1. BUG: Sensitivity label applied to a PDF is hidden behind the signature panel on the Document Message Bar of Acrobat

   Ref: Adobe Enterprise Support Case ID: E-002410520

   When you open a digitally-signed PDF file in Acrobat that has a sensitivity label applied by Microsoft Purview Information Protection you will notice that the file initially displays with the sensitivity label visible in the Document Message Bar, but after about 1 second that notification is replaced by the Digital Signature validation notification (refer attached screenshot). At this point the MIP Sensitivity label is no longer visible to the user, either in the Document Message Bar or indeed anywhere else in the menus of the Adobe Acrobat Pro application itself.

2. Improve Acrobat performance on high-performance computers

   It would be helpful if Acrobat could provide better performance and responsiveness on modern high-performance computers, especially when users work with large PDF files or multiple documents at the same time. Faster loading, smoother navigation, and improved resource management would make the overall PDF workflow much more efficient.

   Users who are also interested in high-performance computing may find options such as <a href="https://www.anigma.com/collections/pre-built">Anigma UAE</a> useful when looking for pre-built systems suitable for demanding applications and everyday tasks.

3. Bug

   When you save a copy of a form from Document Cloud in Acrobat, the mouse pointer disappears behind the Acrobat window and is no longer visible.

   There are also issues with digital documents:

   Depending on how you send documents for signing, either English or German is used as the language. That can’t be right. If you send a form from Acrobat using “Request e-Signatures,” the customer receives an email in English and an interface in English. If you send it from Adobe Sign, everything is in German.

   In addition, in Adobe Sign, all fields can be moved around, with no way to prevent this. Is this intentional? If so… that’s bad.

   One more thing: In pre-prepared forms for digital signatures, number fields are displayed with a “.” after the first two digits. Example: 56894 is displayed as 56.894.

   As customers, we expect to receive software that is consistent and functions properly. Adobe is currently far from meeting that expectation.

   제발 "편집"기능 눌렀을때 자동으로 "스캔"기능을 실행하지않게 기본값을 수동으로 설정해주세요.

   솔직히 ADOBE 개발자분들도 본인들의 "스캔"기능이 제대로 작동하질않는다는점을 잘 알고계시잖아요?

5. Acrobat Pro Print Dialog Keeps Defaulting to 2 Copies

   My issue appears similar to the unaddressed Dec. 2025 report titled “the printing window always shows up with 2 copies preset to print.” I am adding my case because the issue is still occurring in Acrobat Pro: the print dialog permanently defaults to 2 copies even after changing it back to 1.
   This appears to have started after I printed 2 copies once, and Acrobat now treats that as the permanent default. This is only happening in Acrobat; Word and other programs still default to 1 copy, so it does not appear to be a printer-driver default.
   I have tried manually changing the number back to 1, closing and reopening Acrobat, restarting the computer, opening different PDFs, checking printer properties, and using “Reset All Settings” in the printer properties window, but Acrobat still returns to 2 copies every time I open the print dialog.
   It would be very helpful if Acrobat either respected the system printer default or provided a clear way to reset the saved copy count back to 1.

6. Fix Adobe Reader bug when one has two monitors on Win11

   There is annoying bug when one moves Adobe Reader between monitors on Windows 11 24H2. After that, duplicate Adobe icons appear in the taskbar. Do you even test your software before releasing it?

7. Remember or specify Combine Files thumbnail zoom level

   I would like Adobe to add a way to control the default thumbnail display size in the Combine Files workspace.

   I regularly use Combine Files to organize and combine 600+ PDF documents into multiple content-specific groups. Each document contains important information, including dates, that I need to visually review before determining its position and arranging the documents chronologically.

   I need to use Thumbnail View because List View does not allow me to see the document content and dates.

   Currently, the Combine Files workspace opens with very small thumbnails. I can enlarge them using the + magnifying glass, but my preferred viewing size requires approximately 22 clicks of the + button.

   Because I am creating multiple groups of documents, I have to repeat these approximately 22 clicks every time I start a new Combine Files session. This is unnecessarily time-consuming when processing hundreds of documents.

