before using an action which is very annoying, needles to say that you can sometimes forget, you try to use the files and see that is not the same option you wanted and have to go from the start. It is even harder when you have a computer that it is used by several people.

Html conversion without css counter increment
HTML conversion without converting numbers to list, just plain text
When saving a PDF to HTML, I would like the option to convert it without converting numbers to css counter style, just leave them as plain text, because we have different types of pdfs from different publishers, and most of them do not have a good layout, when we convert them it puts the numers as css style, and when trying to extract the data from html it is a very annoying process to deal with many nested list and different numerotations to put the text backExamples we can have:
I.1.2 - we have theese up to endles numers like I.1.2.5.6.4.12.15.125.
I.A.2
I.2)
a2)
a2)
i.2)
(iii)
and many more
Greek letters, upper roman letter, lower roman letters, alpha letter, etc with different combinations with . ) ( [ ] - suprascript subscript
Also ACROBAT DC doesn't even convert some them as we see them in pdf.
all of these and with many nested list become very frustrating when needing just a plain text html. When saving an Action or just a simple "Save as" it would be great to have this option, because we work with acrobat for 15 years and with lots of pdfs, and this has been a big problem for us in the late years.

Word conversion without converting headers of footer, just plain text
When saving a PDF to DOC/DOCX, I would like the option to convert it without identifying headers or footers, because we have different types of pdfs from different publishers, and most of them do not have a good layout, when we convert them it puts the repetitive plain text from consecutive pages in headers/footers, this makes the automation process very difficult to work with when you have thousands of pdfs, we can not extract automatically that text from DOC, only manually, needless to say, that doc is very slow in automatic operations.

While in PREPARE FORM
While adding and editing Fields in the PREPARE FORM it should not be letting you edit text on the form. Its acting like your in the EDIT PDF if you click in the white area of a text area.
If you are trying to make these 2 work together then the EDIT PDF should allow you to change the fields.2 votes -
Keyboard shortcuts
I would love to have a way to customize keyboard shortcuts, specifically for redaction tools - redacting full pages, redact page range, apply redactions would be great.

No Difference between signer and signer 1
While Preparing form When Fields are inserted and signature is assigned to signer, signer 1 and signer 2 then while previewing on requesting signature signer and signer 1 becomes same. If there is no difference between those two then why it is even there. Moreover there is no option of sender in Adobe sign while it is present in fields setting to assign to sender. This is a bug

Functionality of Header & Footer tool
Functionality of Header&Footer is poor comparing to NitroPro software. Nitro has ability to create hyperlinks in header/footer. In addition I can give any title to this hyperlink. It's very useful. I include screenshot in attachment. I would to have this function in Acrobat.

Comment display filtering to hide unwanted items could be simpler. Also, a filtering in progress indicator is needed
A file may have many types of comments, many colors, many authors, etc. If one wants to hide only one variety (e.g., the color red), one has to select all but the red dot and then press the Apply button for the filtered selections.
This would be simpler if one could select only the red dot and press a new Exclude button/function. Further, Apply and Exclude could be combined to mimic an electrical (ON | OFF) switch. For very large files with many comments, filtering consumes a lot of time. For shared files on servers, the time is magnified by the back and forth between the server and the user's pc. It would be useful to have an in progress indication that shows filtering activity or the lack thereof.

Constantly Requiring Sign In
Why in the actual **** do I have to sign into Adobe a) every time I open it, b) multiple times throughout the day, c) when I've been working in it and suddenly I have to sign in again. It is THE MOST ANNOYING thing ever, especially when in a meeting or on a call and need to pull up a PDF just to have to sign in. I don't understand why I have to sign in every day but I could excuse it. What I don't excuse is having to do it multiple times a day. Infuriating.

Form filling via Python libraries
Adobe Customer Care recommended I post the request here. It might not be a problem with Acrobat per se, but a lot of people seem to have the same problem. Standard Python libraries for automating the filling of fields work fine--when the pdf is opened with some other viewers. But in Acrobat the field content does not display until the field is clicked. Marked checkboxes are also not displaying. The issue is explained partly at the links below, but solutions do not seem to be reliable:

When PDF thumbnails are enabled in Acrobat DC, Explorer starts crashing in Windows 10.
This is a bug report. It starts as soon as you enable thumbnails in Acrobat DC (or earlier also). Explorer.exe starts crashing. Screenshot attached. Removing thumbnails fixes the issue.

Drag and Drop to Desktop to Extract stopped working
I can no longer drag pages from the Pages Thumbnail sidebar onto my desktop to make a new PDF of those pages. I haven't tried to do this since the last update came through... Is anybody else experiencing this?
It's extremely slow and frustrating having to manually right click extract, select the pages, open it in a new adobe window, then have to save the file through the menu.

Scanning UI Flow
When scanning multiple pages, there should be another confirmation dialog after selecting 'Scan more pages (sheet n)' because it is unclear that the next page should be ready for scan before clicking the 'OK' button.
