Option/Link/Ability to reset phone number at login.
A user in my company with an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro license changed her cellphone number and now cant login, there is no forum or option to reset this phone number for users or me as Admin. Would be nice to have an additional option other than just "Reset Password" - maybe something like "Not your number anymore"/"Lost your phone number" for users, and maybe a "Clear phone number" for us Admins.

$169 for a product that is inferior to the one a few years ago for less
I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and 'stuff' in my computer no longer worked as before. I uninstalled the program until I needed it again.
This iteration of an editing of PDF's is so foreign to what I used a few years ago without going online, in iCloud, in an APP blah, blah, blah that I will never purchase this program again. I will go to a professional editor to help me! I'm not a techi and don't even understand some of the wording in your instructions. 2 request from me:
1) is it possible the create a own colortoolbar, i use different colors in my documents and i have to switch many times to the properties. A own created colorbar would be nice and helpfull.
2) I use in my acrobat pro dc a 3 party applkication from evermap, it is to create multiple hyperlinks at ones. Verry helpfull for 1000 of pages. Could you build this also in the program. I now there is a function hyperlink, but this works so easy and smooth. I think every person would be helped with this option.1 vote -
Allow rounded corners for image fields
Currently image fields that users can upload images to are always rectangular. For aesthetic reasons this is not always desirable. For example, in some designs boxes with rounded corners or circles would work better. An option to add a corner radius to the field would improve the visual look.

Maybe Adobe wants to build an education platform like Zoom, Microsoft , Google classroom etc.
I have started to use Adobe to correct exam papers, quite good,turn word documents into pdf which students cannot alter, open them at the same time and correct one number question ,like all number 3 questions, easy for the corrector/marker . You can add a test maker, whiteboard and video conferencing. Also add powerpoint sharing and a you tube linking feature so instructional videos can be shown assigned.You can also add a video conferencing feature so students can see you and you can see them. Certsign in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list
Please add CERTSIGN SA in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list in settings for Adobe Sign.
CERTSIGN SA is part of the Cloud Signature Consortium but cannot be used to sign using a cloud signature with Adobe Sign

Licensing app won't work on macOS 11 Big Sur
I just upgraded to a new macbook using macOS 11.2.3 Big Sur, and the licensing app for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 won't load/proceed now. I try to open Pro, the licensing app pops up instead, I click "Sign In Now," and the next screen is entirely blank (see screenshot). I tried the Terminal sudo fix that previously worked for an earlier OS, but it did nothing, I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I'm still having the same issue.

Synchronicity among devices IOS and Windows
My idea is that Adobe would re-engineer how Adobe Acrobat Premium and Adobe PDF Pack work together on a IOS and Windows Device seamlessly or, and allow the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to carry over from a computer to a phone seamlessly, since it is the update to Acrobat Premium. I also would like Adobe Acrobat Premium to be a feature that works on both IOS devices and Windows devices seamlessly instead of one only working on the computer at a time or not at all due to programming.

Fix PDFMaker Toolbar in Autocad 2018. DC PRO 2020.012.20041 no longer works.
Acrobat DC PRO recently updated and Autocad 2018 will no longer load the PDFMaker toolbars. See errors when starting autocad.

The version used above will not display "all recent files". When this option is selected, takes you to a blank page and the search function doesn't work.

Extra Data for Corporate users
When exporting the CSV of our subscriptions users we could also show the date the users were added? Currently the fields are just Identity Type, Username, Email, First Name, Last name, it would be great to be able to see commencement date for our records. Currently we receive invoices with no user names on them and are not able to see when users have signed up so it is quite hard to reconcile billing periods for all the users within our organisation.

Rotate counterclockwise on right-click
There is a "rotate clockwise"-option under right click but why not also a counterclockwise option? The right-click rotate is quick and easy to use when just viewing documents but there should also be an option to rotate counterclockwise also.

Pasted dark-coloured text not legible in comment in dark mode
Bug report:
Dark-coloured text copied and pasted into a comment, i.e., in an 'Add note to replace text' comment, is not legible in dark mode. It appears as dark grey against the dark grey background.

Bug: Reader DC 20.006.20034 Still Holds Lock On Files After Closing File Tabs
Using Windows 10 Home Version 1909 OS Build 18363.657, when I have a PDF file or multiple PDF files open in Reader DC, and when I close the tab of a file and then try to do something with that file in Windows Explorer, such as rename or delete or move or change it any way, I cannot do so because Windows 10 thinks there is still a lock on the file and throws a pop-up dialog that says to "Close the file and try again." Sorry for the issue that you are facing here.
Do you have Windows Explorer Preview turned on in your explorer window ? If yes, can you please try after switching the windows explorer off and see if that works fine ?
Also Try to close the explorer window and then try and then try to do any operation on that file in a different exporer window

Your support team is unnecessarily telling me to suggest new ideas
I am consistently getting inaccurate advice from your support team (in this last case it was Kanchan). They do not understand your products and do not want to admit this. Rather than transfer me to a supervisor they send endless chat messages without answering even the most basic questions so the do not have to admit they know too little about the products they are supporting

Quick startup is vital, was better before (Pro)

QUIT CHANGING MY PINNED TOOLS in ACROBAT DC
Periodically, Adobe lets you know of what they think are wonderful ideas, but they do so by rebuilding my pinned tools list.....so I have to go and select MY tools AGAIN. This is the fourth for fifth time in six months and I am really getting sick of it. Who gave you the right to adjust what tool items I have pinned. You know, the ones I know I use....not the one some marketing A-Hole can only think (hope) I use. Absolutely a pain in the butt.

MEASURE
When using measurement tool, the holding the "SHIFT" key to maintain a straight measurement to a parallel feature, shows the dimension in an angled configuration. Cannot find a way to show the measurement label properly. This should be a very basic functionality of the measurement tool.