   Requested improvements

   Please consider adding any one or all of the following options:

   1. Remember the last-used zoom level
      Have Acrobat remember the thumbnail size selected by the user and use that size the next time Combine Files is opened.

   2. Allow a default thumbnail size to be specified
      Add a preference allowing the user to choose their preferred default thumbnail size for the Combine Files workspace.

   3. Allow users to enter a specific zoom percentage
      Add a numerical zoom field where the user can enter a specific percentage, such as 75%, rather than having to repeatedly click the +/− buttons.

   For example:

   Zoom: [ 75% ]

   This would provide much more precise control and would eliminate the need to click the + button repeatedly.

   Why this matters

   This would be a relatively small interface improvement that could have a significant productivity benefit for users who work with large numbers of documents.

   For users processing hundreds of PDFs, having to click the zoom control dozens of times for each separate Combine Files session is repetitive and inefficient.

   A persistent zoom setting or numerical zoom field would make the Combine Files workflow substantially faster and more user-friendly.

   Thank you for considering this feature for a future Acrobat update.

   - As a result, full spelling dictionaries for non-English languages cannot be added.

   Additional Observation
   The application successfully accepts the UK English dictionary when US English is already installed. This confirms that the dictionary system is functional for English variants. The failure appears to affect only non-English dictionaries, which consistently trigger the "install manually" message and cannot be installed.

   This suggests the issue is not caused by installation corruption or OS configuration, but by missing or incompatible dictionary installers for non-English languages in Acrobat Pro 2024.

   The dictionary-installation feature is completely non-functional for non-English languages in Acrobat Pro 2024.
   
   Users can add custom words, but cannot install full language dictionaries, making spell-checking unavailable for Spanish, French, Portuguese, and other languages.

11. Suggestions to improve Acrobat's "Review Recognized Text" UI & functional capability

    The UI of the existing "Review Recognized Text" UI (& its functionality) is outdated and BADLY needs improvement. Today, it still only has buttons to "Accept" or "Cancel" [stops the entire operation}, plus it permits the user to manually "edit" how that item will be recognized (just this time) before the user selects "Accept".

    These two options themselves don't need to change, but - alone - they are TERRIBLY inadequate, particularly when reviewing a very long document in which the exact same item appears as "unrecognized' many, many times. Other OCR products offer much more helpful additional buttons, which - after all these years - Acrobat should include in its OCR "Review" feature, including specifically:

    1. "Accept All": For this instance and for every other instance of this exact same unrecognized item in this document, "Accept" then all in the same manner as I am indicating here (by having either left unchanged the proposed suggestion or manually edited this item before I clicked this "Accept All" button).

    2. "Skip": Do nothing about this item and move on to the next unrecognized item (I don't want to accept your incorrect suggestion, but I don't want this item "cleared", either.)

    3. "Skip All": Same as above, but also bypass every other identification of this exact same unrecognized item throughout the remainder of this document.

    Presently, the feature includes NO repeating mechanism at all and it includes NO method to simply bypass an "unrecognized" item other than to manually edit it AND, in doing so, to make certain to leave it with at least a blank space.

    These UI/design/capability omissions have made reviewing "unrecognized text" -- particularly when reviewing long documents -- a genuine PITA-level chore.

    I cannot imagine "why" these should be difficult to include, as other OCR products long ago have **** so. So I'm very disappointed that Adobe has ignored these needed improvements.

    FWIW, my other improvement wish here is for this tool to be capable of "learning", that is to be "taught" by the User to always cause the same item to be "recognized" as the User instructs in all future documents and included an editable table of such User-instructed changes (other OCR software I've used included this capability.) I recognize this capability likely would require A LOT of additional work, so cannot be expected anytime soon.

    But I believe my 3 suggestions above should be easy to include, so I urge prompt attention to implementing them.

14. Acrobat duplicates text when copying text from PDFs exported from Excel Text Boxes

    Bug description:

    When an Excel workbook contains text inside Text Box objects, the text from those Text Boxes is duplicated many times when copied from the resulting PDF in Adobe Acrobat.

