  1. Reproducing the bug:
    1) Open a document
    2) Enable comments
    3) Open a new window for that document
    4) Enable comments in the new window
    5) Go back to the original window for the document
    6) Enter an edit (e.g. replace text)

    The program jumps to the second window for entering the edit. This is not at all desirable or expected behavior.

  2. It would be great to have a PDF form be populated by dragging and and dropping a CSV (or other format) file onto it.

    Could you also share more information on how exactly would you want this to work and what workflow of yours, impact this idea.

  3. Need the ability to view comments by reviewer/commenter to quickly see who provided feedback and what feedback. Perhaps a side pane filtered results (by reviewer) similar to how bookmarks work.

  5. I feel that like bridge's ability to talk to other adobe programs, acrobat should be as simple as dragging an image from one program to another.

  6. Computer OS: Windows 7 Pro
    Acrobat Version: Adobe Acrobat DC (18.011.20058)

    Whenever I try to print from Adobe Acrobat, it ask me to save a file as a .prn.

    So I go to the Advance Settings from the Print Window to uncheck "Print to File" option and then close the Advance Settings window. However if I try to print it will ask me to save the file as a .prn and when I click on the Advance again to go to the Advance Settings, the "Print to File" option is checked again.

    In other words the "Print to File" option…

  7. Your product is very difficult to learn on the go!
    I bought it last year to be able to edit, documents redline changes, use electronic signatures and store documents efficiently.
    I never used it.
    Now I signed up for it again, still there is no way to edit etc, electronic signature. Arggh
    What a terrible waste of money!

  8. Before document is redacted I need to be able to see what redaction is there without having to go back into the document and hover.

    Adobe Pro XI showed the redaction along with the page number which is needed at the end of a long document

  10. I first generated my pdf with automated bookmarks.
    I then added a few pages and gave them bookmarks manually.

    When I try to edit these different bookmarks at the same time by selecting them both and right clicking to get the properties window, the program pops up the error message "Adobe has stopped working."

    The only way to edit these different bookmarks is by not selecting the different types at the same time.

    OS: Windows 8.1 Enterprise

    Expected result: I would like the properties window to open when different bookmark types are selected.

    Observed result: The program throws an error…

  11. just installed new System on NRW Computer incl. Adobe cc. Acrobat Dc is Not Running. Deinstalled and reinstalled several times .
    Still no positiv Result. Please advise!

  12. In the same way the "Recognize Text" dialog box has "Add Files" and "Add Folders", please introduce that into your "Reduce File Size" dialog box. It currently has only "Add Files" but not the other. In order to simulate it, I have to open a bunch of them first then "Add Open Files." That is clunky. I'd rather just choose a folder and include all subfolders in the same way the other dialog box does it.

  13. I would like to be able to add page numbers to a file of photos and be able to print them as a contact sheet with the numbers just next to each thumbnail.

    The file I'm printing is of an attack where someone wrenched the phone out of my hand so for a lot of the video it's impossible to tell which way is up.

    A time and date stamp would also be very useful, as I'm preparing this for a court hearing.

  15. Issue with Distinguished name having extra charterers in it. looks like the coding was added to the string as well.

    example:

    cn=name
    o=company name
    ou=title
    email=jsmith@email.com
    c=US

  16. Add Overprint Black Feature

    Suppose, a file contains 100+ pages. It's colored, then I want to ad overprint black in Acrobat DC Pro.

  17. for some reason when I have inserted a drawing and then inserted a call out over this drawing to identify things for my clients, when I create a PDF it either doesn't show the arrow correctly, or covers up areas with a blank spot. it has never done this before, it doesn't do it all the time either, even in the same document some will be exactly as they are represented in word, others not. makes my reports look very amateurish

    Hi Keith

    Given other high priority items, we have decided to not fix this issue.
    As a workaround, you can un-check the preference to upload to Document cloud and convert the file locally itself.
    Here are the steps:

    Open Acrobat
    Go to Tools > Create PDF > Single file
    click on “Select a file”
    In the file picker dialog, select the Word file and uncheck the preference " Use Adobe Create PDF cloud service"
    click on Open

    and then create the PDF

  20. Please fix the tab order. When it's set to structure, the document does not tab sequentially from left to right. When trying to correct this in the order panel, everything jumps around on it's own as you move fields. It's extremely frustrating!
