Drag and drop an open pdf (Tab) to an open email
It would be great if I can drag an open (pdf) file by dragging it to an open email as attachment, without using the insert file in Outlook. I often use a hyperlink within an excel file to the pdf, and this option would spare me a lot of time. Thanks!

When converting an Excel file to PDF, the cell borders do not convert correctly and appear to be different weights.
When I created a form in Excel, and tried to Convert to PDF, the borders around the cells show up as various weights. Please add a tool that can make the weights uniform.

I cant stand what you did to Acrobat DC
By productizing every feature, over engineering the UI. Adobe has rendered Acrobat DC effectively unuseable.
Congratulations

BUG: email address with dash (-) in PDF has gone wrong
I have a email address (abc@X-XXXX.de) added to the footer (!) of my word file, the email address contains a '-' (minus) and if I copy&paste it to the mail program, I have no issue.
If I convert it to a PDF, copy&paste the address to a email, I get an DNS error after sending. The error message complain about a not allowed sign (U+2010, DNS domain xn--XXXXX-bg0c.de does not exist). BTW, the mail address is automatically recognized as email (mailto:) by the PDF (-> clickable).
If I place the same email address to the normal text area (not the footer), I have no issue...
If I use the O365 build in 'Adobe PDF maker', I have no issue too...The issue is not limited to the mail program as this happens at different ones and at different PCs.
I'm using Win10/O356 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2020.012.20048 and newer. Happens with PDF compatibility to 1.6 and PDF A/1b:2005 (hadn't tried others...).

Please add field padding options for form fields
Please allow form padding options/properties for form fields. The top margin padding is too much and can't be adjusted. There are no options for left/right padding. This is especially problematic when autocreating form fields where you have large text boxes created to match borders you designed in the template. The form fields created expand to the borders and so the text is right up against the side borders.

Locked file/password protected file feature
I am requesting all professionals that work with me, my accountants, property manager, banks, etc, to not use Adobe because when they send me a "locked" or "password protected" file, I cannot create an unlocked version on my side. They all come up with random passwords and it is impossible over the years to access my documents when they are locked with a hundred different security codes. I am sure a hacker can access these documents faster and better than I who have paid accountants and the like to create them. Please, please, allow the recipient to create an unlocked, unpassword protected file. I have no other need for Adobe other than this. I cannot afford to pay $15 a month for this one single feature. Please make it available free of charge so I can go back to using your product again. If the sender sends me a locked file with a security code, and then I open the file with that code, there should be some way of me being able to save the file or "save as" so that in the future I no longer need to remember some random password. Thank you so much!

Bug: Lack of text contrast in Navigation lists with Dark Theme
I use the Dark Theme for accessibility because of light sensitivity.
When using Dark Theme, many of the Navigation Panes (including Bookmarks, Content, Order, Tags, and probably others) display black text on a dark grey background, instead of properly switching to light colored text. I think there are other parts of the UI that have this same problem, but I can't enumerate all of them.
The lack of contrast makes these parts of the UI effectively unusable in Dark Theme. Using low screen brightness (again, because of light sensitivity) exacerbates the issue. The bug is very easy to reproduce because it is immediately apparent after switching to Dark Theme. Text contrast is a core accessibility feature, making this a very high priority bug.
I've attached screenshots of the same window with both Dark Theme and Light Theme to illustrate the bug. I am using Acrobat Pro DC 20.9.20074.389258 on macOS Catalina 10.15.6 (19G73).

Hot key for Initials and Signature
A hot key feature would reduce the time waiting for the fill and sign tool to load and less clicks to choose Initials or Signature and place on the screen.

Idea
I currently have to edit the appearance of every field (except the Signature) to change the default font from Auto to 10pt. Most of my forms require 12 input fields for multiple signatures and this is time consuming and tedious. Please add a feature for users to set program default preferences for the appearance of fields that are added to a Fill & Sign document.

Create a tool to create expandable and retractable sections within a Form
Adobe Pro needs to have a feature to create expandable drop down lists. I have seen it in other products, but it fits well with the PDF Pro.
I would like to be able to create easy drop down check lists, divided by topic, so the user can expand the form in the areas they need. This will reduce time for the customer to have to scroll through the document to find what they are looking for and will increase the functionality of the document.
I would like it to contain a plus box and minus box, so people can expand and retract the document if sections do not apply to what they need.

Final Signed Copies of document
When Adobe sends/emails final signed copies of a document (that were originally sent to multiple emails), the copies of the final should be sent individually to each email address, otherwise everyone sees all the email addresses.
