tool bar customization
Provide option to disable the page controls that are at bottom of page on auto-hide. It blocks document content and is distracting.

Add an addional field type, picture field, in the form creation feature.
Add a new “picture” field that would allow inserting a picture type (jpg, jpg, eps, etc.) into the field. The when pasted in allow the user resizing choices such as zooming and cropping, as needed.
I’m surprised no one has asked for this. I’m in construction and I think this would be needed for insurance forms or any field where photo documentation is being collected.

you should give users the ability to choose the page dimensions they want to insert when they use the Insert Page command.

2 votesHi Ken
You can change the page dimensions after inserting them. You need to simply select the pages and go to ‘Set Page Boxes’ option under ‘More’ in the Organize Pages app.
Please let us know if this works for you. Thanks

Adobe Acrobat XI Standard crashes with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC also installed.
I have a user that needs Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on the same machine. I am using the latest version of Reader DC (15.023.20070) and Acrobat XI Standard (11.0.19). Reader DC is already installed on the machine. When I install Acrobat XI, it immediately crashes with an APPCRASH on Acrobat.exe with a StackHash_0a9e fault module. Reader continues to function as intended. Is there anyway to get this working?

Adobe Sign Cannot Send Docs 8/18/17
Adobe Sign is not working 8/18/17 for sending any documents. We have tried sending from multiple accounts and a variety of different documents. We have tried using the workflows and just the Send button. It gives back this message: Adobe Sign was unable to create your agreement because the document could not be thumbnailed. Please let me know you need more information.

Square symbols don't always convert to check boxes
I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI. I used to use Adobe Acrobat X, and encountered the same problem.
I create some REALLY lengthy forms in Word. I apply a style with square bullets to text in Word to create a checkbox list. Then I convert the file to PDF, and then convert the PDF to a form. Every line has the same Word style with the same square symbol for its bullet, so there's nothing about the way I'm applying the formatting that's inconsistent.
I've learned from trial and error that square bullets only convert to checkboxes if the font is 10pt or larger. I've also learned that you have to apply a specific square symbol (I'm sorry - I don't have the ASCII code for it), or it won't work. I've tested numerous square symbols (Insert+Symbol in Word), and keep returning to my go-to square. This square even works when you insert it in the middle of a line.
Naturally, I never seem to encounter problems in one-page forms. But when I'm creating forms with hundreds or thousands of items on a checkbox list, only SOME of these square boxes convert to check boxes. I don't know why. Then I have to manually copy/paste the checkbox fields, move them into position, and give each one a unique name. It's crazy-making unnecessary work.
The font I use is Calibri because it's compact. I have to keep pages to a minimum, and larger, more spread-out fonts like Verdana create too many extra pages.
•I've tried breaking up the document into pages and converting each one separately, and most of the same checkboxes still don't convert in these smaller files.
•I've tried creating a new document and recreating the styles, then copy/pasting the content into the new file (I can't type it line-by-line to recreate it from scratch - the affected forms are far too long).
•I've tried increasing the font size to 11pt, but if it doesn't convert at 10pt, it won't convert at 11pt.
•I've changed the font, and checkboxes still don't convert.
•When I still had access to Adobe X, I tested converting the file in BOTH versions. There was some difference in which checkboxes didn't convert, but the problem was there too. Please see the attached image.

3 votesThe form field detection algorithm is not perfect, and only provides a good starting point.
You will require manual work to create fields that are not detected by AcrobatAs a workaround, you could try inserting “Square shape” instead of bullets.
Click Insert, click Shapes, select a shape, and then click and drag to draw the shape.I hope this work for you.

Bypassed Password
This is a bug report.
I used Adobe Pro DC to encrypt documents for emailing to outside agencies among other things. Today, I discovered after sending a document to a co-worker for review, the default PDF reader on Windows allows access without the password required... simply by hitting the cancel options. I spoke with the Adobe Pro help line for an hour today and they asked me to write this report. The application used is called Windows reader, when opened you cannot print or edit but you can view the document without any obstacles, I was also able to take a screen shot of the protected document and email it. This is a security risk for our company and I assume it defeats the purpose of the "open with password" feature.
Feel free to email me with follow up question, my company has been notified and we are taking necessary precautions to protect our data, we will be discounting the use of Adobe Pro for encryption. Thank you. This is a bug report.

Feedback
I know that we need to keep the straight line on until I am finished with it instead of having to click on it every time I need to use it. I would like my three tier task bar back. Having to constantly click on the additional menu takes valuable time away from my project. Editing may be better but since I use Adobe to facilitate my bidding process, adding steps only hampers progress. Although I have Adobe Pro DC, I am going back to my Adobe Pro 9 since it was the last program that suites my business to a tee.

PDF's getting stripped from email
When I send emails with PDF's as attachments, the PDF's are not showing up in the email at the recipient's end. Word and XL doc's , etc. work just fine... WTF?!

I'd like to be able to make a flip book (that turns the page like a magazine)
Title says it really. It's simply that there a lot of 'make your own flip books' softwares out there, but they are not well designed and expensive, when this feels like it is a sensible add on to what one can already do with Adobe PDF pro. It's annoying to have to go elsewhere for pdf expertise, as I feel Adobe should be able to smash this themselves.