    The issue only affects text contained in Excel Text Box objects. Normal text in Excel cells does not have this problem.

    Steps to reproduce:

    Open Microsoft Excel on Windows.
    Create a worksheet containing normal text in a cell.
    Insert a Text Box and enter some text into it.
    Export the worksheet to PDF using Excel's Save as PDF function.
    Open the resulting PDF in Adobe Acrobat.
    Select the text, or press Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C.
    Paste the copied content into Notepad or another plain-text editor.

    Actual result:

    The text contained in the Excel Text Box is repeated many times in the pasted result.

    Normal cell text is copied correctly without duplication.

    Expected result:

    Each Text Box text should appear only once when copied from the PDF.

    Additional observations:

    The PDF visually displays the Text Box text correctly. There is no visible duplication on the page.
    Microsoft Edge's built-in PDF viewer can copy the same PDF correctly without producing the duplicated text.
    The problem occurs specifically when the PDF is opened in Adobe Acrobat and the text is copied.
    The problem is reproducible with Microsoft Excel 2019.
    The problem is also reproducible with Microsoft Excel 2021.
    The problem has been reproduced on multiple Windows computers.
    Both Excel's F12 / Save As PDF workflow and File > Save As > PDF produce PDFs with the same issue.
    The issue appears to be specific to text generated from Excel Text Box / Shape objects, rather than normal worksheet cell text.

    This suggests that the PDF may contain multiple or overlapping text objects for the same Text Box content, and Acrobat's text selection/copy engine may be extracting those objects repeatedly even though they are visually rendered as a single piece of text.

    This is particularly problematic because Excel's F12 Save As workflow is a fast and frequently used way to create PDFs, and the resulting PDFs should allow the Text Box content to be copied normally.

    Can you please stop spamming the banner suggesting to add the adobe extension to our browser? You force us to choose between "Not Now" and "Yes" as our only options but some of us want to say no. And news flash, No means No! Not "not now", more like "no!"

17. Clear Form Option is missing

    I am using Acrobat Distiller 26.0, Version 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x) on a Windows 11 machine.

    I added a radio button to a form, and wanted to check how the button would appear to the end user once it was selected. I clicked the button, and then went into the "Prepare a Form" tool, clicked on the ellipse that provides more options, but the Clear Form option is no longer there.

    How can I get this option back again?

    I create many forms with radio buttons, and often test fields to see how they will look. I definitely need to have this option available!

    I am using Acrobat Distiller 26.0, Version 1.6 (Acrobat 7.x) on a Windows 11 machine.

18. Add address bar on top to save extracted pages

    When extracting pages, right now it prompts me to "Browse Folders" where to save. it then extracts the pages one by one into whatever folder I chose. I need to go combine the pages then rename the file... It's very tedious when we have several times of extracting... Would like an option so when clicking Extract page, I can use the address bar on top to navigate the path/folder i want asap, then hopefully be able to rename the pdf and then save as one whole file. Thank you so much.

19. The AI and perpetual pop-ups are absolute mierda. And theres no overscroll for large documents.

    Here’s an idea: get rid of the ******* AI. I’m tired of being perpetually bombarded with advertisements for your ******* AI upgrades every time I click anywhere on the screen.

    I don’t know if you have AI designing this app, but you need to bring in some real ******* humans. This is the most user-unfriendly workspace I’ve ever used, with terrible navigation and functionality. What makes it even worse is that you expect me to pay an additional $30 a month just to have an actual version of Acrobat that works.

    I genuinely wish Adobe didn’t have a monopoly in this market. You need to do better—and quickly. So, ******** very much for ******** all over an app that should really be simple. Your user interface is trash. You’ve wasted sooooo much of my time forcing me to navigate through your stupid ******* pop-ups that I should send you a bill for my time.

20. fill and sign freezes the system

    Every time I try to fill out and sign a form, the system freezes and the PC automatically restarts. And the advice given does not work...
