  1. Create 508 compliant PDF documents frequently that need to be passed. These documents more than not have several lengthy tables. These documents also come from different people using different software and versions. And more than not these tables need to be rebuilt. Would love to have the option to create tables in the Tags sidebar from scratch where you can at the same time specify how many TR, TH, and TD and in a certain order.   2. I have customized the Quick Tools bar, but it only appears to the right of the other tools in one ribbon, therefore there isn't enough room for all of the custom tools to appear all the time. I am constantly having to hit the three dots to get to my most frequently used toold. I don't appear to have a way to move my quick toolbar below the other one, or to the right of the screen.

  3. The redact tool was updated in Acrobat DC.Now when I go to redact a blueprint and apply the changes, it makes the entire file a little blurry. This never happened before. Anyone else experience this in the new update?

  4. When you click the Signature Field to put your Digital Signature there it would be nice after you put it there that you could stretch your signature to make it larger to fit the Signature Line because it's way too small looking when you print the whole document out.

  5. Description of my problem: In my company, we share pdfs through an internal network and provide locations for others to find the pdfs. When I create a design (eg. in Photoshop, Indesign, etc) and export it to a pdf, I share the location of the pdf to our marketing team to review. That means 3 - 7 people at a time are opening and viewing the pdf and some give me feedback via email on what changes to make.   6. Need to be able to drag Page Thumbnails to email. We can drag themto the desktop then to email but its an extra step Foxit doesnt require us to do.

  7. I use Adobe Scan (Pro) for iOS for scanning hundreds of archival documents for research. The scans are saved to Adobe Document Cloud by default, no other storage loation is possible. However, I need offline access to the files from several devices, whereby Adobe Online is an unacceptable option (as the name suggests). Instead, I would want to save all scans to my Dropbox automatically, which is a built-in feature in many other scanning apps (e.g., Abbyy FineScanner). Adobe, on the other hand, makes transferring scans to Dropbox infuriatingly cumbersome.

  8. The latest update to the e-signature feature lacks the ability to automatically replicate the 'initial' field across all pages. This functionality was readily available in the previous version with a simple button click. The absence of this feature renders the e-signature process highly inefficient for businesses, as it now necessitates the manual insertion of initials on each page.

  9. Prior to the most recent Acrobat update, I was able to use the Acrobat "Create PDF" plugin to create PDFs showing tracked changes. However, now the plugin automatically puts the file in "No Markup" view when it PDFs. This is very frustrating! The only way to create a PDF showing tracked changes is to print to PDF. The Acrobat plugin is now useless. Please fix this! The "Create PDF" plugin needs to PDF the Word file in whatever view is currently enabled (e.g., Simple Markup, All Markup, No Markup, Original) instead of Defaulting to the "No Markup" view.

  10. The 3. party applications in the quick toolbar is disappearing from time to another.

    Here's a quick fix, but you then have to fix the menubars every time.
    Is there an export function for the menubar and tools?

    Acrobat DC installed an update and now my PitStop toolbars have disappeared. How can I fix this?

  11. having 3 steps to complete a comment is now REALLY frustrating. when it was just a check box on the comment it was alot smarter and quicker. not sure why this was hidden in a menu 2 layers down.
    Suggest putting it back on the actual comment.

  12. I have a number of Watermark and Header/Footer "Saved Settings" on one Mac (desktop) that I would like to export from it and import into another Mac (laptop). These include page number specs for different page sizes. It would be a great time saver if, once those were saved in one computer, they could be exported into another without entering in the specs from scratch.

In the new adobe UI/Update July 2022, I like the feature of order of the PDF files in a portfolio, However it misses the option of a quick view of the individual pdf in a portfolio like in the previous version. I didnt find an option to preview the a PDF in a portfolio without opening the individual document.

  14. Checkbox in the Header and Footer dialog for PRESERVE HEADER and PRESERVE FOOTER allowing a user to update the header or footer independently of the other. The removal of headers when footers are updated (for example) is unacceptable and causes so many issues.

  17. Please give us a floating bar with flip and stick functionality. The request is two part:

    (1) THE FLIP: Please program a floating toolbar that cab be flipped horizontally. The vertical bar can be problematic on both small and large format screens. On small screens it may float over the text (where documents are maximized for readability) making documents less readable (I see this problem commonly in Adobe Discussion threads).   18. Since the recent update, I find I need to hold the window in position for a few seconds in order for it to stay where I put it. This is also the case when resizing a window. Unless I hold it in the new size for a few seconds, it just snaps back to the old size. THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN BEFORE. PLEASE FIX.

  19. I've found a bug in the document cloud. I have several agreements that were sent out for signature by 4 signers. Some of these agreements are showing 3 of 4 completed in the status column but when you review the activity it shows that all 4 signers have completed the signature. Is there a way to force a record update to correct this?

  20. I respectfully suggest you consider enhancing Acrobat DC’s current annotation and highlighting tools to enable users to markup documents directly and instantly and do so without putting your users through Acrobat DC’s 28 tool / function menus.

    I have been using Acrobat extensively for over 20 years and have a continuous need to annotate a wide range of PDF documents – legal, financial and technical and more. My annotation needs are both textual and graphic.
